Since she hadn’t been to the outskirts of Slateport City, the Gardevoir offers to protect her while they were exploring the recesses of the empty, broken streets. Though Flayn was out of her Pokeball, the ambassador brought along her Audino for a back-up healer in case the Gardevoir suffered some form of injury when they could get ambushed by wild Pokemon here. Framme was in her Pokeball, so Flayn walked ahead of her trainer as she looked around the cracked sidewalks of the outskirts area. The Gardevoir stays nearby with her head turning side to side for threats in the empty streets, wondering if the quietness makes her a little at unease.[break][break]

Her Salandit stayed in her Pokeball in case she was needed though the lizard wanted to go along with whatever training she wanted to do. Arceus forbid that a famous Koga-like ninja would jump at them at the second they step foot into some uncharted territory in the quiet streets ahead.

Sensing a presence buzzing towards them, the Gardevoir puts herself in between her trainer and a wild Beedrill that jabbed at her with Poison Jab. Flayn feels the poison coming onto her body though she looks towards her trainer to see if she was alright. Elise's Mega Tiara glows with a brilliant rainbow light as the Gardevoirite transforms Flayn into Mega Gardevoir, giving her an edge to fight the Beedrill. The hands of the psychic type launch a powerful ringed stream of Mystic Fire towards the bee Pokemon as it dives down to Peck at her.[break][break]

Another Mystic Fire would drive away the Beedrill as it flies away and doesn’t want to pick a fight with a much stronger Pokemon. The Gardevoir collapses a bit though she makes sure to go ahead of her trainer in order to help protect her.

The Gardevoir shuts her eyes from the poison making her breaths a little ragged as the royal sends out her Audino to deal with the very next Pokemon who walked towards them. Framme’s eyes become a little worried for the psychic type as she uses Heal Bell to cure Flayn’s poisoned condition. A soothing energy overtakes the Gardevoir as the poison is lifted from her and then the Nuzleaf hits the normal type with Air Cutter.[break][break]

Framme whimpers a bit from the air cutting onto her though she counters with Dazzling Gleam, the blast of light hits the Nuzleaf as the grass type is chased off by the attack. The wild Nuzleaf doesn’t want to deal with an upset pink bunny Pokemon.

Watching the Golbat swoop down at the trio, the Gardevoir stands in between her Audino friend and her trainer with unleashing a Psychic blast at the bat Pokemon. With the Golbat reeling back from being blasted by the Gardevoir’s attack, the female bat Pokemon flies in to launch an Air Cutter towards the female psychic type. Framme looks on with a worried expression as the attack hits the Gardevoir though she doesn’t think she can help Flayn since the psychic type wanted to do this by herself.[break][break]

Another Psychic blast would make the Golbat collapse to the ground as the royal tosses a Pokeball over to the flying bat. A red light sucks in the female poison type as the Pokeball drops to the ground with a few more wiggles.
