Sandy can sing? Genny's eyes focused on the Flygon, and she smiles. "If only I brought that level of preparedness. Only have Crash on me, so-" And like that, he's out the ball, the little blue gator giving two thumbs up to Genny. Sweat beads down her neck, the gator just wanting to help.[break][break]

Aw. Crash can help. As he hops onto Genny's shoulders, it was time to roll out, and once the music starts, Genny is singing every word in harmony to Andrea and Shalin, not trying to stand out. Especially during Andrea's Pokemon portions. She was doing it, she was nailing the delivery. The rap was something beautiful, every generation would remember Kanto as it was. The Pokemon that originated there. This was celebration.[break][break]

The moment the mic is in her hands, Genny spins, hopping in place as she takes the deepest breath in she can.[break][break]

Shale's tears are real, genuine. She accepts the apology all the same, but the poor Aerodactyl is quietly sobbing. She would never hurt this girl. She would never do this wrong, but hearing it was another Aerodactyl, another winged beast that rips and tears her flesh fills the beast with fury.[break][break]

She still keeps her distance, but seeing the girl smile at her, Shale tries her best to smile. It's no one person's fault. The Aerodactyl whines, and Genny moves closer to her, and places a hand on her head.[break][break]

Elaine's guesses has Genevieve turn on her heel, as she comments back. "Yes. I was," she stops. Two of the most harrowing incidents in recent memory. She takes a breath, acknowledgment that both were dealt with. Both had ended their conflicts. "Which means you were too." Her lips turned sour downwards.[break][break]

How bitter.[break][break]

Changing topics back, Genny thinks on it, turning to Shale. "Head back where we were, girl. Okay? Fly around, look for a Gallade separated from their Trainer. Can you do that?"[break][break]

Shale sqwawks happier, pushing into Genny's head, as she licks the Ranger's face, and the Elite Ranger laughs, giggling a spell as she pets the snoot, soft eyes on the rock monster. She loved Shale. Such a sweet, innocent girl.[break][break]

Shale turns back towards Elaine, and bows. She cries out her apology, before scurrying out into the hall, to the nearest open window, and flies.[break][break]

Genevieve takes her time to turn back, doing so eventually when she sees Shale fly from Elaine's own window. "Who was hunting you?"

In his personal space? Rex would squirm beneath her, and while Genny's eyes blink wide, before she's pushed to the side as another CRABHAMMER comes to slap that Kirlia into the wall. Rex's mind was on victory, not on escape. The redhead stares. She can't deny that's not familiar. One Gym Battle, and a horde of tournament matches has her smile.[break][break]

"Sorry about the space. But understood!" She pulls herself to her feet, and eyes Keanu and Balmung, and nods. "Then win." She gives him a side glance, and points forward.[break][break]

"Balmung, armor up! Keanu, defense on the Kirlia!" Moments later, the Meltan is waving and blowing mercury raspberries at the big crab, melting with some ACID ARMOR, while Keanu flips onto his tail, providing the Kirlia a LIGHT SCREEN.[break][break]

It's her job to ensure more trainers like him succeed, no? That's what a future Champ should do.[break][break]

"Knock'em out."[break][break]

Stage is set for Rex now.

As it stands now, Genny sits at four Pokemon left up, but her battle with Hitoshi Inoue has left her exhausted. But a hero doesn't stop. No matter what lies ahead, she will fight. Even if she's up against declan walsh, or an Underboss, she's come too far to stop now. Mossdeep second rounders LESGO!
With the partnership with Tapu Bulu, Genny is going to feel out what they can do. Shiv has allowed me to make Genevieve the secret Soulsborne boss, now that she can make a field of flowers for her fights. GENNY JOINS THE HUNT.
The only reason she's still going is insane-level determination and copious amounts of adrenaline that would make a junkie wince. But no matter where she starts, or who she fights, she'll do everything to win.
Genny needs to fight more. She's nowhere near done.

Genny looks upon the dual graves, grabbing at wrist, and kneeling to them. She took a life. Maybe it was Molly, but she ordered it. Molly was protective to her.[break][break]

The bell chimes, and the wind blows, pushing through her longer hair, as she closes her eyes. When from behind the cliffside grave, comes the deity. The chime alerts her, but its all too familiar.[break][break]

Genny spins on her boots, standing up with a startled gasp. "Huh?" That was the island spirit, Tapu Bulu. With it, she finds the vegetation growing from the ground beneath its bell. She takes the Pokeball, and holds the letter in her hands, she reads it. Her face darkens with her cheeks. This... this was Commissioner Goode! And she reads the letter again. And again.[break][break]

A fourth time couldn't hurt.[break][break]

The huffing of Tapu Bulu has her pause, as she looks up. And for a moment, she intends to reject it. She doesn't believe she's worthy, no badge to her name, no mission fully successful. She pauses a spell...[break][break]

And holds out a gloves hand, the Pokeball in her grip. With a smile, she clutches it to her heart.[break][break]

"Happy to have you, Bulu. Can I ask a favor?"[break][break]

She turns to the grave, and smiles. "The dead should be remembered... can you grow beautiful flowers? For a Mamoswine and Ceruledge?"[break][break]

A simple request, and one to signify their partnership. To never forget those who helped her this far. The road ahead will be rough and tough, relentless in this war to come. But she would never forget.[break][break]

She has him grow a white egret orchid. And with her new island spirit friend, she limps towards the beach.
