Keeping a good distance, Eris peeks from behind a crystal cluster and watches intently. Though it's not her job to catch such intruders, it's most definitely in her best interest not to mingle with potential Rockets. At best, she can contact someone and tell them about this stranger wandering these parts. Faint trails of pink flit in her shadows, an unseen force suppressed now that the imminent threat is gone. In all seriousness, she probably would've been fine and will continue to be fine even if she chooses to stay up here. But she cannot command Reiner effectively if she keeps losing sight of him within the swarm.[break][break]

The Luxray sidles up to Eris, one brow raises as his gaze briefly darts towards the woman and looks back to her. When she slings an arm over his shoulder and hops right on, down the both of them go, warily circling around the group.[break][break]

Like business proposals? She knows that Amor is in charge of some big important stuff. Somehow, it wouldn't really surprise her if he was required to listen to a lot of yapping about stupid investments as a kid. Many of the voices seem to carry ominous sentiments, but their descent into lake seems far more sinister.[break][break]

A blink and they're in a brand new place. The glitz and glamour that surrounds them makes her wildly uncomfortable. And the first few steps she takes are towards Lulu, the only real familiar face amongst a sea of strangers. Whilst Lulu contends with the sudden bump and wine spill, she might just find her answer to her question. The older woman seems surprised, fingers lightly covering her bold red lips before she looks over to a server and begins waving them over. And she'll begin apologising to Lulu with rapid sentences of Kalosian, tongue twisters in the eyes of those that don't quite understand the language.[break][break]

"It's okay, Miss." The first words that Eris speaks are with a lilt, a smile gracing her lips. Perfectly accentuated and pronounced Kalosian. "Thank you for your help!"[break][break]

The server that soon graces their presence is one that carries towels to provide whatever little aid for this predicament he can. And with them present, the older lady takes her leave before the situation escalates.[break][break]

"Excuse me, mister. Just what is this place?"[break][break]

He raises his brow at her question, but knows better than to vocalise his thoughts instead of doing his job.[break][break]

"Coumarine City..." His response is repeated, this time with a little more thought as she looks to Lulu. "A resort city in Kalos. Somehow this place all kinda makes sense cos Amor is rich, right?"[break][break]

Grocery day means a long list, and a long line at the cashier. Which means she has plenty of time to run back and grab whatever last things they missed on their first run.[break][break]

Packaged Yeggo waffles are hung before her eyes. Raising a brow, she looks up with the readiness to deny a legend their overpriced snacks. But the one that stares back at her isn't Mesprit nor their many other disguises.[break][break]

It is a Pheromosa.[break][break]

The attack comes out faster than the eye can see, readily punting the child into the shelf. And she might just have punted on through to the neighbouring soup aisle if not for a metallic giant forming before her to catch the Pheromosa's leg mid-kick. With a roar, Mercury looms over the Ultra Beast, almost as if absorbing it into their body as they pummel it repeatedly.[break][break]

And in their rampage, something flutters amidst the crash of plastics and baked goods - A strange bronze feather that kind of reminds her or a Shiny Corviknight. Still slightly out of breath and in a lot of pain, she simply leans against the shelf despite how uncomfortable it is, reaching to grab the feather before it gets blown away by Mercury now beating the Pheromosa with baguettes.[break][break]

Crack! Crunch![break][break]

Arceus, she hopes they don't have to pay for all this.

And when the Delphox gets a little too close for his liking, he raises a paw and presses it into their face to push it away.[break][break]

"No... you're okay..." Sometimes, friendly people just tend to forget that there are people called introverts and socially awkward. At the very least, he doesn't press her for information on where she's actually from. "There's the Fortree Sanctuary, I guess? Doubles up as the city gym."[break][break]

Other than that, she really doesn't know much of this place. Only the lesser seen parts of the forest that she'd love to keep to herself.[break][break]

He's right in that the Xatu staring is a little uncomfortable, but probably not for the reasons he'd reckon. More so due to distant memories that belong to her and many others. Pulling her pencil from the center of her notebook, she shuts it tight.[break][break]

Even if they raise their hands or wave flags around, they could be run over. What a conundrum is is when Eris just so happens to fall under that category.[break][break]

She's just about the cross the road when she hears the roar of feral engines. Her eyes widen as she readies to dive out of the way. But a strange silver surges from the streets, a Magnet Pull growing stronger and holding the Revaroom back as a metal giant begins to coagulate.[break][break]
