The area near the base of Mt. Chimney was known as Fiery Path which was a cave network system and one area that was a little hot for trainers to be in. Samael would float by her side since he was the one to fly her near the outskirts of Fallharbor Town and the two of them traveled to the cave. The dragon was a little worried that Elise wouldn't handle heat well, but she told the Dragapult not to worry and would let him lead if he wanted.[break][break]

She could do with getting a few other Pokemon of other types than the ones she wanted. There were other typings that had very good Pokemon, so she'd figure out which Pokemon to catch there.

The Dragapult growled at the distant flying Pokemon and moved in front of the smaller trainer to figure out if the wild Pokemon was going to be a threat. Seeing the purple Pokemon fly towards the duo, the woman saw that this was a Crobat who was a little curious instead of being threatening as Samael relaxed a bit to the wild Pokemon trying to look at them. The Crobat didn't take a while to stay and flew off to join wherever he was going to be, so Elise would tell the large dragon to continue inside the cave and keep protecting her.

There was another distant Pokemon during their trip inside the cave as the Dragapult turned his head towards the unknown Pokemon. The woman would go a little closer to see what the Pokemon was and saw the familiarity behind the fire type Pokemon's appearance being the evolved form of the one of the Johtonian starter Pokemon. Seeing the large dragon, the female badger Pokemon pointed to Samael and gestured that she wanted to battle first before the wild female Pokemon could consider this trainer to be someone she wanted to be with.[break][break]

Samael started with Phantom Force and disappeared, leaving the female fire type to be confused where he was. She would fall forward after the Dragapult struck her from behind and turned around to send an Ember as the small flame made the dragon wince a little, but didn't appear to be affected by the fire. With the dragon type attacking the Typhlosion with disappearing and reappearing to strike her with another Phantom Force, the fire type fell to the ground in a weak heap though she still stood up to bow her head and allow the woman to catch her, Elise tapped the empty Pokeball's button to catch the wild Typhlosion.
