🍄 Shiinotic spores have been used as a method of hallucination and temporary decalcification of one's pineal gland since long before I was born; a way to process traumas that have been bestowed upon the brain, my mother likes to say. Through the hallucinations, I have been able to confront and essentially relive things that have previously haunted both my past and my present- and can say, thanks to the league, that I have assisted others in doing so through the administering of the compound.[break][break]

🍄 It is not for the faint of heart, as sometimes the hallucinations can lie in an attempt to consume. Much like bends in the trees that can lead to pits rather than valleys, these gifts of the forest should not be abused. Due to such a risk, not only have I constructed an optimal way of ingesting such a compound, but I have also constructed a nullifying pill. One that when taken, after taking the first, will subside all effects of the psychedelic on the brain and body. Even those that linger.[break][break]

🍄 This first entry into my diary, which will inevitably be shared with you, league personnel, will detail each ingredient used in both of the pills, where they have been sourced, and the quirks of the compound. I will put all my efforts into not sharing this with the public, or at least, those who do not challenge the Lavaridge Gym to prepare against external forces of the mind and their processing of traumas.[break][break]

1. THE PINK PILL (HALLUCINATING)

1.1 INGREDIENTS - ONE PILL[break]

- sourced directly from the shiinotic's cap's underside; harmless if gentle. brings upon hallucinations.[break][break]

🌿 Essence of Magical Leaf.[break]
- container of spores is struck with the move, magical leaf. brings upon quicker absorption of the compound.[break][break]

- sourced from medical wholesale online. dissolves and releases the compound when met with saliva, water, and even stomach acid.[break][break]

1.2 EFFECTS[break]
🍄 euphoria and wellbeing. change in consciousness, mood, thoughts, and perception. dilation of pupils. perceptual changes, such as visual and auditory hallucinations (seeing or hearing things that aren't truly there). fast or irregular heartbeat. breathing quickly. facial flushes.[break]
🍄 occasionally, when those who consume are grappling with trauma and inner turmoil, they may have uncomfortable experiences while on the compound. they may experience anxiety, paranoia, panic attacks, fear, and unpleasant or intense hallucinations.[break][break]

🍄 having experienced the extremities of the ultra deep sea and the toxic chain, i was inspired by their quirks on the mind to develop such a compound to prepare myself and others for similar scenarios. though it does not truly compare to those of the cosmos, it has helped me tremendously.[break][break]

2. THE GREEN PILL (NULLIFYING)

- sourced directly from wild budew in the forests just beyond and below lavaridge town; harmless to pokemon if gentle. brings upon nullification of the effects of shiinotic spores with 50 to 1 ratio.[break][break]

🍯 40 mg of Tumeric Powder.[break]
- sourced from my personal tumeric plant. helps treat the body with beneficial nutrients following exposure to shiinotic spores.[break][break]

2.2 EFFECTS[break]
🍄 nullification of shiinotic spores and the clearing of the mind. return of the senses and counteraction of effects listed in 1.2- and is quite good for the body following, as both ingredients function as anti-inflammatories.[break][break]

2.3 MISC[break]
🍄 the effects of this compound can kick in anywhere from one to ten minutes upon consumption.[break]
🍄 the supply of the green pills is contained in baskets all around the lavaridge gym grounds, and as they contain no abusable properties, can be taken even without having taken a pink pill prior.[break]

ATTACHMENTS

🍄 Inserted is a one-hour-long video of Desiree herself, accompanied by a work table, an illuminant Shiinotic, and a well-decorated Tropius. In the beginning, she is quite quiet, detailing without words a graceful harvest of the Shiinotic Spores; using what appears to be a rubber spatula to scrape the spores off into a bucket below them. As the spores fall, some grace the gloves on her hands that she is quick to pull off and throw into a nearby garbage can.[break][break]

Then, of course, the magical leaves begin to waver through the wind and the container. As it is bolted to the table with straps and other secure trinkets, they cut through and give a momentary glow to the once-glowing spores. Once the glow dissipates, she mixes it all together with a wisk and then fills an array of capsules, shortly followed with the popping of one into her lips.[break][break]

"The colors are what get's me, sometimes," she says with starry, dilated eyes, ".. and the leaves which fall from the trees, whispering lies into my ears of everything I've ever given a second thought to. All my regrets, all my fears.."[break][break]

Her Shiinotic approaches, wrapping its fungal arms around her body and bringing her to rest her head upon its cap.[break][break]

"I see them and I know that it's all a thing of the past- one of the few things we can't change, now.. I get to confront them each time, and in the end, it makes me want to fight harder and harder to prevent.. letting bad things happen again, you know?"[break][break]

A false hallucination, an ever-changing eye, catches her gaze. It first exists as Kyurem's, then, each of the Loyal Three's.. then the faces that had been torn off of those made victim to the Megalopolans. All the eyes meld into faces, they cry out-- each of them laughing, churning, manifesting one by one that she will never live to see the world of love she desires. A pluck away from the world, her soul would be in their eyes- and a tear falls down her cheek, begging to stay.[break][break]

"And then it all goes away, and it's normal again." She says, swallowing the pill of green.[break][break]

Her pupils return to their ordinary stature, the redness coaxed away from her cheeks. She smiles, even in knowing the world would truly never be normal, again- not for her, not for anyone. How could it, when so many of those eyes wander freely, seeking ruin in their wake?[break][break]

It may be a lie, a false motif, now. But there was no telling for later.[break][break]

"Thank you~!" She exclaims, doing a cutesy pose before shutting the camera off. Yet no pose could truly heal the ever-gazing eye she saw naturally each night, under the influence of nothing other than her mind. And it ticks, it ticks, it ticks.[break][break]

And the eye continues to stare.
