She gave the question some thought; there was the obvious answer, but was there more to her sneaky ways? "Hmmm, probably becoming a firefighter? I could've done that back in Anistar as well, but I suppose my family's protective nature was the reason I opted to change regions entirely." Becoming a firefighter was a goal set in stone, but the fact everyone knew who she was back in Kalos was a major setback. It'd prove a hurdle, while Hoenn was uncharted territory. At least here she could earn her place fair and square.

Gunner introducing his pokémon however was something that currently held her attention in full.

The way her lips cracked into a smile when the Typhlosian barked its greeting said more about the Kalosian's enthusiasm than her words could convey. Especially since the species wasn't one she was familiar with. "Nice to meet you too, Guinevere," she gently waved back at the fire type. "I've never seen a pokémon like her before," she said, keeping her eyes on Gunner's partner while addressing him. "Is she native to this region?"

After hearing his reply, she'd pop up her hands, allowing for the Flabébé to settle on her palms. "Camille and I haven't been together all that long, only a few years, but we've been inseparable ever since." Galayne said, although she couldn't deny the pang of guilt settling deep within, for the true partner she could no longer keep at her side. Not that she let anyone notice, remaining straight-faced as Camille made a show out of posing toughly for their new acquaintance.

Oh wow. Talk about foreshadowing-- she nestled herself further into the mountain of pillows and tapped her screen.

The most accurate representation of what she would do was available among the options; so it'd be a shame not to pick it.

A faint blush, courtesy of secondhand embarrassment, and the glee of the game's not-so-subtle fanservice option made this the easy choice, even if she'd not been as ballsy several replies back. Then again, maybe the possessiveness was a red flag in all... yet to counter that argument was the simplest of all; this was just a game. Consequences be damned.

Time to spice things up.

A frown creased her brow as she regarded her options; among them something she could only describe as a goldfish... not quite battle-worthy for the two legendary canines. Then again, she didn't recognise any of the four beasts she could choose from either, let alone that she'd ever seen a mention of them in any of the books she'd read. Did someone create them just for this particular route? Or was there more to it...

If this had truly happened to her, after the general shock, she'd be absolutely delighted to see an entirely new world. Yet no answer seemed to reflect that feeling properly, and downright going for the flirt option seemed a bit... excessive? So question him. Even if it's angrily, as long as it would grant her the information she required.

Mayhaps she would've been less giddy if she'd known what the man had done in the past.

More legendaries roaming Hoenn? And they're from Galar to boot? She filed it away in the back of her mind for later; mayhaps a text to a royal Galarian royal, or an extensive library visit was in order. Probably both.

Hmmm... well, a Vespiqueen sygna suit would definitely make a statement, but was a fashion statement the kind of statement she was looking for? Like the white dress, despite its regality, would moreso exclaim an innocent mindset. The black dress in its own right was elegant, but would it be enough? Too bad they didn't state what kind of statement she was gunning for.

Looking over the reactions presented, she gloats at the third one. Straight to the point; though an option she'd never pick herself; neither in real nor otome life. At least not without knowing the character... and seeing this was based on real people, one could only expect what the app would truly do with their answers. 

Well, worst case scenario. Not that anyone would blackmail her with her otome input, right?

"He... doesn't really look like a 'father' to me..." she's just mumbling to herself as she watches her phone, leant against the mirror of her dressing table while she's trying to her hand at multitasking.

Well, not that it mattered. She had no idea who this Father Winter was, but she was keen on finding out who his otome-self was.

The Otome game had become such hype that the Kalosian couldn't help herself but to indulge. She'd resisted thusfar, but alas, with the latest update including a handful of influential -and mysterious- celebrities, she had to get in on the fun.

It was breaktime anyway, so she could allow herself an ample half hour of relaxation. With a swish she scrolled through the intro and stared at her options.

Well, she knew how she'd want to be awakened, so that seemed like the right choice to make.

There's no more fire when she dares peek over the edge of the broken bell, easing her heartbeat into something less of a haywired tango. It sets both her mind and breathing at ease, while her eyes try to peer beyond the open field the giant mechanical Corviknight is ardently watching. She can see the others busy across, trying to construct something she'd seen often in the paintings scattered around her family's mansion; and she's glad to recognise it as a make-shift arbalest.

But the sound resonating from its construction does not only draw her attention. The angered Corviknight too has taken note, and has started circling closer and closer to their current location, seemingly set on getting even for the beating it had gotten earlier. Bad ideas and unfortunate consequences seem to be her due today however. The Kalosian finds herself emerging from the safety of the battered bronze moments before the Corviknight is about to intercept the rest of the group, a Moonblast slamming the avifauna smack in its face.

It screeches again and turns towards her; like metal scraping across metal echoing around them. She swallows, realising her bravado momentarily canceled out her common sense. And now it had resurfaced, it screamed back at her. Galayne remained put, inhaling deeply, and bellowed at the top of her lungs for the others to hear. "If you can fire that thing, now's the time!"
