"GIA!!" Shouted Andrea in worry as her Cyclizar was nearly knocked out by a single move. They were dealing with a legendary alright. Even Josh and his prized Zeraora had fallen to this tyrannical ruler of the past. She needed to pull out all the stops too, reaching for the ball containing her ace Hydreigon. "Go, Chomp--"

Suddenly, the smaller Koraidon sprung to action, wanting to help the two humans that fought so fiercely to protect it. Distracting its stronger counterpart with a Roar, it gave them just enough time to escape. "Gia, get Josh and Raikiri! They got beat up pretty bad!" The young cosplayer exclaimed, while she and Jalapeño mounted the scarlet lizard. "Let's run!"

This was not a fight they could win at the present moment. Maybe if they came back next time, better prepared, they could settle the score.

The duel between the paradox Pokémon was intense. Staggering powers clashed with one another, the Koraidon that Andrea Vaneau was trying to bond with taking a huge beating. In an effort to save her life, and Josh's, the paradox Pokémon hurled both of them aboard. The Gym Leader's heart was racing too fast from the danger they were in to truly enjoy himself. He would have in any other circumstance. This Pokémon was fast, the Gym Leader forced to withdraw his Zeraora that could not keep up.

After so many years, had the Gym Leader discovered a Pokémon that was faster than Raikou?

As the two disappeared from the simulation, their vision fading to white as their bodies returned to the simulation pods, Josh stretched, wincing as he felt a splitting headache. "Owwww..." he moaned as he dizzily stood. "What... was that thing? That Koraidon?"

Simulation be damned, watching the friendly Koraidon succumbing to its wounds was still heartbreaking. However, the strange transformation that began taking place seconds before the machine sent them back home hinted at the creature not being done for.

Upon returning to reality, Andrea was profoundly relieved to find out that Josh was no longer bleeding his guts out. Had she just imagined the whole thing? His question made her ponder. "I dunno, but it was too strong to be a regular Pokémon. It might have been a legendary."

Who knows, one day they might even meet the real deal. For the time being, the RKS Simulation was their only source of information about this mysterious new legend.
