These 'Wilds' were not something he was familiar with, but it was something he had been training for. As Theo told him they were going to be hunting for something in one of these worlds. Though there were still a few steps he needed to take such as the Kubfu next to him. [Break][break]

For now though it was seeming like they had to bust their way in proper as the living surface seemed to try and lock them out. Thankfully he had access to his mentor's spare pokemon as he called out a Minor and had it use SELF-DESTRUCT on the ice walls blocking their way to help reveal the poisoned ooze behind it. [Break][break]

"Is this why you asked for me?" Raziel looks back to Cillian Quinn with curiosity as he would reach into the bag he was bringing with him and taking out a couple of mask, to help filter the poison, and handing one to each Quinn.

Tempest would offer Raziel Beckett a tight smile; trying to give a forced appearance of nonchalance to try and put the younger man at ease. He didn't know him well and didn't entirely understand what had happened to get the enterprising Ranger on Rocket's side. Only that he was to be quiet about it. Raziel was also some friend of Cillian Quinn's, as well, and he didn't want the other to dislike him.[break][break]

So Tempest was careful when he took the offered mask. Didn't want to brush against the other and weaken an ally.[break][break]

"I've heard you're capable. Capable enough to keep up with a Beast and an Underboss." Temp means it as a compliment, then nods to the start of the work that Raziel has started on the wall. He calls out his own pokemon, a Galarian Corsola. The dead pokemon waddles sadly before joining the Minor in Self Destructing. The wall bleeds. It's putrid.[break][break]

Tempest wonders if he can eat this place.[break][break]

He turns his head to ask Cillian, then feels a soft deflating in his chest and looks away. It's not quiet fast enough to hide the excitement dieing in his glowing, golden gaze before he smooths it over with another tight smile. Cillian probably didn't want to be bothered with whatever dumb ideas he came up with.

Cillian had invited Raziel along because he couldn't bear the thought of being alone with Temp right now. But he can't say that in front of his husband or the younger grunt, so...

"You follow orders. It'll make this easier."
[break][break]

There's a clear pattern developing in their method, and Cillian sees no need to go against the grain. A Galarian Weezing emerges in a cloud of SHADOW MIASMA edged with fairy dust as the underboss affixes the gas mask to his face. It makes the NEUTRALIZING GAS easier to handle, too.

Of course, the gas isn't around long, as a click of Cillian's tongue sees the Weezing SELF-DESTRUCT.

Cillian's Shadows weren't often so disposable, but this one had a special purpose. Today, it serves it well.

If only it were enough of a distraction for Cillian to miss the look that Temp briefly shoots him, and the light that fades from his bright golden gaze. No doubt he was remembering how Cillian's claws had felt around his throat. The Harbinger's fingers flex uncomfortably, and he takes the initiative to step through the hole they've created.

Raziel gives a small 'ha' at his so called 'capability' though his Kubfu gives a more of a laugh as it seems the cub kinds it more of a joke than he does. He chooses to ignore it though as he shakes his head in denial,"A beast and Underboss? Haha no no no I-I can't even defend myself against some senior grunts I'm definitely not on that kind of level," he is quick to deny the husband, "Nice to finally meet you by the way, Underboss Quinn always seems to perk up when talking about you," he offers, using the formal title because of course he does as they're on a mission, before Cillian unleashes his weezing to explode along with theirs. [break][break]

Though as Cillian notes that he's only there because he follows orders he can't help but feel a little dejected. "Oh.... I uhhh I see..." he comments as he puts his mask on and enters. For a moment he thought he was brought in at the possibility of being useful, that hey maybe his poison knowledge would be helpful, or even a chance to finally meet the other's husband he has talked so much about. But no.. its cause he follows orders, because what else could he do?[break][break]

After entering he takes in the scene and from his bag he grabs a bomb they had brought along with them. "where would you like this then?" he ask unlike the last time he makes sure to ask about the bombing before he brought out his pokemon for it. Raziel looking to the Quinns for proper instructions this time around.

Seems that this was ending up a total blow up in all of their faces. Pun probably intended.[break][break]

Tempest followed after Raziel Beckett, opening his hands to accept the bomb from the other if the younger were willing to give it.[break][break]

"I can set it up. I don't think I can get hurt anymore." An unintended lie. Tempest could still feel pain, but wouldn't die if he sudden got blown up. He thought. How would that work? Would the whole thing grow back if he, say, lost a hand? It was strange to think about.[break][break]

"I think if we set it up over there, we might be able to bring a large section down." Tempest motioned sort of vaguely to a crack high up in the wall. It was pleasant. Cillian Quinn would recognize how when Temp spoke, it was without his usual boisterous tone. It was as if he was suddenly timid, keeping his voice quiet and unsure.

Raziel's reflection of Cillian's fondness for Tempest Quinn only sticks the knife in deeper, twisting where it hurts the most. He was fond of Temp. Terribly so. And yet he'd killed him. He didn't deserve him.[break][break]

His train of thought is derailed by the discussion surrounding the bomb.[break][break]

He'd served in Kanto's short, brutal war. He knew how effective they could be, and how dangerous. He scowls at Temp's brazen assertion that he couldn't be hurt. It almost felt like mockery, for Cillian knew the scars that marked his husband's throat. Hidden, now, but not forgotten.[break][break]

"I'll handle it," he snaps, shouldering Temp out of the way to take the explosive from Raziel. "We don't need you throwing yourself into danger just because you can."[break][break]

His tone carries the acid ordinarily reserved for the rest of Rocket's rank-and-file when he felt they were out of line.[break][break]

In his frustration, he doesn't clarify which crack Temp had been referring to. He sets the dormant Electrode into place and gestures with his hand for the rest of them to get back, his own SHADOW MIASMA allowing him to clear the range of the explosive with ease.

The young man can't help but step back, keeping hold of the bomb as Tempest Quinn seemed to volunteer about taking it because he apperently 'couldn't get hurt anymore.' Which in itself didn't make any sense, but for him this was a chance to show that he brought more to the table than just being able to 'follow orders.' "But I can do this I've been trained for stuff like this," he insist though Cillian surprisingly takes charge by just forcing his way through his husband and insist on the bomb in which Raziel hands over with zero protest. [break][break]

Raziel covering his ears as the bomb goes off, the grunt even more thankful for his bringing the mask as the poison mist would defiantly be annoying without it. "Are you two okay?" he decides to question as the dust settles.

When Cillian Quinn bodily takes the bomb from him, tone dripping with venom, Raziel Beckett would see Tempest's face twist up. Maybe like he was about to cry, maybe like he was constipated, but he was frozen in a sort of jerky way that showed he was at least upset. He glanced at the younger man, then away, face darkening like he was ashamed. Of what, he didn't voice. Turning, he covered his face and turned away as if to protect from the blast. While still looking shaken, his face was very carefully blank.[break][break]

His smile was empty.[break][break]

"I'm alright." Voice quiet, he waved some of the dust and debris around from in front of his face; his nose wrinkled from the acrid stench of the poison being exposed as they exposed more and more of the fleshy walls. As the smoke cleared, something seemed to be half exposed. An odd shape.[break][break]

"What's that?" He asked, pointing vaguely at the point of the jagged red object still mostly embedded in the wall.

In Kanto, there had been the choking dust of debris and the sharp taste of iron in the back of his mouth. But this explosion sounds almost wet, blowing apart organic matter in meaty chunks.[break][break]

Gross.[break][break]

As he's entirely unharmed, Raziel's question gets misconstrued.[break][break]

"We're fine," he snaps, not looking at Temp. How embarrassing to have his relationship troubles be on such obvious display. It's only when Temp answers that Cillian realises what the grunt had meant. Further embarrassment makes him burn hot with shame, further souring his already foul mood.[break][break]

Thankfully, Temp's observation gives him something else to fixate on.[break][break]

With how timid the beast was being admittedly he was a bit confused about their title. Most of the beast he knew had seemed much more confident and ferocious. Yet as he thought of several members of the Hoenn branch with grunts not knowing their underbosses, and and Admin who couldn't fight Raziel shouldn't be surprised by a timid beast. Another part of him thinking if Cillian ended up marrying the man because Temp seemed like the person he used to be? [break][break]

Thoughts that get interrupted as Cillian seems to snap at his simple question. "You don't seem like it," he can't help but comment back before voices are heard from the knew hole that they made. [break][break]

"Is everyone one alright!?"

He hears this get called and the grunt looks ahead to see a few injured from their blast. A couple helping one another up before they had been spotted. Cillian and Temp easy to spot as a danger as multiple pokemon are called to battle. "Isn't that Kingsman?" he hears one ask but Raziel knows well enough from their kanto days on what had to be done. The grunt is about to give a whistle but ever eager to start the battle his Kubfu charges forward and slams into one of the officer's Dachsbun hard enough to send the pokemon flying back into their trainer, and then the wall. [break][break]

Not his plan but it would work for now as Kubfu would aide in taking out the officers.
