Dear Esteemed Colleagues of Team Rocket,[break][break]

As you are aware, Team Rocket acquired a Seal Stone during the early April operation in Dewford Town and the Ultra Deep Sea. Since then, the Science division has worked tirelessly to understand the nature of this Seal Stone and how it might benefit Team Rocket.[break][break]

Experimentation with the large tera crystals around Sootopolis by Head Scientist Naomi Sato, Anya Fowl, Priam Conrad, Alba Evovae, and myself combined with former Head Scientist Lulu Flint’s work on dream mist and the simulation technology now used in the SPECTRA Trinity Trials has allowed us to make a massive breakthrough in early June.[break][break]

A machine has been created around a large tera crystal that we can slot the Seal Stone into like a cartridge… and by doing so, we will be able to enter and explore a simulated universe that may expose to us the cosmological truths of the universe we inhabit.[break][break]

However, there are a few key notes I wish to share:[break][break]

1). When the Seal Stone is slotted in, we seem to PHYSICALLY enter a kind of virtual reality. Physical harm and even death can be sustained by those inside; however, all wounds do not carry into their physical forms. Dying causes one to be immediately ejected from the simulation. [break][break]

2). I personally, based on reading past debriefings, believe that this is related to The Cloud, a dimension that serves as a sort of “back up” or “save file” of our own universe. [break][break]

3). There is reason to believe that this Simulated Universe may put us into contact with cosmological beings known as the Creation Trio, figures that we may know, or cause other strange occurrences. It is possible that these things may occur during the present time or perhaps may even be pulled from history. There is also a likelihood that this simulation will be filled with errors and glitches, so please be prepared.[break][break]

With that said, we should not shy away from this opportunity. There is much to be learned and even more to be gained by following through on using the Seal Stone for these ends. [break][break]
