Ameena's own Pokemon provided some help in ridding the rubble aside from their little path out of this accursed place. The Espartha truly was more battle ready than Koa could be. The Blastoise was just as bullheaded as the island deity they payed tribute back home. She quietly allowed the other woman to calm her pokemon before they continued onwards.

The Inkay slowly glided back into her head and him herself at home, tentacles drooped over the side of Leilani's head. She adjusted her sunglasses so that they weren't in danger of getting broken...again.

After a bit of trekking, the two were close to their exit point. Light flooded into the darkened tunnel, forcing Lei to cover her eyes for a moment as they adjusted to the light.

"Tapu above...This must be what Dugtrio feel like."

There waiting at them just outside was their ticket out. A group of Rocket members stationed outside the tunnel to ensure that none of the pokemon inside would follow them outside without risking being caught or harmed. Lei had wanted to at least try and find a souvenier for Mahina, though their scheduling made it difficult.

Once the two women were secure, Leilani smirked at Ameena with a nod.

"Nice working with you." she said as cheerful as she could. "Ever want to party again, give me a call. Might have a plus one."

Inkay even let out a pleased "bloop" at the offer.

"Only the best for my partner~"

It looks like they wouldn't need any kind of little setback to buy some time. Ameena was a woman fast with her fingers. Koa and Scuttle no doubt were having a good amount of trouble in some hope to try and find a way through all of this nonsense. The Pokemon blocking the way proved a challenge to overcome for the both of them. The more quiet of the pair smirked to herself once the cue was given.

"Right. Time to get out. Make some room."

She let out a sharp whistle to her Inkay, the psychic-type fluttering back towards her as Koa withdrew into his shell, though with his water cannons still out and armed. The Blatsoise began to used RAPID SPIN again, though would zoom around the environment to give the group some breathing room.

During this, he would use HYDRO PUMP while rotating to ensure a steady, powerful burst of water from his cannons. The resulting attack carved a path through the wave of Pokemon blocking their entry. Some were knocked away by the spinning move, others were blown away by the water blasts. Whatever the case would be, there was a break in the blockade.

"Keep moving." Leilani kept as simple as always. "More will come."

"Only the best for my partner~"

Leilani spun back around just in time to avoid another incoming blast of water from a water-type that splashed on the wall. Koa was being swarmed by more Pokemon as he would perform another RAPID SPIN to shake them all off of him. She scoffed at the growing crowd before dipping back into her belt.

She threw out an Inkay, Scuttle, beside her, the squid Pokemon chirping out as she spun around at the environment behind her and spotting the Blastoise attempting to fight off the incoming horde. Scuttle hopped to his defense, bringing her tentacles to her head and firing off a PSYBEAM at some nearby dissidents that crawled along the ceiling above.

"How's the transfer coming along?" Leilani asked, hoping they could be done before they eventually would be overpowered. "I can buy us some more time, but it's going to disrupt the calibration."

Another few Pokemon would go flying while Koa unleashed another FLASH CANNON into the crowd of Paradox 'Mons, sending a few skittering back while on her toes for the next wave. For every one she seemed to beat, there were two more who were ready to jump up for their chance in the spotlight.

This definitely was turning into quite the little experience. Although she did find many of them rather cute. Mahina would have liked the one who looked a lot like a Jigglypuff.

"It's been a bit hard considering what we're up against, but we seem to be doing fine." Leilani replied to Ameena, commanding her Blastoise to shrug off a quick strike by a Gallade looking pokemon and to fire back only for it to be deflected away. "Unless you've got a plan."

And indeed, she did. Ameena was quick to hurry over to some of the equipment and leave Leilani to face the onslaught of these little colorful demons spilling out of places. She had been a bit busy watching her lone Blastoise act as the wall against everything, the pokemon opening his arms and using PROTECT to hold off the onslaught.

Just in time for Leilani to swing around and catch the small Joltik just about near Ameena's head to be lowering.

"Watch to your left." she put briefly. "Don't panic."
