To his credit, Greyson Connors had done all he could to help Luka after their battle with mint frost and Calpurnia Kubrick. The wound on her stomach is dressed as best it can be, and she's hopefully applying enough pressure to keep it from bleeding as much. Frantic healing from her Audino has kept the pain from becoming unbearable, but she's still unable to move quickly.[break][break]

Perhaps that's why she'd gotten separated from Greyson in the interdream zone. He certainly doesn't seem like the kind of man to simply abandon someone in need. But she can't stay alone out her for long; injured and vulnerable, she makes easy pickings for any Rockets or paradox Pokemon that might come by.[break][break]

Trembling fingers click on her comms headset, and she speaks into it breathily. "H-hello? Um...t-this is Luka Chene. Is anyone there? I...I-I need help."

One Ranger dead but at least 4 others have been rescued. [break][break]

A number he tried to keep in mind as he tried very hard to imagine it in the other's point of view. Long had Razz been harden to the fate of death and so it didn't hit as hard as it should. Yet he was still beating himself up about it harsher than he probably should because it was far too much in his head what other rangers would think that despite the Head Ranger being on scene there were casualties. Though his thoughts were interrupted as a voice pops up on his 2nd walkie that he hand specifically for the league. Recognizing the voice and worrying for the tailor, =Chene this is Razz Kingsman, where is your position?= he is quick to answer used to playing rescue.

"Ah, umm..." Her voice is laced with pain— she winces into the line but it comes out as a crackle of static. "L-last I checked, we were around sector, um....3A? The kelp fields. B-but my partner and I got separated in..." Another hiss of pain, "I-in the dream zone, and..."[break][break]

From the other side, Razz might be able to hear the worried squeaks of Luka's Audino as she tries to help her trainer. Her Lopunny is also present, keeping a vigilent watch over the pair.[break][break]

"I g-got shot," Luka continues. "By an arrow...t-thingy. It's not that deep, but it's bleeding a lot..."[break][break]

She's an idiot. This is what her sygna suit is for— to protect her from things like this. But her Sylveon had been too weakened in battle to sustain it any longer. Perhaps if she had prioritized the fairy's health better, she wouldn't be in this situation.

Pain and panic are unmistakable on the other end of of the line and razz is almost at a loss of what to do. If there was one thing he feels he hasn't improved on since his time as a trainee it was his comforting towards others. He was horrible at it then and was probably still the worse at it now. [break][break]

=Okay just hold on and I'll get there as quickly as I can, make sure you try and keep pressure so you're not losing too much blood, have you hit your head?= he questions her to keep on talking wanting to make sure that she would keep talking as Salem climbed on his back with within an instant he uses and explosion to head into Granite Cave to go back into the Ultra Wild.

Luka shudders. She doesn't want to think about what might happen. She's no more than a sitting duck in a situation like this— she's used to feeling helpless and useless, but being helpless and useless and bleeding is worse.[break][break]

There comes the sound of rumbling; a cold, metallic sound. "Oh no," she mutters, glancing around wildly. But there's no telling if the sound has actually reverberated around the dream zone, or if it just exists in her own head.

A tuck and roll had to be used as he paused between directions. Breath heavy as he has been worn out for a long time and was honestly running on fumes. That and he needed to pause between his explosions to make sure he was hearing her okay. He was now at the rift at least in which Luka might have noticed a bit of static on his head before he was actually within the Deep Sea. Gravity feeling off here as he had to try and recall just where the interdream area was. [break][break]

"Not to worry Chene, there aren't many people who are quicker than me," he attempts to jest even if his tone was more of a serious one, it was just how he did things. He did make sure to add the people as there were still plenty of pokemon that could keep up with him even if he could take off like a jet. [break][break]

"Just keep talking to me, do you see anything?" he questions her as he tries to recall where he saw the zone. Near the bottom right? Lovely, lucky for him heights weren't actually something he was afraid of as he jumped down. Just to recall that within this space 'falling' wasn't really a thing. He curses to himself as he aims his hand to launch himself downward.

"Oh, okay! Yaaaay...."[break][break]

Razz's attempt at levity falls a little flat, but Luka appreciates it nonetheless. Frankly, just hearing another voice is helping to keep her a bit calmer; it's very reassuring to know there's someone on the way.[break][break]

"I...kind of." There's a lumbering shape in the distance. Even though it's far off and the sun doesn't penetrate down here, a chrome exterior seems to glint in her direction.[break][break]

"It's big...d-do you think it's coming this way?" More panic starts to settle into her voice and bleeds through the comm device. "I-I can't...ugh..."[break][break]

She can't run. What she can do is try to protect herself from whatever lurks in the dream zone. Luka feebly manages to wrap her hands around one of the mysterious ores in her bag, but her palms are slick with blood and she nearly drops it. Eventually she holds it firmly enough that she can smash it against one of the small cracks that litter the rift, causing it to burst into a dome of crystal that partially surrounds her body.[break][break]

It's the best form of protection she can think of for now. Though on Razz's end, the sounds of smashing ore and expanding crystal must certainly be bizarre.

With the use of his explosions Razz comes near crashing down at the bottom of the cavern. Salem using his PSYCHIC in order to stop them from actually crashing and stop his trainer from hurting himself trying to go too fast. Least they reached the bottom in record time as he tries to listen in on any clue on where she might be Razz doing what he can to ignore the shaking in his arms from what he is sure is over use of his abilities. [break][break]

Though its Salem whose ears pick up at the sound of crashing as the cat points him in the direction of the mist that was finally starting to pick up around them. A clear sign that the zone was creeping up on them. Now hopefully they could both get out safely. =You'll be alright I'm almost there, I know its sounds dangerous but keep talking and Salem should pick up your voice soon=

"M-more talking? Okay..."[break][break]

Luka leans back against the walls of her makeshift enclosure with a wince. There's some kind of alien seaweed growing in here with her, glowing a greenish-blue hue that bounces strangely off the crystal around her. She watches it for a moment, almost entranced, before remembering Razz's request.[break][break]

"Hey, now that you're head ranger, don't you think you should get, like...s-some kinda new outfit, or something?" It's a bizarre thing to bring up in context, but at least it keeps her talking. "You know, something cool! Like, uhmm...sharp, yeah. Oh, I bet I could help—"[break][break]

She's cut off by what sounds like footsteps outside of her crystal palace, and the vaguely distorted shape of something outside. Her Pokemon huddle around her defensively, and panic starts to prick at the back of her neck. "Umm...Monsieur? I-I think there's definitely something here..."

There is a small 'heh' on his side of the communication to show that he finds what she said amusing. =Sure maybe I can commission you or something= he jokes to try and keep her going though the sudden silence worries him but Salem keeps leading the way as while Razz can't hear he knows Salem can and they have been chasing after the direction for awhile, the mist feeling as if it was getting thinker so it wasn't like he could blast his way through like before. [break][break]

Its then he finally sees something, something like it were the shape of a crystal ball of some sorts. Razz knocking against it silently without saying anything at first not sure if this was some type of trap or if this was the target he was looking for. [break][break]

"Chene?" he questions talking out loud rather than using the comms.

Luka braces herself, preparing for the worst when the footsteps around her little safehaven grow louder. But then Razz's voice rings out from the other side; clear as day, and not just in her headset.[break][break]

"I'm here!" she answers, though her voice is weak and strained. "Ohh...oh! The thing I saw...that was you!"[break][break]

Except it wasn't. The creatures that lurk within the Interdream Zone seem to come and go as they please, either masters of the domain or created by it. While Razz is distracted with finding Luka, a large titanium creature emerges from the mist, it's giant iron hands poised at the ready.[break][break]

Luka yelps, but that's the only warning Razz gets before it tries to backhand the head ranger and crush his body against the crystal cage.

He sighs in relief having found his target without too much trouble. "Yeah not too much to worry about," Razz tries to reassure to her, too excited and possibly worn down, to notice the target having come from behind him. Salem does as he tries to get in the way but is hit with the BACK HAND which knocks the psychic type back some distance into the fog before the Iron pokemon smashes Razz into the small dome. Air being knocked out of his lungs as he was now stuck between a rock and some large fist. [break][break]

"You have... anymore pokemon?" he questions through gritted teeth as he tries to free himself, but with his arms bound down by the new paradox pokemon he can't even call for a new one to help him.

"Razz?!"[break][break]

She's so frazzled by the sudden attack that for a moment, Luka forgets her manners. But not using formalities with the Head Ranger is the least of her worries. She cranes her neck to try and see over the top of the crystals, but up close this Pokemon only looks like an amalgamation of shining steel and machinery.[break][break]

"Bonbon," she hisses through clenched teeth, "I-I'm fine! So go and...a-and help, okay?"[break][break]

Her Lopunny is reluctant to leave her side but does so anyways, hopping over the crystalized barrier and onto the field. She stares warily at the Iron Hands for a moment, then bounces up into the air as another hand attempts to slap her down.[break][break]

The strange gravity in this place means she doesn't descend as fast as she's used to. However, her bounce still manages to hit their assailent right in the arm that's pinning down Razz, so hard that it dents the chrome exterior. A cybernetic cry echoes in the air as it retaliates, releasing Razz so it can try and strike Bonbon down with a powerful force palm.

He keeps himself braced as it feels like the Iron Hand pokemon is trying to squish him slowly and painfully with the crystals pushing into his back. He is only free when the Lopunny saves him with her bounce that Razz feels like he could breath again. Oh yeah, he is definitely not going to be working for the next few weeks outside of possibly paper work and simple teaching. [break][break]

"Thanks," he huffs wanting to just take a nap at this point filled to the brim with painkillers. But he still has a job to do and with his pokemon numbers going low he is going on his more rarely used ones. Least he knows hes taken the time to train them as he calls out his Pikachu. But instead she's busy getting slapped around by that force palm, the impact sending her small body flying. The rabbit grits her teeth but is slow to get to her feet, already staggering under the pressure of the fight and all the ones that have come before.[break][break]
However, she won't go down without a fight. Huffing in indignation, Bonbon runs forwards to add to the swift attack with her own play rough, though this means that once again she's within reach of Iron Hands' giant fists. She pummels the robotic Pokemon as best she can, and their combined attacks do start to stagger it.[break][break]
At this close a range, it only makes sense for Iron Hands to engage in close combat with it's attackers. Sparks fly as fists clash against metal and by the end of it, the paradox Pokemon is looking badly injured.[break][break]
Bonbon, however, has been tossed to the side, her body limp and useless, but at least still alive.
