Summer stood to the back, listening to Commissioner Goode speak to the crowd. Honestly, she found it rather disgusting that she was trying to distract everyone from the eventual impact of death and destruction that was upon them.

There seemed like there was no hope.

Her arms were crossed over her chest, one hip poked out, as she listened with a snort, almost rolling her eyes. But she had to keep a cool composure. After all, she was representing the Prescott business now.

And it was ironic how Melody Miro's song related to the entire situation.

"I can't stand this," she mumbled to herself.

Summer vaguely remembered doing something along these lines with knox prescott one time. Maybe it was something different. Who knew for certain. They were probably on a drug induced high at the time.

But she took on the challenge, hopping onto her MANTINE.

Hitting the waves, she went onward, ready and commanded when she felt the time was right.

Summer heard of the fiasco on Slateport Beach. People diving for CLAMPERLS and finding goodies on the bottom. It could benefit her in the long run, and perhaps... maybe benefit her newly acquired business.

With a graceful dive, she went in, scouring the bottom for a treasure.

There she found... a salac berry? How did it end up here?

Summer smirked. Though she didn't verbally confirm that she had fallen on purpose, she felt like it was relatively obviously, how he leaned down into her and offered his heat. Normally, in such situations, she'd pounce on him.

But she had to control herself, since they were repairing their relationship. She was going to be better. For him.

"Then let's go back. I wouldn't mind one bit."

Summer listened with great interest as he spoke, playing with his red hair and nodding. It was fascinating, how he seemed to have a love for the water and fishing. Summer always stayed on land, her Pokemon were fire and dark-types. They were the seeming opposite, yet they were drawn to each other.

"Take me some time. Fishing."

With her beginning to dose off, Casey surrendered and rolled to his side. But he patted the sheets, beckoning her closer. In her last waking moments of the day, Summer scooted closer, nuzzling in and curling into his heat. Feeling warm and content again.

"Good night. I love you..." she trailed sleepily.

Frigg was the first to spot their encounter. She made a noise, bringing attention to Summer and the other two Pokemon walking alongside them.

And there stood a FOMANTIS, green and yellow rather than its normal pink hue. Typically, she didn't find herself attracted to grass types. After all, Surtur proved that she was a fire-type trainer over anything else.

But the few moves it threw, the X-SCISSORS, LEAF BLADE, and WORRY SEED, intrigued her. The SUNNY DAY that was set up would enhance her EMBOAR, and she didn't want to knock it out in a powerful fire attack.

"Frigg, SUCKER PUNCH. Try to minimize your power," she ordered.

The ABSOL threw a quick punch, since the FOMATIS wasn't attacking. It let out a cry, weakened. Which gave Summer the chance to throw one of the safari balls at it.

Summer couldn't believe this. Poor Sam, tired from a day's work, and Knox, being an unappreciative and unapologetic brat. What the fuck was wrong with him?

"Fuck you, Knox. We did this for you. I did it for you. And now you're going off without so much as an I'm sorry to your boyfriend."

She scowled, seething as she watched him go. Then she turned to Sam.

"I'm sorry, Sam. I didn't think he'd turn out like this... and seriously, if you're getting worn down or working too much, take a day off. That's an order," Summer said, a look of genuine concern flashing in her eyes as she chased down her brother.

It was to Summer's pleasure that he responded quickly enough, looking at the clock to see how much time she had until he got there and the approximate time. She had time to change, to look nice and enticing.

It wasn't often anymore she did this for her... guests. The last she could easily recall was BARNABY FINCH, and that had been months ago. So why not, after a brutal day of patricide and stress?

She chose a simple cream piece with a robe, lace embodied over her skin as she kept her hair in a loose bun neatly on her head. With a dash of makeup, not too much but enough to enhance her features, she was ready by the time he showed up at her door.

Descending the stairwell, Summer opened the door, leaning against it lazily as she let a small smirk crawl across her lips. Then, her eyes spotted the wine.

"Oh, drinks? You surely didn't have to go such lengths for a night with me, Mr. Cabrera," she cooed, though the gesture wasn't unappreciated.

She opened the door further, allowing him in before the mahogany wood shut with a solid thud. She waltz closer, passing by close enough so Cade could catch a wiff of her shampoo, her body wash, everything, as her hips swayed.

"I suppose we could enjoy a glass beforehand?"

With a shiny warden's ticket in hand, Summer exchanged the piece of paper for four safari balls at the entrance of the safari zone. She had been here before, so she waved off the person as they tried to tell her "be careful and have fun!"

Yeah, yeah. No need to tell her what to do.

Walking into the long grass that reached her knees, she looked around, her trusty three Pokemon at her side. Surtur smooshed spikes of grass down with each heavy step, while Loki and Frigg were more delicate in their trotting.

"Keep an eye out. If you spot something, let me know."

Sam's confidence was contagious, to say the least. Summer barked a small laugh, unable to hide her amusement from his statement. She was glad that she brought him and not some kiss ass.

He was refreshing. A change of pace from her father's minions that used to help her in these situations.

"I wouldn't miss out on this. I'm not fragile, either. I intend on letting him see my face before he suffers a horrible death that he deserves."

Summer beckoned him forward with a hand, leading the way to her CHARIZARD who waited to be mounted for take off. It blew a few flames from its nose, leaning forward to allow them access to its back as she climbed on.

"Don't forget, I'm handy in a fight as well. Surtur, Frigg, Loki, komme."

Her other Pokemon were retracted to their respective Poke balls, and once Sam straddled her dragon, they took off.
