Despite this, he knew he couldn't leave Thomas behind, even if he wanted to. It wasn't like Thomas could understand him anyway, aside from the fact that his expression made the Clawitzer grumpy.

He’d heard whispers that two had come incredibly close, though![break][break]

He knew it was only a matter of time before someone would eventually get the “big one” (so to speak) and have complete bragging rights about the damn thing. Well, he knew that he wasn’t going to have much luck being that person so…[break][break]

He falls in line again, this time holding a sling bag that contains half a dozen bottles of ramune. Who knew that the staff over at the Sanctuary quite liked the taste of the soda he’d been bringing back?[break][break]

Hell, he’d even walked in on a marble argument between who got the nicer marble out of the bottle.[break][break]

Anyhow, the line to the Magikarp spot was long as usual, and he sighed. Lowering his shades a bit, he bites back an impatient foot stomp as he falls in line, bringing out his phone in order to lose himself in a mobile game he’d been hooked on playing lately.[break][break]

Eventually he’d made it to where everyone was now trying their damn hardest to get the elusive golden Magikarp, and this time he grabs a net.[break][break]
