Razz allowed them both a few days rest before he called ever blackwell about going back once again. He knows the pressure of going into these dimensions could be a tad rough. Though he made sure not to wait too long before that, after arriving at the meeting spot the Ranger captain uses a pokemon with TELEPORT to bring them back to their original campsite they had scouted out. [break][break]

He took a moment to look around and see that the plant was still running on barely any energy, maybe it would be best to scout another place out see if they couldn't find something better. He already knows this place doesn't have what he needs and he ponders if what he's looking for is possibly at a different plant. [break][break]

"Let have one of us spruce this campsite up to something better while the other one searches," he comments thinking that they could improve on their return point for when they come again, "Which would you like to do?" [break][break]

Which ever Ever decided to do Razz would begin on the opposing.

Recuperating wasn’t his cup of tea.

No, really, he was the type to sneak out his window and go on a walk when he should most definitely be resting. It was what he was meant to be doing in the few days after venturing into Ultra Plant. However, like always, he didn’t seem to know the meaning of taking it easy and had decided to spend his downtime doing a bit of exercise.

That became boring after awhile, though. Which was why he was so relieved when Razz called him to see if he wanted to venture into the Ultra Plant again. It hasn’t taken long for him to agree and meet up with the older man, who would then have them teleported to their last base camp.

It didn’t seem to have changed since they had last been here. Which, considering it had been only a few days ago, made sense.

"Alright then," he simply agrees before Salem follows him out as they explore the plant for a bit, bringing out Tango so that his head flames would light their way. For awhile it would seem like this place never held anything of significate importance, in fact it look as if no has ever lived here. Nothing really seemed to connect to anything and there didn't seem to be any real signs of life. [break][break]

Salem forcefully opens up a door and proves him entirely wrong. Fallen off a broken chair in the room were the remains of whatever was left of some poor soul. And while Razz and long since become numb to death he was glad Blackwell didn't join him for this. Curious he does go closer to see if something couldn't be learned as wires littered the place before he got close. Razz failing to notice that the wires had belonged to something. Had ever blackwell also taken notice of his surroundings he would see the same limp wires. [break][break]

Finally he get to the desk and examines how messy it was, though the skeleton seemed to be trying to hold something. So he takes it, see if what was inside could help them out. Razz was hoping for answers as to what happened to this place, if the rumors of Zekrom having taken it down were true, but there were no notes about it. Only of the Ultra Beast that haunted this place, "Damn it," Razz cursed as he placed the book withing his pouch for later on, keep the information about the Ultra Beast couldn't be used as an advantage later as he starts to head back toward Ever.

Left to his own devices, he would get to work. The first business was a proper place to rest when one needed to spend more than a day in the building. Getting that set up didn’t take long, and it was time to move on to the next thing.

He had started to get the camp better organized when something in his peripheral vision caught his attention. Frowning, he paused in what he was doing and went to check out what had caught his attention.

Seeing the limp wires, his frown grew. ‘Where could these be from?’ He seriously didn’t like the look of the wires.
[break][break]
He studied the limp wires for a few more minutes before deciding nothing would come from just staring at them and getting back to work. However, he was more on guard and made sure to keep an eye on his surroundings as he worked on getting the camp all organized efficiently.[break] Razz Kingsman

Had Razz had more knowledge about the Ultra Beast here he might have known something amiss after he had grabbed the book. Right as he was about to step out of the room he could here sparking and it causes him to turn around as lightning surges through the room. What looked like a light begun to turn on as it seemed to stare down the Ranger Captain. [break][break]

It makes its noise as if trying to communicate and Razz say nothing back. Which seemed to be enough for the Ultra Beast as it attempts to lunge at him, but thankfully Tango gets in the way and uses PROTECT to defend him as Razz runs out of the room. "Blackwell!" he calls out seeing if the other could hear his voice through the empty building. He needs to give warning to the other as they run, Salem and Tango behind their Ranger to be a buffer between Razz and the Ultra Beast. [break][break]

A cry rings out the whole building that forces Razz to cover his ears for a moment with how loud it was. Electricity floods the building this time from the xurkitree. After it cries out it smashes through the door Razz had originally come from, Tango fighting back with a FLAMETHROWER while Salem uses SHADOW BALL to try and slow it down as they made their way toward ever blackwell

A sudden surge of electricity gave him pause. ‘What was that?’ he asked himself momentarily, forgetting about the limp wires he had been keeping an eye on as he debated what could’ve caused a surge in the electricity. ‘Had Razz done something?’

Before he could think too much about it, a crackling sound pulled him out of his thoughts. Blinking rapidly, he did a quick scan of his surroundings, his gaze coming to rest on the limp wires he had noticed earlier. Only now did there seem to be electricity running along the wires.
[break][break]
Well, that didn’t bode well. The bad feeling he had earlier that spoke of danger grew stronger, especially when he heard something approaching from behind.
[break][break]
Hoping beyond hope that it was just Razz trying to scare him, though he thought that would kind of be a mean thing to do, he slowly turned to see what it was. In the doorway stood a Pokémon, or at least what he thought was a Pokémon; it looked more like death warmed over.
[break][break]
Trying not to think about what could’ve gotten the Pokémon looking that way, he released Leo from his pokeball, and the Gouging Fire immediately zeroed in on the pokemon, blocking the way out of the room they were in.
[break][break]
As the formally dead Pokémon went for an attack, Leo would instantly use Burning Bulwark to intercept the attack, causing the Pokémon to reel back in pain.
[break][break]
As the battle continued, Ever would begin to make out the sound of Razz making his way back to his location. “Ranger Kingsman, we came under attack, so proceed with caution,” he called out, hoping the ranger would hear him and wouldn’t just charge into the middle of a battle and get hurt, not knowing the older male was also dealing with his own opponent, well pursuer.[break] Razz Kingsman

"Shit, just hold off for a moment!" he yells, from what he hears the other Ranger is as in just as much trouble as him. The glowing pokemon was after him. Its body basically slithering through the halls as it tried to chase after Razz. Every now and then both his pokemon were forced to turn around to try and slow down the pokemon, but its attacks were beginning to take their toll. Every now and then attempting to hide in rooms but it was almost as if the Ultra Beast could sense where he was. [break][break]

Screw it they needed to regroup, with one close up ARMOR CANNON Razz and his pokemon were off to meet up with the other Ranger, Razz seeing more of the glowing pokemon and knew they were going to have a bad time. The one after him sends its wires after him but Tango gets in the way, tired up by the wires before it engulfs them with a THUNDERBOLT. "Tango!" Razz calls to them worried as the Armorouge is knocked out and the Ranger returns them back to his pokeball. [break][break]

"Do yourself a favor and don't use any psychic, or electric moves!" there were more but he didn't have the time as Razz called out his shadow Rotom. The little plasma pokemon chuckling up a storm before it uses DARK TERRAIN on the area around them. Sure it would hinder Salem, but more importantly it should hinder the Ultra Beast. The building would become dark as the shadow Rotom was essentially a miniature E.M.P. but when one of the Xurkitree tried using an electric attack it would end up hurting itself as well. [break][break]

using FAIRY, ELECTRIC, PSYCHIC, or GRASS type moves will will cause the move user to take damage. if they sustain damage from DARK TERRAIN they will also take residual damage as long as the terrain exists.

Well, that was easier said than done, especially if the ultra-beast kept trying to attack them. Oh well, it seemed they would just play offense and keep dodging the attacks, using Dragon Dance to evade the attacks. Luckily, due to the burn it had obtained upon hitting Leo’s barrier of flames, it wasn’t as quick to attack them again.

"Okay, but there’s only so long I can keep having them use Dragon Dance,” he stated, in his own way telling him he needed to be quick if he had a plan. Because using Dragon Dance to evade attacks would only work for so long.
[break][break]
At the comment, he was confused. "Yeah, no need to worry about that Leo doesn’t know any psychic or electric type moves,” he reassured the older male, allowing him to put whatever plan he had in motion without having to worry.
[break][break]
As it grew darker around them, he was a bit surprised. However, he recovered his composure quickly and focused his attention on the battle in front of them. As the Xurkitree attempted a THUNDERBOLT attack against Leo, they would immediately use Burning Bulwark, meaning the Gouging Fire was protected from the attack.

When the Xurkitree cried out from the attack, he was surprised. Deciding not to question it, he directed Leo to use Dragon Claw against the Xurkitree while its guard was down.[break] Razz Kingsman

There is a hint of a smile across the captain's face as the Ultra Beast hurts itself while it uses an Electric attack. Watching it physically get hurt by the residual damage gave him a bit more hope that they could handle this even if there was more than one. He looks at the ones inside the other room with Ever and back to the one that was originally after him. "Their bulb isn't as bright," he comments and wonders if that has to do anything, for a moment a light goes on in his head but for now its only a hunch. "Blackwell! I think if we take out this one I think the others will follow!" Razz calls out and from here on would try to focus on the one with the brightest light.

With a whistle Razz orders a team attack with his two pokemon, Salem knowing he's limited in his movements but least he can count on SHADOW BALL against the Xuritree while Currant strikes with HEX. Razz hoping that with Blackwell's help and the extra damage from the DARK TERRAIN would be enough to take this thing out.

The strikes strike true and the light the Ultra Beast has seems to flicker. They were almost there just a little extra push. It helps that the Xuritree tried attacking once more with an electrical attack in which the Rotom takes straight on, chuckling at the attempt. [Break][break]

It's the other Ranger's Zeraora that gives the finishing blow with its AURA SPHERE crashing into its bulb and brings the Ultra Beast down. The other beast going down with it as their power source was now gone. [Break][break]

"Good work, though after all that I'm starting to wonder if this was was a good idea after all," he gives a dry 'ha' as he tries to catch his breath after having to run for their lives. [Break][break]
