The Hisuian Zorua follows her trainer when the duo would go inside New Mauville which was a perfect place for Chiyo to train in an abandoned power plant. Since Elise was Josh’s gym trainer, the royal needed all of the training she could get in improving on her battling and ensuring that she’ll be able to be one of his trusted gym trainers in the future. With the small ghost type Zorua looking around the walls of the power plant, the little fox peeks at one of the open rooms to see if there were any wild Pokemon that could make an appearance.

An Electrode rolls over at the long end of the hallway that they were walking into though the Hisuian Zorua doesn’t feel like battling something she would consider to be a little annoyance, so Chiyo turns towards a room that didn’t have the door closed. Though the wild Electrode didn’t notice them, the spherical Pokemon leaves the two outside of the room which the Hisuian Zorua goes inside to inspect something. With the little light grey fox trying to see if there were any other presences she could feel, Chiyo would look out towards the other end of the large room to see if she could find a smaller place to explore.

Chiyo sees a wild Heliolisk walk across the long hallway they had come to after the Hisuan Zorua had explored much of the wide room they were in. She doesn’t think that the Heliolisk would be an opponent for her to fight, so the light grey fox waits until the wild electric type walks off to another part of the power plant’s hallway and makes the trip down to watch out for anything else. As the ambassador follows the Hisuian Zorua, Chiyo was having a bit of fun exploring the abandoned power plant since she hadn’t been out to other places like Kuro the Zorua did.

Around the left hallway that the duo would be walking to, a wild Vikavolt asks the Hisuian Zorua if she wants to train with it. With Chiyo’s answer of yipping her answer, the light grey fox starts her attack with Burning Jealousy, the blue flames that she shoots out of her mouth made the Vikavolt groan in pain. A Mud Slap from the Vikavolt makes the female fox shake off the mud covering her eyes before she launches a Shadow Ball to weaken the flying beetle. Elise tosses a Premier Ball to capture the Vikavolt as she and Chiyo watch the Premier Ball suck in the bug type before it drops to the ground with a few wriggles
