He tries to fight against its hold, if only to see what might happen, but it's of no use. Soon, he can't see the spaceship at all. He wonders what will become of him, if the simulation lasts long enough to meet its end.[break][break]

As Cillian Quinn was whisked away into the cosmic unknown, Barnaby simply waved him off, taking the simulated event as seriously as the underboss was. Still, his eyes lingered on the titan hand.[break][break]

What was the monstrous beast? Barnaby saw now eyes, no distinct head, no body really, save for the elongated fingers and golden crest at its middle. The green jewels glinted sharply against the light from their spaceship, reminiscent of... something... Barnaby had seen before. [break][break]

But what? The haze in his mind was much too murky to make out.[break][break]

Luckily, with this event concluded the simulation eventually faded away and Barnaby was returned to reality.
