"Tell me when you're ready for entry and I'll scramble their communications." Rowan didn't know the other Ranger exceedingly well, but he got the sense they didn't much care for him. A lot of people were angry with him for being part of Team Rocket, and many more for him killing Cobra the Machamp. Noah Faber had many friends among the League, and even though he'd rectified his mistake, others weren't so soon to forget.

With the distinct sound of an explosion, the grenades released a series of aluminum strips into the air, raining down and covering every inch of the home. These aluminum strips would scramble any outgoing or incoming radio communication, a design he borrowed from the Galarian military during his time in Team Rocket. "Back-up won't be coming." He informed Derek before climbing down off the roof.[break][break]

"I'll stay out here and make sure no one runs." Rowan plucked a Pokéball from his belt, unleashing the Golisopod inside. Goliath took a watchful stance, prepared for anyone to attempt escape.

"copy that." derek uttered into the earpiece, feeling some form of embarassment for speaking so... tactically, was it? the militant life didn't seem like it suited him. at least that's how he felt, standing before so many people that just heard derek say that.

probably not the best choice, as one of the rockets who were able to move had bolted to look for this accomplice he seemed to be in communication with. no doubt they would find some kind of resistance on the other side of the exit, though derek couldn't warn them thanks to the obstacles on his own end.

the group inside had managed to muster something up, sending a slew of poison type pokemon after him. an earthquake from derek's golurk, and the realiation from hiss aggron in the form of a metal burst quickly quelled any threat they might pose. but it had bought some time.

the rockets knocked aside during the initial breach had gotten up, fielding pokemon that were much better suited to take on derek's team...

Sure enough a petrified member of Team Rocket came bursting out of one of the doors, only to find himself face to face with Rowan and the Golisopod. "Sup." He let out a sharp whistle and Goliath surged forward, scooping up their Zangoose in a claw and delivering a swift SUCKER PUNCH with the other.[break][break]

"Your turn." Rowan ran forward and delivered a roundhouse kick directly into their chest, knocking them into a series of crates and knocking them unconcious. "Team Rocket is slipping without me, huh?" He said to himself, with a smirk.

something thudded outside, that was all derek could say for sure. but he is too preoccupied to find out. there are two more rockets remaining. and they're not half bad...

his aggron is double teamed, and their efforts are rewarded. the steel tyrant falls, with derek being forced to release another to even the odds. the machamp known as randal is loosed upon them, and his dynamic ~~entry~~ punch dazes the foe.

golurk pursues the same foe with a heavy slam as well, leaving one left. derek is reluctant to see anymore of his pokemon hurt, so he calls in backup. "...careto join me?" he speaks through the earpiece, hoping that rowan was still there to answer his plight....

RAZOR SHELL made short work of a pair of Arbok, pushing through them and breaking down another wall until they were in the room where Derek was currently fighting. "Hey, man."

"perfect timing." even though his partner's history caused derek to harbor distrust, this praise was undoubtedly deserved. they wasted no time coming to the ranger's aid, and that urgency was important to him.

debris from the forceful entry struck their adversaries. namely the rockets, one of which being struck in the head. rendered unconscious, their pokemon spun around on rowan while the other kept it's attention on derek. not that it helped much...

"you two, wrap it up!" speaking of course to his pokemon, they each clothesline their target with a dynamic punch. for them, it was the final nail in the coffin. dazed by the blow to the head, they began seeing double. their equilibrium was shot, and they strike one another by accident.

derek tosses a pair of cuffs to the lone rocket, who looks to be nothing more than a grunt. but they were smart, and took the offer to come quietly. though not without some kind of remark about how their side was winning inside the rift.

Goliath didn't waste any time making a FIRST IMPRESSION upon one of the Weezing in the room, slamming them through the brick and leaving them for their master to recall. A fist was thrown, which Rowan evaded narrowly, grabbing their arm and slinging them into the wall. "Nice try, asshole." Rowan grabbed the back of their head and 'tapped' their head against the drywall, hard enough to make sure they'd be unconcious.[break][break]

"Good work, Ranger Hoffman." He said with a smirk, poking fun at how formally they'd spoken over the intercoms. "I'll radio in for a police transport for these losers." Rowan knelt down and slapped the cuffs on the unconcious man before calling in the request.
