Fortunately, there's another partner Katherine can rely on for this course. A beautiful, tall Scolipede named Belladona. She happened to enjoy this course more than Gallade.

"I don't feel like running anymore, so you'll have to test them yourself." And yet, despite her words, she still wore the shoes Fernando had given her.

Belladona lowers herself slightly to make it easy for Katherine to climb up and mount her back. The bug-type shared little concern about the danger this might impose, and instead, she focused on her goal. Reaching the finish line first.

There was a good chance Katherine will come to regret her decision soon.

Maybe she should have run instead, it'd have been a lot easier to manage than having to hold on tight to her Pokemon.
