Tera Crystals are partly the reason why the winters are real now in Hoenn. Her job here in Petalburg City was to take care of a power outage in Petalburg City and one that the Pokemon Ranger Department wanted Elise to do for her mission. The dark magenta haired ranger cadet has her Yamper to help with one of the generators being affected by the outage while her Vulpix uses Will-O-Wisp to illuminate for light in the middle of the darkened streets filled with houses without lights on. [break][break]

Her first thought was that a person or a Pokemon could be causing trouble with the outage. In the darkness, the trio of royal ambassador and her two small Pokemon would have to be careful of anything that could lurk in the dark.
