Like a little child following its mother, the Mimikyu walks alongside the ambassador to the safari zone’s first area. They had seen the woodland area not filled with snow since the Kyurem incident meant that it wouldn’t be snowing much now. Still, the chilly air around them made the female royal bundle up in her dark blue coat and winter gloves. Since she needed to train most of her other ghosts, Alastor was a good Pokemon to have with her to their trip.[break][break]

As the Mimikyu looks over to a tree stump and a small garden of flowers, the small ghost looks a little sad that one of the other flowers wilted. He would also stick close to the young woman in case they would come across any of the wild Pokemon living there too.

The eyes of the Mimikyu blink when a Woobat flies in though Alastor thinks the bat Pokemon is a threat. When the wild Woobat flies in a bit closer to the ghost in a Pikachu-like sheet, a Shadow Claw slashes at the bat Pokemon. Hurt by the attack, the wild psychic type flaps her wings as a Gust misses the Mimikyu. Hopping to the blind spot of the Woobat, another Shadow Claw weakens the female Woobat that she starts to lower herself to the ground.[break][break]

Taking out a Dusk Ball from her pack, the royal ambassador throws it at the weak psychic bat.

When they get to the deep part of the woodland, a wild Rookidee comes to perch onto a branch of a tree while the Mimikyu stops to look up at the small bird. Its final evolution was a taxi option in Galar and a little better to ride in than a Braviary. A shadowed hand from the cloth of the Mimikyu’s costume reaches up to slash at the bird with Shadow Claw as the Rookidee is thrown off of its perch.[break][break]

With an annoyed chirp, the flying bird attempts to hit the Mimikyu back with a Drill Peck. Alastor moves to the side of the bird as the attack misses him and he bats at the Rookidee with another Shadow Claw. With the bird lying on the ground, the female Galarian royal throws a Dusk Ball and attempts to catch the bird.

An Alomomola swims in a lake that the ambassador and her Mimikyu find in the woods’ clearing though the small ghost looks at the pink fish Pokemon a little curiously. Alastor ignores the fish since he doesn’t want to hurt it and a pink fish like this Pokemon appeared to be nicer than what he battled against. They both leave the swimming fish Pokemon to get back to the deep part of the woodlands where the Pikachu costumed ghost sees the meadowed plains outside of the woodlands.[break][break]

Getting closer to the plains, Alastor runs across the grass as he enjoys frolicking between the peonies.

The Mimikyu walks onto the grass and looks at the peonies with blinking beady eyes before he hears the small sound of a wild Petilil. He ignores the grass type Pokemon since he wanted to play with the peony flowers for a bit and the wild Petili goes to another part of the meadow to look at the other flowers. His shadowed hand strokes one of the peonies like he was helping to tend to them.

A wild Applin goes along the path on the green lush meadow that the ambassador and her Mimikyu were walking on. The Mimikyu looks at the wild apple dragon where he sees the Applin hopping along like it was minding its own business. Though Elise remembers that her cousin had a few Applin, Appletun, and the other members of the Applin evolutionary line at the draciary, she’ll let her Mimikyu go have his fun.[break][break]

Alastor slashes at the wild Applin with Shadow Claw as the Applin bounds back onto the ground with a thud. Elise takes out a Dusk Ball from her pack and she’d toss it at the weakened Applin, maybe this one would be a good gift to her beloved.

When the Mimikyu walks along the path across the lush meadow along with the ambassador, he notices an odd purple blob smack dab in the middle of the dirt path they were on. Getting closer to see it for himself, the purple blob is a wild Ditto and Alastor looks a little confused. Since the Ditto goes first and transforms into the Mimikyu, the small Pikachu costumed ghost is annoyed and slashes at the transformed DItto with a Shadow Claw.[break][break]

And as the ‘Mimikyu’ is thrown back by the force of the attack and hits the grass, Elise tosses a Dusk Ball from her pack and watches as the red light sucks in the wild Ditto. A small huff can be heard from the Mimikyu as he relaxes a little at seeing its opponent not bother him anymore.
