She would smile when the stream of likes came in from her mom on the picture of Swirls- Misty Titania claimed that her favorite flavor of an Alcremie offering was the matcha, but they all were delicious in their own way! Making her way down the winding bridge leading into the first zone, which was set in an overgrown forest, Desiree took a long drag of her cigarette. The nicotine strangely complemented the leftover flavor on her tongue of sweet strawberries and sugar.[break][break]

At the base of one of the jagged tree's roots, a calm, meditating wild pokemon would sit upon the forestry while in a pose one would take if they were skilled in the art of ninja. Snapping another photo and sending it to her mom, she'd be quick to learn that this was a Treecko; they were said to be the calm and collected types, and it was certainly taking on that demeanor while delving into its poke-retrospection. Taking out her first pokeball, she'd wait to throw it until the glimmering Tsareena beside her cast out her AROMATHERAPY puff to not cause too much of a startle.[break][break]

Throwing the first safari ball toward the wild grass type amidst the pink blossoms that would fall from the puff of aromas, Desiree would patiently await that ever-so-familiar ticking mark of success or failure. At least there was an ashtray nearby to discard her cigarette's ash in while her party of companions basked in the cloud of brilliant smells, surrounding the pokeball in excitement.

The violet-haired grass type would scoop up the ball when the ticking concluded and would hug it ever so tightly before turning it over to Desiree, excited for the new friend that was now on the roster. Just what would fate have in store for the meditative grass type when it came to its future bond with the fairy-type trainer? Only time could tell, but she'd wonder as she would step over one of the big roots of the tree, onto the next zone. Though not differing in terms of the forest, there were torches lit bright every five or six steps and bundles of ash illuminating their newfound surroundings. [break][break]

Pink eyes glistening through its rocky shell, the Minior in the party had its interest peak more than any other when the group would spot the flashes of orange; a horde of Torchic had appeared! Flying over to the bundle of fire types sitting on top of a rock after one of their runs with their short legs, the rock type would float above them just enough to where they would be able to reach. Rotating while remaining still in the air, one by one the Torchic would grab onto one of the spikes protruding from its rocky shell. They would ride it like a mini ferris wheel, gripping on and floating around and upside down![break][break]

What a precious sight! Desiree would chuckle as their bodies would wobble, trying their hardest to stay on for as long as they could. But only one would be able to fit in the pokeball she would promptly throw toward the Minior ferris wheel if she was lucky; met by the flying curveball of the pink sphere, it would begin to tick.

Picking up the safari ball after the ticking had ceased, Desiree would slip it into her purse and be on her way deeper into the next zone; the trees illuminated by lit torches and piles of ash would switch to a glimmering pond beside an exquisite yet small waterfall, shifting in the wind. The glistening Tsareena would find herself strumming the surface of the water with her flower dance whilst her trainer filled up
her water bottle at one of those naturally occurring fountains nearby, a brilliant pastime.[break][break]

It was a joy to be able to sit in such a tranquil place and rest up, the pinkette spreading out treat bowls for all of her pink pokemon that had come alongside for the safari ride. She felt it was only fair to make feeding any of the hungry lil' ones if they wished for it, seeing as she did the same last venture over; perhaps this was a new tradition forming, or something like that. Taking out her phone to send a picture to her mother of the feasting, and though unexpected, a cerulean water type photobombed the image.[break][break]

Dazzling with the orbs of water that jumped out of the waterfall-bound pond alongside it, the precious Mudkip would begin to chow down at the bowl, clearing all the delicious treats from within. Desiree grinned at the water type's enthusiasm, accompanied by startled eyes from the party of three that also found themselves on the picnic blanket.

Desiree smiled as the hungry lil' Mudkip was on his way, picking up his bowl and filling it back up with more treats. Though some spilled out into the pond, they would float and potentially await other wild pokemon; at first, the petite Alcremie wished to fish them out with her cream, though her trainer was quite to forbode it. Her mom loved the pictures of the Hoenn native species so much, that she let her know that she'd be right back to go fetch the one that was taking shelter at her sanctuary.[break][break]

Though with one firm gulp on the surface, a wild fish-like pokemon appeared to be the one to clean up the spilled, floaty mess of treats. Bridging the gaps of the surface every now and then, the Feebas would release an array of mist that danced on the fluctuating waters; it formed a ring in its repetitive circular swim, excited that it got some yum yums! Desiree wondered just what this water type would look like when it grew up, unfamiliar to the young of the ever so familiar species.[break][break]

Taking her second to last safari ball out of her purse, she'd toss it in the water where it looked to be swimming. It was intriguing how the ticks moved across the surface, reverberating delicately.

Now that the ticking had concluded within the pond, it was time to pack up and get back to the front of the safari zone; though it was quite distracting how gentle the glimmering Tsareena was being with Feebas' pokeball, so cute! Once the picnic blanket and all of the bowls were back in Desiree's tote bag the group would off, taking a winding trail that led to the entrance. But this one looked a bit different, were there two paths instead of one?[break][break]

Across the path were arrangements of what looked to be acrobatic lines and toys everywhere, but after a moment of silence, a horde of wild pikachu would appear and take onto the strings. Running around and playing like nothing she'd ever seen before, the pinkette giggled and held onto her rotating Minior while they all watched the show; they all looked so friendly, she had to pluck one up to take home! Looking for the tiniest one, though all looked essentially the same size, her eyes would scan the adorable chaos.[break][break]

Spotting one nuzzling a chew toy with its electric pouches, she'd throw her last safari ball in her possession. As it would tick, she'd hold her hand out to some of the others gathering on a nearby tightrope, giving them support to walk across. What a precious secret sight tucked away in the trees!
