Summer found herself visiting Elisabeth Fiorelli in her friend's flower shop. Was it probably a bad idea? Of course. She was susceptible to the pollen that liked to find itself around this time of year, and being around flowers that were probably ready to pollinate?[break][break]

She could imagine her allergies were going to have a fit about it later.[break][break]

But she wanted to join her companion for tea and speak to her about several things. Namely, Gunner Graves. There weren't many women that Summer considered herself friends with, and Elisabeth was one she felt she could trust, not to mention she valued her input.[break][break]

Sitting quietly as she enjoyed a cup of tea, she hummed as Elisabeth handled the dealings of a customer before they left. "I'm glad your business has flourished, Elisa."

Her friend's praise warmed her. Despite herself, Elisabeth felt herself perk up at the praise like a flower given sunlight, and she busied herself bringing the fresh brew of rooibos tea. A Palentine's dessert blend she rarely indulged in, this one, although she had a few left over from the festive season.[break][break]

She poured a cup for her, its sides gilt with etched Ledyba and Ledian, and the faint scent of chocolate and mint wafted from it.[break][break]

"I know your business is flourishing marvelously as well. But of course, I had no doubts about that, given its exceptional leadership."[break][break]

It was funny, in a way, how Summer's success in her business felt like a success of Elisabeth's own.
