Being the nerd that El was, it didn't take long for them to catch on quick as to what this base was about. They stepped in through the front door, took one look at a few of the odd orange appliances scattered around, and well... With how much they loved to read about pokemon, was it any surprise then, that they'd recognize these appliances as the same sorts that rotom like to use?
Of course, that didn't stop them from poking at a fan, and ending up letting out a startled laugh as they got a faceful of wind - tousling their hair every which way! Even Bibidi appeared amused at this, the alakazam letting out a soft, rattling noise that might have been a laugh of her own.
But still, El wondered - where was the flag? It wasn't anywhere in plain sight, and they couldn't find it in the nooks or crannies of the ordinary furniture... So, perhaps, the answer was in these rotom?
The fridge would be a bust - checking it only resulting in a faceful of icy wind that had El brushing frost off of their clothing. So too was the oven, which practically coughed up a plume of smoke in soot at them instead! Though the notion of checking the lawnmower was there, they'd ultimately decide against it - after all, what was a safer place for a flag, than where the Guardian could literally contain it?
Thus, the washing machine would be their next - and final - spot to check. Where El had anticipated being doused with water though, they'd instead be presented with the flag. Smiling brightly, they took it - before glancing down at their clothes...
... They were going to need a bath later, for all this soot.
