he had seen them before. The Heroic Duo that came out of the dream, that had been the thing that saved them from certain disaster.

[break][break] The admin shook his head, clearing the memory from his mind like clearing a cloud of fog, and instead focused on the task at hand. Zev Harcourt was already running into the battlefield and Jayden had no problem with following him. His DUOBLADE slid into his hands and he fought alongside the gilded Zamazenta and the Black Hand.

[break][break] Dynamax Pokemon slid like crystals against his blade, shattering upon impact from the sword's midas touch.

[break][break] Jayden didn't know all the details. He just knew that Lulu Flint was the one to step away from Rocket, to disappear from it. He was glad she was back in the same way that he would be glad anyone else was back.

[break][break] "What is —" Before he could question her further, suddenly the world seemed to close. It felt uniquely like something he had felt before, yet something he still could not name. Maybe it was something similar to the ancient tomb. Maybe it was similar to illeana reyes dragging the world under his feet.

[break][break] His chest felt tight. Like he couldn't breathe.

[break][break] Jayden crumpled to the floor, almost as if this feeling he felt was something he was more perceptive to than other people. As if Chien Pao's influence on him had town away the barriers around his heart, chipped away everything that remained. It made things like HATRED more susceptible...

[break][break] He gasps, hand clutching at his chest.

[break][break] The Cursed suddenly felt like he was in a closing room, once again. Snow rippled around him, lashing outwards, as the feeling inside of him grew. Thin ice swirled around him in gentle snow flurries as a sudden pang of HATRED aimed to combat the debilitating emotion that pressed him against the floor.

[break][break] Ever since awakening from that dream, despite his own recklessness in the previous raid, Jayden had been unconsolable in his desire to fret after fern delaney. He had always loved them, but for some reason, it seemed that his attention was doubled.

[break][break] It may have felt ten-fold now, especially after months of being sequestered mentally into an ice-cold cavern to which only Chien Pao could inhabit.
