Violently shaking the crypt, a wave of prolonged anger awakens the horror that has been sleeping within the church. Hundreds, no - Thousands of milky eyes emerge from the darkness bringing the unsettling atmosphere. Yet, with numerous eyes that pay attention to the significant human being within the room, Kano can't help herself to feel being watched by someone other than the eyes - The feel comes from the general direction towards the picture yet Kano has no time to humor her feeling as she is currently facing an immediate danger to her own. Completely ignoring the fall of @hades, Kano focuses on her own life. Grabbing everywhere as she could to climb out from the sinking sand that is trying to swallow her whole. Curses come out from the mouth of the doctor every time she realized that her Voltorb has smooth surface despite levitating - There is no place for her to grab it. [break][break]

Brain turning fast then the outcome that she can think of involves her getting injured - Death if her calculation strays for a moment. Kano closes her eyes trying to calculate the depth of her sinking and the angle, not forgetting to factor in the strength of the move. A moment passed, her eyes open and she glares at Hajime. "Hajime, don't miss. Shoot your Sonic Boom right on this spot. Gobanme, levitate there and be ready to catch me" Kano orders and they positioned themselves. Hajime starts to glow white and then a beam comes out creating a blast near her enough to shove her away from the sand. The blast wave is not friendly towards her own injuries right now but beggars can't be a chooser. As she was suspended midair, Gobanme swoops in and catches her with their whole body. [break][break]

After breaking free from the quicksand - Kano notices the Alcoves have been lit up in flame. Someone is smart enough to destroy an ancient building like this. Her frustration somehow emitted toward Hajime too as they are starting to ramp up in rage and starts to fly everywhere haphazardly and strike every surface that he can find and bounce to the next target out of rage. Gobanme just levitate slowly toward the scorched crypt until she realized where Hajime has been doing his pinball stunt. Hajime almost hit Locke Jamison 's Absol where there was
Eris Halla laying on the top of it. It almost hit John Sullivan but with luck, it doesn't. Kano can't let her Voltorb raise animosity from others because of this. Therefore, "Hajime! If you want to pour all of your rages, hit where it's matter the most!" Kano points at the monster and the bounced starts to aim at the beast trying to attack it carelessly. Once it hit, "Hajime, nice knowing but this is it for you. Hajime use SELF DESTRUCT!" [break][break]

The ball of sentient Pokeball starts to glow as he hits the body of the monster and it explodes creating another wave of tremor hoping for massive injuries to the monster coming out of the attack. [break][break]

The ethereal being starting to form around the dusknoir trying to spook the people out from their abode yet Kano is still brave enough to venture further as she doesn't have PHASMOPHOBIA since the dead will remain to be dead and they hold no power over the living being. People who state otherwise are lunatic as there is no such thing as a poltergeist phenomenon or possession phenomenon - You can't pour any more water into a cup that is already full of water, to begin with. The attempt to find the answer behind the peculiarity of the statues fall short, everyone decides to drum to their own beat not wanting to shares their finding. If that's the case - She pocketed back the statue to her pocket and play her own drum as she looks around for other details that she might miss. Picking up another vial and raised it to the sky, trying to look for some sort of impurity within it but no luck. However, through the translucency of the liquid, she sees pass through it and notices something within the alcove painting right across the room. Staggering her feet towards it, Kano notices a familiar face within the painting - A face that shouldn't be here at all yet she sees it, the face of her two favorite nieces and nephew, @benjamin and @leeja. Before she is able to make out the meaning, the vial suddenly cracked and the liquid splashed to the sand beneath her. [break][break]

Two disfigured Voltorb made out of the sand float and circle the doctor, gaining speed as they keep moving. "Did you think I would feel bad attacking if you take the form of my pokemon?" Kano asks particularly to no one with a rhetorical question. Then she realized something else - Numerous sand creatures appears and start to destroy the vials. "Protect the vial! If they are destroying it that means the vial holds some important meaning!!" Kano shouts at Cillian Quinn, @hades, Eris Halla, Chu-e Choi, and Locke Jamison. Hajime unleashes all of his Frustration and strikes the disfigured Voltorb which only leads to it crumbles momentarily and reform again slowly. Realizing that, Kano decides to shift her mindset and attempt to scatter the sand more thinly, and to do that - A sacrifice needs to be made (again) "Dairoku scatter all of the sand with EXPLOSION" The Voltorb that just got revived previously now go back to the kamikaze route and create a massive explosion that scatters all of the sand that form those two voltorbs and they are gone for good. Meanwhile, Kano got shoved away due to the blast opening the injuries that she got earlier. [break][break]

The briefing that Kano gets is that Atticus is trying to create a static serum from Pikachu and create a torture device once it got injected into a person. Pikachu store some static electricity within their body like how a human would store body heat to preserve their own life if you want to extract the electricity from them - Kano believes that they need a living specimen for this experiment and of course that the specimen will inevitably die once the electricity got extracted. It shares the same principle of a human can't live without heat, a Pikachu can't live without electricity. [break][break]

"I do have a question, it is more for the post-extraction rather than the extraction process itself. What kind of vial will we be using to store the blood that contains Pikachu's electricity in it? I am afraid that a normal vial wouldn't work as if we think about the nature of electricity - It will keep discharging until it runs out of juice in an open circuit as a normal vial would do." Kano throws a question and a conjecture while she takes some paper and writes something to it then realization dawn upon her. [break][break]

"I might have some hypothesis, other than the vial question. We can begin. If my hypothesis is right, the question could be answered rather easily" Kano nods.

The crypts open after several people bleed upon them. Kano is not an engineer able to make guesswork on how the crypts work internally. Dozen to hundreds of Alcoves stretches as far as Kano can see with each alcove lays a tiny portrait that Kano believes should be the priests and their pokemon... "Interesting" Kano mutters taking the colorful liquid within a vial that rests beside the picture - "The liquid's color varies from one place to another and the liquid itself is translucent" Kano murmur trying to look around for more vials. Her feet suddenly stepped upon sand right underneath the picture, Kano looks up but there is nothing amiss - The sands feel unnatural to be there. As she walks around, she suddenly notices bling from afar, picking it up Kano realized that it is a golden figure that is awfully close to a resemblance to the host of this event - Bill Anderson. "Hey, you five look at this" Kano calls for others to show the figurine that she founds and it seems that Chu-e Choi and Cillian Quinn found the same thing. Then suddenly a man got whisked away by sand without any warning "Well, now it is four" Kano said nonchalantly not feeling disturbed then another man, Locke Jamison, appears as if replacing kyle lopez. "Never mind," Kano said waving her hand feeling the Gods of this place are playing a trick on her. [break][break]

While she got distracted by it, a creature that she wasn't expected nor invited appears from out of nowhere - The tangled beast of limbs and teeth appears but Cillian Quinn quickly subdues it with the help of Sylveon. However, Hajime is not pleased and his body starts to glow red and charge toward Cillian Quinn's Sylveon out of FRUSTRATION thinking that he finally found something to vent out of his frustration over this crazy event. "How bold of you to act without my consent, Hajime. I have no hesitation to force you to explode if you do that again." Kano glares at the misbehaving Voltorb where it just let out a grumbling voice. With her current injuries, she doesn't want to lose any voltorbs that act as a support, her injuries is an ass. [break][break]

"Terribly sorry about that." Kano spares some apology to Cillian Quinn about Hajime's act. "I believe that all of you see the colored liquid and some of you might have found this figurine. Does anyone have some conjecture about it? Perhaps someone who knows a lot about Bill Anderson personally"

Scarlet red dripping down from the side of the woman, the color that bears warning and emergency yet Kano's mind is filled with the image of spicy food and craving for it. That only proves that Kano fears no death, following her mindset - She would die sooner or later if she keep continuing with her explosive streak. 'It is not like this injury would make me die instantly. Will, it hurt like a bitch? Yes, but still surviving nevertheless.' Kano thought to herself as trying to put pressure on the trickling blood so she won't get lightheaded. @hades prompt attention to her with the help of his pokemon also help to lessened up the pain. Apparently, she is not the only casualty within the crowd. She notices the injuries on Eris Halla that might be much worse than her and a curious event where various pokemon suddenly regress to their previous form - Oh, how much she wants to snatch a pokemon or two and dissect them, alas circumstances push that thought aside. Suddenly, an item falls from the hand of a Gourgeist, and Kano finds herself with Revive... Kano spares no word and whisk it away and quickly apply to her fallen Voltorb. "Well, look at that... Hated by the Death so now you are back to the living word" Kano spares a snide remark to the newly revived Dairoku which makes him only show grumbling sounds.[break][break]

Dairoku joins with Gobanme that acts as a walking cane as Kano finds it hard to move on her own without any support. Hajime floats nearby showing random FRUSTRATION here and there... Since he learns that moves, he suddenly become short-tempered for whatever reason. While she follows @hades, her eyes caught upon a shadow moving in the walls - She can't make up anything for the identity of that said shadow so she just put that inside her mind without sharing it. As a scientist, she dislikes sharing something that she doesn't know about. Then there it is... a door that needs blood to open the door. Kano is unsure if it was due to blood loss or what but her sense of humor turns morbid and just go straight ahead and splashes some blood that has been trickling down from her. Staring at the empty solid rock stairway that leads to the unknown, the stench of molds is strong coming out from the passage. The door might be stuck with something on the other end, she calls out Hajime and orders them to push it with her. There are barely any budges and Hajime starts to show some kinds of Frustration - Hajime starts to step back and in a furious state, they charge like a wild bull and destroy the wooden door in one go. Apparently, the stair leads to the same room where the others come just from a different place. The space is arranged like a compass - Kano goes straight trying the door but nothing opened other than the west door where from any door it might lead to - this place is the one that Kano values the most. The archive! "Atticus, help me to pocket some important looking archive from here," Kano asks without looking back thinking that he might be still following her. Everyone that is present there starts to spring into action from attacking the monster and protect the people that are targeted by the monster. Kano has no way of going to waste their own safety just to protect a stranger - However, @hades is different. She is the one that asks him to follow her, so she has a responsibility to at least keep the man safe. She grabs him and tries to run however she found herself facing a cosmic light flying right into her.

"Gobanme! CHARGE BEAM FULL OUTPUT!!" Kano shouts while Gobanme unleashes a beam of lightning trying to contest with the cosmic light while she tries to shift her position for the last attempt where even if the beam of light hit it will not hit her vital.
