Killian hadn't anticipated such a grotesque change in the Eevee. Its bloated and swollen limbs unnerve the stomach, but sympathy remained a foreign concept for the underboss. The need to know consumed him like the cells eating away at the Pokerus.

Host mimicked parasite when its food ran out. "Yes, continue."

Diamond hues shifted from the computer screen to Pokemon as the DX-Cells continued their work. Would the Eevee persist in bloating or disappear as Deoxys ate away it? Something else happen entirely? Better still - could the Eevee's genetic instability win out in the end, force it to adapt?

Killian wet his lips, eager for the answer.
