The Girl Who Cried Ursaring
A blonde man rose back to his feet with a phone in hand, the first droplet of what would soon become heavy rain falling up his shoulder. A bag that did not fit him hung by his side as he examined the item.
Staring at it briefly, his gaze swept over the terrain until he found the footprints, disturbed foliage and broken twigs, his free hand slipt into his breast pocket quickly, before slipping back out with a pokeball in hand.
"I need your help, Leon." He said as he dropped the pokeball on the floor, it bouncing once across the grass before releasing a Stoutland. The large canine looked around briefly before gathering his front paws together and sitting, looking up at his trainer with a serious expression.
Good; he understood the seriousness of it all. Gwyar knelt before the dog, holding out the cellphone towards him.
"Can you find the owner of this?" He said, to which the Stoutland leaned in closer and began to sniff it.
Ever the Sleuth, the canine's eyes soon sharpened as he picked up the odor. Gwyar's own gaze grew more dangerous, his hand picking two luxury balls as he followed behind the puppy.
The rain had only just begun; not enough time to wash away the trail, fortunately. However, seeing as it led into a cavern, a known common dwelling for Ursaring and its kin...
The man's grip on his Aegislash only grew tighter, his jaw tense. Besides him, his blue Gallade glanced his way with a worried look, before extending out his own elbow blades.
As they marched forth however— they found their charge almost jarringly quickly, noticing her practically at the foot of the cavern... somewhat unharmed, much to Gwyar's shock, and absolute relief.
Leon let out a loud bark, before sprinting forth towards Brynnhildr, trying to give the woman a lick across the cheek as he reached her while Gwyar released a sigh and his shoulders slumped, dropping his sword.
It sank back into his shadow as he managed a relieved smile, before jogging up to the woman, Gawain quick to follow as he sheathed his elbow blades.
"Ms. Erling!" He spoke up as he approached.
