She was lost.

[break][break] Despite her best efforts, mila alexopoulos was unable to find her way out of the labyrinth of tunnels and tera crystals, one that seemed reminiscent of the HOUSE OF MIRRORS that she'd once traversed with CIAN MAHER. The reminder of the former Rocket made something uncomfortable twist in her gut, and she looked at both her pokemon that were out.

[break][break] Both Vincenzo and Dolce seemed just as lost as she was. She sighed.

[break][break] Mila turned on her heel, startled by the sound of something crunching underfoot. Moonlight streamed through an opening in the sky, casting a radiant glow upon her surroundings and shrouding the lurking figure in the shadows, hiding their identity.

He was lost.[break][break]

After having wandered away from howard slayte during an episode and running into Michael Navidson, Chu-e had no idea where in the fuck they were. So far, their sense of direction had ended up with them wandering aimlessly through crystal caverns. While pretty, they only filled Chu-e with a sense of revulsion when he caught his own warped reflection inside them.[break][break]

Maybe it was the broken and bloody nose or swelled shut eye from Navy's punch or maybe they were just losing their touch. When mila alexopoulos called them out like they were some stalker, it did make Chu-e flinch away from the crystal and whip around to meet her eyes.[break][break]

"I washn't hiding." Was protested, bland. Swollen lips and aching teeth made the list come out. No pokemon roamed at Chu-e's sides; it was just him.

Out of shadows, someone appeared.

[break][break] Mila tensed, expecting it to be a Ranger like June Fair or maybe even an annoying civilian like aaron faust. This was neither.

[break][break] Swollen, bruised and bloody, in addition to it being dark however, the designer could not piece the familiar figure together. At least not yet.

[break][break] She frowned, stepping forward.

[break][break] "What the hell?"

[break][break] Her own kindness got the better of her, despite herself, and Mila gestured for Dolce to act. A sparkle of light echoed in the moonlit cavern as a WISH was gently placed upon the gentleman's brow.

The Wish helps with the sting. Blood dries and some swelling goes down, but it's not enough to cure. Chu-e doesn't seem particularly bothered, at least, more so just annoyed at the situation they've found themselves in.[break][break]

'Woke up' isn't really an accurate description of what happened, but Chu-e didn't want to go into some deep reading of health issues at the moment. It was easier to let mila alexopoulos think he had simply been knocked unconscious or something.[break][break]

The spin of the fire made the cavern sparkle. It made Chu-e suppress a shiver. Crystals were terrible, terrible things.[break][break]
