As they landed once more on the moon, Nenet moved to recall her Celesteela; the Ultra Beast gave a shudder, refusing to return, and instead made a deep whooshing noise and vibrated in place.

Brow furrowing, Nenet's attention is instead drawn to the moving shapes in the distance; Celesteela regains her attention by floating in that direction, pausing, and looking back.

"I think it wants us to follow," she muses aloud. Her attention is drawn to the objects, and she squints, though is unable to quite make out what they are.

"Let's see if it's a trap." Nenet smiles, coy and amused as she glances to Zev. The Ultra Beast's loyalties had hardly been called into question, but with Zev beside her there was little chance of something actually harming her out here. Or so she believed.

The closer they get the wider Nenet's eyes turn, and soon she whispers a hushed, enchanted, "It's Lunatone," when she can finally make out their outlines.

While the altar caught Zev's attention, Nenet's was focused almost wholly on the Lunatone milling about. She only half-catches what Zev speaks, only fully realised the situation as she noticed a ripple of movement through the Lunatone as they all suddenly focused on her husband.

"They're guarding something."

Eyes widening, she calls out a warning, "Zev!" just as the Psyshock nearly strikes him. Celeestela seemed content to let the two humans flounder, making no move until Nenet barks out a sharp directive to attack.

With a deep sigh, Celeestela lifts one massive arm and sweeps it widely towards the Lunatone, brushing many off like an annoying gnat. "I need to catch one," Nenet barks at Zev as the Lunatone begin to scatter.

Celeestela's arm reaches out once more.

Her focus wholly on the Lunatone, Nenet reaches in into her bag and pulls out a pokeball to throw at the downed Lunatone; the Pokemon disappears in a puff of fine white silt and red energy as she holds her breath, not releasing it until the pokeball stills and confirms her capture.

"Thank you," she praises Zoroark quietly.

It's only then that Nenet takes note of the chaos around her and looks to Zev. "I'm fine," she assures him. Unaware of Zev's bone-deep uneasiness, she moves to retrieve her pokeball and stash it away, a look of satisfaction evident on her expression.

Stashing her capture away she finally moves to examine the altar that seems to have been the cause of all the trouble. "There's something in the cetre," she notes. Moving slowly towards the altar, the remaining Lunatone turn in tandem as Nenet moves, though they make not attempt to attack this time.

"It looks like a flute," she muses. Another step closer and the oppressive presence finally seems noticed by Nenet. Before she can speak a burst of energy and a small portal rends through the air form which a Shiny Tapu Bulu emerges with a roar, ready to fight.

To find a Shiny Tapu Bulu - on the moon - in the Ultra Crater was nothing Nenet ever could have imagined in her wildest dreams. She stared, equal parts shocked and hesitant to find what should have been a native Alolan Pokemon here of all places.

Thankfully it's not up to her to defend them, and Celesteela and Zoroark leap into action. They're not enough, however, and Zev eventually makes his way into the fray.

Nenet wasn't concerned. Zev could more than hold his own, but her poor little Celesteela looked worse for wear, as did Zev's Zoroark. Digging through her back - her new Lunatone tucked safely inside - she retrieves her Hatterene.

The fight continued, with Hatterene offering a few well-placed Heal Pulses, before a raging bellow fills the air. Bloodied and exhausted, Tapu Bulu snorts once at Zev - a warning or praise, who could really tell - and the small portal which brought the Legendary Pokemon too them opens once more and the Guardian disappears.

The dust slowly settles, and in the wake of everything the small flute on the alter glints invitingly. As she lifts the flute from its holder to better examine it, Nenet hums curiously at the symbol on the altar which greets her.

"Look at this, Zev," she calls.

Zev was uninjured as she knew he would be, though that didn't spare him from the effort expended. He was tired, she could tell, but she wouldn't coddle him. He could still stand, unlike when his energy was wholly spent trying to subdue Kyurem.

She turns the flute in her hands, examining it as Zev fixated upon the sun symbol. Golden eyes cast askance at his urging. Music wasn't exactly her forte; she could vaguely recall some sort of recorder in elementary school but that was years ago and no one really expected anything half decent from that.

Nonetheless, this seemed important to Zev. "Tell me later what it means," she murmurs to Zev before turning the flute in her hands. Curiousity licked at her heels.

Lifting its mouthpiece to her lips, a soft, sweet note fills the air as Nenet plays the flute.
