Relations
FRIENDSHIP I'd love for her to have some friends! Could be other students from [unspecified private school], or maybe just people she met along the way. She can be a bit of work to befriend, but is loyal once befriended. She's the friend to go to when you need to dress up for an important occasion, and also the one who has all the skincare and healthcare tips at the ready, and will drag you out of bed early in the morning for some good exercise if needed. She's not always the easiest person to deal with, even with or especially among friends, but she values true friendship deeply.

RIVALRY I'd like some rivalry for her! She has this determination to see her very unfortunate trubbish Jon through to victory, so someone mocking her for that please. They probably battle on every occasion they meet, and most of the time, Cass loses. It's a long journey until she actually wins, but she's determined, Jon isn't, and the rival is not sure if this is even feasible as rivalry lol I'm open if Cass and Jon's underdog-ness only fuels arrogance, or if they might even have a friendly rivalry going on!
Also some more friendly rivals and battle partners for general pokémon battle training! She (read: me) has a hard time not adopting and catching pokémon, so her roster is likely gonna grow quite a bit.

ROMANCE I think Cass might be relatively quick to crush on people that she finds aesthetically attractive and pretty, so I'd love some plots in that direction! Her type's tall people, but crushes might also work generally with kind, empathic people or very lively people. Or just. Very charming people. Her crushing on someone can be rather subtle, I believe, and probably is the most obvious when she swoons over something her crush might have done, or her getting embarrassed when they are nice to her.
Am also interested in her being in a relationship mayhaps! Crushes are easy, but I think when faced with the possibility of a relationship for real, there's more question marks to be had. Heck yeah, queerplatonic and hard-to-describe feelings \o/ But yeah, generally would be the usual first steps of romance, before diving into "I don't know if it's love and I don't know if I need to know" and such territory!

Plots
ROCKET Personally planning to throw her into Team Rocket once she graduates school and is more mature and determined about it, and also doesn't have school to worry about lol Any plots helping her along that way would be appreciated! Her mother is Calpurnia Kubrick who's been used by the League as a scapegoat, which is the spark of her anti-govt ambitions. She also generally has a rebellious streak of being dissatisfied with the status quo.

WORMHOLES Her father has gone missing as he fell through a wormhole, and she really wants him back. Maybe help her in her research and search, or stumble upon her as she's trying just about anything to find him again?
research in the library + travel across the entire region and again and again + why are you in that tree

SCHOOL She's a gifted child, and as one does, starts struggling in school as she can't quite simply reason her way out of everything anymore, and needs an actual foundation which she never really built. Help her study maybe as she grumbles in the library, or see her extremely nervous on the way to school for an exam, etc!

HAIRDRESSING Let her dress you up! Could simply be standing too long in the clothing store and she intervenes, or you seeking her out if you already know her. Maybe she also butts in because your complexion is terrible and she really can't stand it lol

Relations
FRIENDS & FOES It is both easy and hard to make friends or enemies out of them; they don't mind going so, so many extra miles for a friendship to blossom, but can likewise be reluctant to even get started. For one, their own insight into people leaves much to be desired, as they choose over and over again to be kind and see the good, even if it's ill-advised. They have learned to trust their Sylveon's insight into matters concerning people, and if he doesn't like someone, that's usually a sign for them to truly stay far. But apart from that, they have a hard time not trying to get along with people to the best of their abilities. They're maybe similiar to a bonfire here - giving people opportunity again and again to come close and chat if wanted, or simply provide quiet company. Nonetheless, they usually tend to prefer chatting. Even if they can enjoy a meaningful silence as well, they might eventually start a conversation again.

With that all being said, they're not adamant on Sylv's judgement (much to his chagrin) and can still be persuaded for friendship even when the Sylveon dislikes someone. Even with people betraying them, they are willing to rebuild trust and start again ... or force themself to. It's a courtesy they extend because they would like this hand to grab, too, but it's not an easy thing to do. They don't hold grudges per se, but it's hard for wounds to heal and scars to disappear no matter how much they want to.

Despite everything Rocket has done and is doing, they also feel actually conflicted - they fight it and want it disbanded on a grand scale, but have a hard time truly hating an individual member they meet with the same passion. As soon as it's personal, they seem to soften, almost with an worried undertone.

ROMANCE They are generally open for any flirting if they notice it (it's sometimes a bit of a fifty-fifty), and have no problem initiating or returning it if the vibes allow for it. They are quite open regarding their choice of partner - or rather, partners. They always make clear at the beginning of anything that it's unlikely for them to ever only see one person romantically, and however the other reacts dictates their future relationship. However, they aren't the type to hold grudges if their dating style isn't met with understanding, as long as the other isn't hostile. On that note, they never demand that their partners are also mutually involved as well, as long as it's all consensual and out in the open.

As a partner, they are quite affectionate, barely ever wanting to leave the others' sides for too long, supporting their beloved ones with everything they can. They enjoy (and require) that attention is on them as well, but not don't need it in this supporting kind. They just really love (and need) being recognised and appreciated.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME They're fairly new to Hoenn (arrived here at the end of January 2024), so almost anything is brand new and any pointers are appreciated! They're originally from Kalos and generally feel a certain nostalgia around rural areas, since they've grown up in one. However, they truly feel at home in big cities, urban regions now, blending in almost seamlessly. They're quite open to any of the new experiences Hoenn has to offer, and would love to be taken along the ride! They're living in Lilycove right now.

~~SAVE ME,~~ SAVE YOU They might or might not have a bit of a saviour complex, and they're ready to jump in whenever they see someone in need. Maybe that's not necessarily the most healthy attitude to have at all times, and ties to various other reasons and things they might need to think about. It's all for the right, selfless reasons, except when it sometimes appears not to be, and there's a glint hurting for recognition.

"FENELLE MILLER" CIVILIAN Meet your fellow, totally normal Office Worker Bee civilian! Dee is clearly the diversity hire of der firm, but dee doesn't seem to mind it all that much. Dee is a fairly bland and easy-going person who doesn't seem to be out to connect, but is also not entirely unwilling to do so. Just carried by the wind.
meet the normal john doe! truly! + fellow office workers and similiar during lunch breaks + watch dem slightly crumble in crunch time seasons + battle a few casual battles (dee uses mirros and signed attack commands)

"XUANYI DE LAURIERWYLLE" CIVILIAN Just another spoiled rich kid that seems to be both reserved and shy. (Dee doesn't use this persona all too often these days, but meetings in high society definitely work here! Dee will also pretend to be somewhat scared of pokémon.)

"MILLE (FEUILLE)" ROCKET Dee does not seek out relations beyond business within Rocket. Dee comes of as cold the most in this persona, as dee make almost zero effort to mask any part of der autism, and simply is "the most authentic" almost, all things considered. Dee doesn't mind good working relationships, however, but small talk is something dee will never quite understand. Most of der communication is probably per text - which is in stark contrast to der "resting ice king face" that dee sports whenever not signing. Dee mostly works in the background - if there's something you need done, dee will get that done if dee is able to do so. However, dee is not averse to doing jobs out in the field, either, and can be convinced to do most things if within der possibilities.
shitty parents succeeded, dee is a good worker bee + need something hacked? done + any other kind of IT support? done + be a bit (a lot?) surprised at the difference between text and irl + until dee starts signing animatedly, at least

QUERY: LIFE PARTNER? Query: Maybe? Dee generally doesn't like notions of romance outside of fiction, and still doesn't like them in real life either. However, with der sibling's romantic side, dee can't help but be curious. Looking, mayhaps, for a Life Partner / Queerplatonic Partner type of situation! This is something that has to be slowburned over many threads I think, but I just wanna put it down as a general possibility and if there's interest, we could maybe start working on it! It'll be a very non-physical, vibes- and care-only type of relationship. Maybe dee will cradle your heavily injured body though - or maybe not. Ideally, the partner would also be Rocket or not against Rocket at least! (Wanna be recruited to be criminal together :3c)

Plots
ROCKET - STRONG AND STRONGER Dee wants to get a stronger pokémon team after simply having collected pokémon that dee likes and that only have one braincell that they share. For this end, dee is willing to be taken under someone's wing and also has the following multi-step plan:
1. CATCH 'EM Catching and training strong pokémon. Meticulously look up what combinations are especially good.
2.1. TYPE:NULL Enter The Wilds (Capital Everything) and find those fabled instruction manuals to construct a Type:Null. Create one.
2.2. GENESECT Chop shop chop.
However, frankly, the steps are interchangable, so dee will likely not do them in order. Dee also is working on developing a sound-and-light-based system to give commands should the need arise for it - however, der ultimate goal is raising or simply getting a loyal set of self-sufficient body guard pokémon.
mentor dem! + do duo wilds and The Wilds with dem (after dee got at least one strong mon) + rks threads + battle threads + engineering threads for command possibilities

MISSIONS Dee is open to participate in, supervise or revise Rocket missions and their plans as needed. But generally, open to do all kinds of missions with dem - dee will probably find a way to figure it out.

ROCKET - FAKE FAKE FAKE Dee has carefully and is carefully constracting the fake civilian persona of one Fenelle Miller and will hire willing Rockets for this end that prove that they have a little bit of acting talent. The roles to cast are: friends, distant relatives, other acquaintances and even lovers. Be reigned in for some quick bucks in ridiculous shenanigans that are a bit more soap drama than real life!
