like the seedot that they stumble across? no fight would come for it as he already has one. nor will a fight happen for the onix. he waves it away, saying "goodbye," as he does.[break][break]

MATIAS SILPH would be disappointed by their next discovery, as the only pokemon to be seen were a SWADLOON and a CARBINK. Of the two, only the former interested him. Bye-bye, Carbink.[break][break]

Adrian ordered his Cacturne ahead without much visible concern, though it could've went poorly. As the two pokemon duke it out, it becomes apparent the wild pokemon knows no Bug-type moves, something that would've left Adrian with a wounded Cacturne and a dent in his ego. Instead, he captures it without much ceremony, simply tossing the ball and retrieving it once it stopped rattling.[break][break]

it is indeed disappointing to see a swadloon and carbink, netiher of which bringing him any sort of joy or delight. in fact, he sighs, looking away to focus on literally anything else. but it seems the carbink has other plans.[break][break]

its MOONBLAST shines down on the tauros, knocking it back only for it to get angry and charge right back for a GIGA IMPACT that sends it flying.[break][break]

But eventually his stubborn nature wore beneath the persistant displeasure, and he decided to take his leave of MATIAS SILPH.[break][break]

"I've had about enough sand for one day, man." It just wasn't something a city boy could get used to. A bit of dirt and grime wasn't unusual for a grease monkey like him, but this was something else entirely. Besides, he'd cozied up to the good life long enough to lose his tolerance for such things.[break][break]

"Take care not to find the quicksand," he joked in his goodbye.[break]
