Elise had been coming to Route 116 to check on the Pokemon in that area. Her Lunatone follows after her while the rock type Pokemon watched the grass rustle too. Though Amalthea hasn’t seen any training, the ambassador is glad to let her train whenever she wanted. The moon Pokemon floats over to the small grassy patch that had some small flowers on it.[break][break]

That patch was next to a smaller cave. Elise isn’t sure if that cave was home to a Pokemon, but it was best not to approach it. Bothering a Pokemon inside their home would be asking for some trouble.

When Elise sees a Tandemaus look at her, she sees that it’s the couple of two mice instead of their family. The diplomat already had a Maushold which evolved from the Tandemaus and waves at the two mice who were holding hands before the Tandemaus wave back at the human ambassador. Amalthea the Lunatone floats over to the Tandemaus as she’ll greet the mice too though the Tandemaus appeared to be scared of the floating moon rock.[break][break]

The Galarian diplomat would continue to watch for other Pokemon in the area. She’ll be accompanied by her Lunatone while she doesn’t think her Lunatone was trying to scare off the wild Tandemaus.

The other Pokemon that the Lunatone takes note of is a simian like Pokemon who appeared to be doing something on her lonesome. Upon closer look, the simian doesn’t seem to notice the ambassador or her Lunatone though this one probably was the counterpart to Elise’s Passimian. Since the wild Oranguru finished her task of sorting the pebbles on the ground for some young Pokemon to play with, she leaves the pebbles over to any wild Pokemon that could come across them.[break][break]

At this point, Amalthea the Lunatone floats over to look at the pebbles that the wild Oranguru was working on. She doesn’t move them in case that another Pokemon could see this and get a bit upset over the rock type Pokemon playing with their toys.

A wild Tranquil flies to the ground while the Lunatone is busy looking at one of the rocks near a tunnel. The bird appeared to be looking right at the strange moon-shaped Pokemon when Amalthea turns around and sees the Tranquil as a threat. Rocks were tossed from the Lunatone as the Rock Slide batters the Tranquil enough that the bird gets weakened from the super effective move.[break][break]

When Elise sees the wild Tranquil on the ground, she knows that the Lunatone was protecting her. The royal ambassador takes a Dusk Ball out of her pack and throws it at the weakened bird Pokemon, a Pokemon like Tranquil would be good for helping to teach her Archen how to fly too.
