His growl was cute and his eagerness was adorable. Lani found herself softly giggling at this display of affection. The crown prince had been hooked, alright. [break][break]

Her best? That was what he was expecting. If so, then she couldn't disappoint him. She wondered just how much trouble she could get up to with those words of his. With a lustful lick of her lips, she found herself more than looking forward to their little tryst. Soon Remiel closes the distance between them once more and hungrily takes her lips.[break][break]

He manages to catch Lani off guard with his swiftness but it's only momentarily before she melts into his embrace once more. His hot kisses trail from her lips to her neck as his fingers sink themselves into her supple curves. Some fraction of reason still persists in her brain despite this intoxicating display. [break][break]

She wonders if he plans to devour her right then and there, not that she would mind, but he had a reputation to protect. She pulls him closer as he continues to leave marks on her skin, her voice light and soft as she gently moans his name in his ear. And just as she felt the last of her reason slipping away from her, he stops.[break][break]

Lani couldn't help the pout that formed on her features as he pulled away. As she spends a moment catching her breath, they linger close, their faces pressed near one another. Her body was on fire from every place he touched. She could tell her cheeks were burning too as the blood rushed to color them. But luckily in the dim lighting, it would be hard to tell.[break][break]

"Come with me. You're mine tonight." [break][break]

His whisper in her ear sent shivers down her spine. Lani chuckles once more before intertwining her fingers with his. "As you wish, your highness." her breath was a soft tease as she whispered back to him. She placed his hand on her chest where her heart is. He'd be able to feel how quickly her heart was beating, and thus would be able to understand her excitement. "I'm yours for as long as you'll have me."

A simulation. Right, yeah, that's all this was.[break][break]

It was just trickier to remind herself of that fact with how lifelike everything seemed around her. But she wasn't here alone, as she was readily reminded by the squeeze of her hand from Remiel. While the whole 'fragile' thing was just an act, truthfully she was a touch nervous. But it was easy for all those feelings to wash away in the presence of someone capable.[break][break]

Remiel pulled her closer to him and continued to reassure her that she was in good hands. His touch was gentle, as was the way he looked at her. She could tell she nailed it her performance by how he held her. It was exciting to play with him like this, but above all, Remiel lately had been such a fun person to be around, she couldn't get enough.[break][break]

When his lips met hers once more she felt everything around them vanish, even this whispers. It was just them, alone, here in this space at this time. Once he did inevitably pull away Leilani had to resist the urge to go back in for seconds. They hovered close to one another of a bit before Lani softly chuckled at his comforting words.[break][break]

"Alright," she said with her crimson pools twinkling in the dim light. Pulling their intertwined hands up so he could see, she pressed her lips gently on the back of his hand. "I'll hold you to that." she said with a wry smirk. This was feeling more and more like a little date than some exploration through a simulation.[break][break]

With a tilt of her head, she glanced around their surroundings once more. "So, where to?" she asked before turning back to Remiel for guidance. "What do we do first?"

Jasmine might have rejected the notion that she was upset but Leilani knew her better than to just blindly accept that. She could tell her friend was obviously upset. But she also figured she'd tell her without her pushing or prodding her to. So instead once she handed Jasmine her mug, crimson hues watching her carefully as she huddled on the edge of her bed cradling the cup, she plopped down on a chair across from the bed. [break][break]

"Do you ever get frustrated with him? Like, when he does his 'I'm fucking other chicks, see ya' bullshit?"[break][break]

That was a loaded question. One that she was sure Jasmine already knew the answer to. So that was what was bothering her. "Hmm," Lani hummed as she tapped a manicured nail against her chin. "Can't really say I do." Lani said honestly before slightly tilting her head and offering her a soft smile. [break][break]

"Mostly because I don't see him romantically." she said as she crossed her legs and set her own mug down to cool first. "That and I do the same thing." she said with a chuckle. "He can complain all he wants but it won't change the fact that he and I are pursuing other people." And I don't see that changing anytime soon. She left that part unsaid though.[break][break]

"You're different though Jas." Lani spoke up as she rested her cheek against her palm. "You're special to him." she said with a long pause. Her face deepening with a frown before continuing. "I'm sure he doesn't mean to hurt you but...he's been running from love for so long I'm quite sure he wouldn't know it was looking him right in the face."[break][break]

That and Magnus is probably scared shitless of fucking up the relationship between the both of you. What if y'all take it a step further just to ruin the precious friendship you have now. Leilani ruminated on those thoughts of hers on her own. Magnus and Leilani got along so well because they were cut from the same cloth. They had more similarities than differences, so she could understand him on a completely different level. [break][break]

But she also felt for Jas. Scratching her head she sighed softly. This was a tricky situation to navigate. But one things for sure and two's for certain, these two cared for one another deeply. They just needed to navigate through the muck and mire first. "Talk to me Jazzy. What's really on your mind?" after all, everything she told her was things she was sure Jasmine knew already.

Reminder, Hoenn tended to stay on the warmer side. Not to mention that Leilani was from tropical climates. Heat, is something she was used to. Cold on the other hand is something she was introduced to in Unova. She remembered the first time she saw snow. Now, Leilani loved all things fall and winter combined. [break][break]

However, cold was something she just couldn't get used to. Which was a shame because snow was so pretty. Speaking of, probably due to global warming, the unthinkable happened and a cold front passed through Hoenn. There was literal snow on the ground much to her surprise. She'd woken up early and had been watching the snow from one of the big windows in Orthrus' hideout. [break][break]

It was warmer out front than in their room. Something about the heater's not working due to the sudden cold. She was sure one of the Orthrus grunts would fix it up soon. In the meantime, she was aware how much her darling roomie despised the cold as well and figured a hot drink would warm her right up. [break][break]

As she shuffled into the room, her fluffy bedroom shoes scraping across the floor, Leilani chuckled at Jasmine who looked like the embodiment of a blanket burrito. "Babe, it's colder back here because the heat's broken." she said as she handed her a piping hot mug of hot cocoa. "Here, this should warm you up."[break][break]

Lani's smile was bright and warm all things considered. "So? What's the plan. You gonna stay cooped up back here? What is this, your depressed era?"

So far, Lani had rarely drifted out of her comfort zone. Why would she when things were working out so well for her doing what she was doing. She was aware of her...assets and strengths. If it wasn't broken, why bother fixing it. That had been her mentality until recently. Orthrus was struggling and Jack Magnus was going through quite the mental funk because of it. [break][break]

She couldn't blame him though. It seemed like the family was falling apart before his eyes and he felt hopeless to stop it. If Leilani was being honest with herself she had been distracting herself from it all recently as well. Specifically choosing not to dwell on the departure of those she cared about the most. [break][break]

But she couldn't leave Magnus to carry this heavy burden on his own. She didn't want to. So if that meant she would need to finally leave what was safe and comfortable for her, then so be it. Part of that included opening her eyes to the things that were going around her in the region. Beyond the sphere of her influence. [break][break]

Remiel offered the perfect assistance to help introduce her into maneuverings around Hoenn. Of course, she'd lately been enjoying her time with him. His company was much more comforting than she had originally thought it to be. Then again, she'd only initially pursued him because of how he looked and the challenge he presented. But she was left with something rather sweet and pleasant after all of that. She found herself constantly returning to his side as of late, which was out of character for her. [break][break]

This...simulation, truly astounded her. She knew that it wasn't real and yet it seemed so...[break][break]

Leilani reached out to touch the wall of the ruins next to her in disbelief. And to her surprise it felt awfully real. Eerie whispers escape from the speakers in their possession, but for once instead of being scared she found herself curious as to find out what this whispers were. [break][break]

Remiel snaps her from her thoughts with a question and she finds herself looking around the ruins once more. "It's...impressive..." she speaks softly, clearly still in awe. "And...a bit overwhelming." she admits before stepping closer to him, grabbing hold of his hand. Lani offers him a small smile, her nervousness obvious, but as was her curiosity.[break][break]

"You mean the whispers right?" she said as she used her free hand to pull out her walkie-talkie that was abuzz with the mysterious noise. "Yeah...but...do you know what it means?" Lani gulped a bit. She wasn't exactly the best equipped to deal with dangerous situations but there was always a starting point, right? [break][break]

Lingering closer to Remiel she presses the walkie-talkie close to her chest. "Y-You don't think it's warning us to leave right...or...a curse or something?" Men loved a damsel in distress right? "N-not that I'm scared or anything but...you'll look out for me, right?"

The prince's touch was gentle but the look in his eyes was anything but. Leilani did her best to make it seem like she wasn't looking forward to this too much. There had to be a touch of mystery despite all of the the green lights she was giving. The fun was in the chase and not being too eager. [break][break]

When he leans in and his fingers find purchase on her chin, Leilani fixes him with an amused yet tantalizing stare. Due to experience she can tell he's just barely hanging on too. It was quite cute of him if she was being honest. Her sanguine hues twinkled at his question and darkened with anticipation at the thought of him testing her. [break][break]

Before she could respond though, Remiel's lips were on hers. The kiss was gentle and tame. Just another addition to his adorableness it would seem. Leilani chuckled softly in the kiss as she felt his hand grip her thigh. As if to make good on that 'promise' that Remiel had mentioned, the island native pressed herself closer to the prince as her hand rested on his thigh as well.[break][break]

She expertly parted his lips to deepen this kiss between them, shifting this from something tame and gentle to something more exciting and steamy. Her nails gently tickled and teased his thigh, her intentions playfully clear. Before pulling away for a moment she gently bit his lip before a flashing him a mischievous grin.[break][break]

"However you wish to test me, I'm sure I'll prove myself to be more than adequate." she spoke softly, confidence exuding from her every pore.

There it was, that look that most would give her that never failed to light a fire of passion deep within her belly. Excitement at his gentle touch on her hand as he traced soft circles on her tanned skin, sent small shivers down her spine. Leilani was a simple girl. She wasn't in need of money or fame, though those were nice as well. She just wanted pleasure in its most carnal form. [break][break]

Seeing that her words had managed to take her a step in the right direction, she was pleased to know that this method proved most effective. It wasn't that she was telling him lies, but if she was being honest, she couldn't say that there was no ulterior motive here. She felt his gaze drift along her body but she kept hers locked on his face, an ever-present grin on her lips. [break][break]

Lani loved being the center of attention, adoration, and desire. She could bask in this feeling all day but..."Seems I’ve found a kindred spirit in you, Lani. I wonder how deep that might go." Remiel spoke softly and sensually. Leilani raised her other hand that held her glass to her lips, lightly taking a sip before giggling at the crown prince.[break][break]

"It can go as deep as you want it to." she purred softly. "I've been told my presence is quite comforting." Setting her glass on the table beside them she turned her attention solely on Remy, gently tucking a piece of her dark locks behind her ear. "You're welcome to see for yourself." she said as she leaned a bit closer, "I've got all night."

"Feels like forever since we just did somethin' like this, huh?"[break][break]

Magnus asked her now that they were both resting on a bench outside of the studio. Now that they had a moment to catch their breath and were alone, Lani felt a soft tiredness wash over her. Not one where she desired to curl up and fall asleep, just one where she was left satisfied, like she had accomplished something great. [break][break]

Taking a long swing from her water bottle she closed the cap and had the bottle rest against the nape of her neck to cool her down. The cool night air nipped at her sweat damped skin, causing a few goosebumps to form here and there, but it was welcomed due to how heated she was feeling. [break][break]

"Yeah it's definitely been a while." Lani responded with a soft chuckle. "It was extremely sweet of you to think of doing something like this though..." she said before smiling at him. "Thank you." she really meant that. Sometimes it was easy to get caught up with work and everything else going on around her. It was nice to just have a moment between them. [break][break]

"How are you?" it was a simple question but awfully loaded. She didn't want a simple answer, but the truth. How was he really? Mentally, physically, emotionally? Life wasn't easy, so how was he dealing the many things that came his way? Magnus was a natural born leader and often shouldered a lot more than he let on and it wasn't easy for him to open up and talk about it. But he could always open up to her and she'd always be there to listen.

Remiel was a smooth talker, but that much was expected from a prince. She was sure he had ample practice charming others while hiding away his heart from public view. In Lani's line of business, hiding your true thoughts and intentions behind a smile was what brought the bacon home but giving people what they desires was what kept her employed. [break][break]

Because of that she was used to watching people and reading in-between what was said and unsaid. Though, from time to time there were still individuals that were ever elusive to her. Remy happened to be one of those individuals. He was...hard to read but not impossible. The issue came with, was she getting the authentic version of himself, or just the PR.[break][break]

"Truth be told, I've grown tired of all the spotlight," He admitted and Lani hummed softly in response. "Though I suppose that much is obvious." he quickly added after a pause. Gently tapping her glass with her nail, Lani thought for a moment. [break][break]

"I imagine...it's incredibly hard to deal with." she admitted honestly while staring down at her drink. "Constantly being scrutinized by everyone around you. Never having a moment to catch your breath. Always having to be perfect all the time." Lani's voice was soft as she sympathized with the crown prince beside her. [break][break]

"And when things go wrong you're the first person they blame...the pressure has to be unbearable." She said as she flashed him a knowing look before reaching to pat his hand gently. "It's easy for people to forget you're human too. But no worries, right here, right now, you don't have to be a prince in the spotlight if you don't want to." Lani smiled sweetly at him. "Advice from friend to friend."

Leaning against @virgil, Lani crushed the rest of water bottle with a satisfied sigh afterwards. It was hot, but it wasn't anything Lani couldn't handle. Besides, a little sweat never hurt her. It just meant her close would cling to her body a little bit more, that's all. At the mention of Olympus as a meeting spot Lani hummed. [break][break]

That would be good at first, but that could prove to be dangerous. "Olympus will work at first but..." Lani began as she tapped a nail against her cheek. "We'd have to be cautious. We wouldn't want other eyes in our biz." She said as she crossed her arms over her chest. "But above all, I don't want the customers getting mixed up in trouble."[break][break]

Olympus was her baby, if anything happened to it she'd burn the whole region to the ground. So, she'd do anything possible to prevent trouble from befalling it if possible. "Besides, Olympus needs to look like neutral grounds, just so we can avoid that being a target against pissed clients." she quickly added. [break][break]

"I'm gonna reach out to FERNANDO SILPH first. League is gonna be a lot easier to convince to Rocket, and if we get on his good side, we got a fallback plan if Rocket doesn't pan out." Hearing the big shot Silph's name exit Magnus' mouth was shock enough on it's own, let alone the fact that he was going to contact him first. [break][break]

Lani thought they would slowly work their way up the chain but a councilman?! Right of the bat? "I don't wanna seem like I'm doubting ya, Boss...But what if this doesn't work out? I mean, it could, but what if this backfires?" vee loxley chimed in and Lani sat up nodding her head in agreement. The last thing she wanted was Orthrus biting off more they could chew out of misplaced ambition. [break][break]

"We should have something that can get us out of trouble of things go bad." Vee added and Lani nodded once more. "I agree. There's no need to rush anything. A slow and methodical approach would prove beneficial for all of us." Leilani gently bit her nail as she pondered more. Virgil decided to offer his two cents during the interim. [break][break]

"While League would be the better option of the two, I feel ultimately Rocket should be the one you gun for first, if you can find the right person to schmooze over. We want to go for the more volatile of the two first if we really want to make a move. The League has their hands tied in keeping their own in line, do you really think they'll be so quick to cooperate with outsiders?"[break][break]

"Saying that Rocket is less volatile would be a mistake there, Doc." Lani chipped in. "Rocket is a known terrorist organization. When the going gets tough, they start offing anyone that stands in their way." Lani said with a deep frown. "The benefit is that both League and Rocket have to take care of their own and each other right now. Their hands are full, like you said." a heavy sigh escaped her lips before she reached forward for a slice of pizza. [break][break]

"In short, my ideas are that we should leave the negotiations with the more dangerous group to Magnus and another who wishes to accompany him, the League details to Club Olympus. The rest of us can pool in for a exit strategy should one or both options fall through. Besides, I'm curious to know what ideas you might have for something the two don't have that we can offer."[break][break]

It wasn't a bad suggestion. While Lani chewed on her slice of pizza she continued to think. "If we ensure that our stance is purely neutral and operate like a business, I think we'd have less potential of getting burned by either League or Rocket." Lani said polishing off her slice of pizza. [break][break]

"Our group's biggest asset is that we're a third party. We can move in ways that neither League or Rocket can, at least not publicly. I think both sides could find some use for us. We just have to reaffirm that we're a neutral party at all costs."

It would make the most sense that Lani was their own personal tour guide for the duration of their trip, so Jasmine's suggested was easily accepted. After all, Leilani had made it a point to learn all she could about her homeland, especially since she often felt like she didn't belong back home with the Reinhardts. [break][break]

She hummed as she tapped a finger against her lips. There were plenty of places they could go, but it was narrowing it down to what to do first that would make it tricky. After all, first impressions were extremely important. While she was thinking about where to take her friends, an ever observant gaze noticed the flush on Jasmine's cheeks as she pulled her hair up quickly. [break][break]

Alola was a tropical place, the heat was similar to Hoenn but a lot different in many ways. Having spent a lot of time here, Lani was used to it, in fact it felt refreshing to be back, but for other's it could prove to be a slight annoyance. Something with good conditioning would be good, which would rule out a lot of hidden 'hole-in-the-wall' mom and pop joints that Lani had been considering. [break][break]

That was fine though, after a couple seconds more of consideration she realized that introducing them to the local hit spots right away could be overwhelming, especially for a first visit. "We got like... a beachfront grill? Bar?" Magnus asked with confirmed Leilani's decision as she stood up from the bed, she had an idea of where to lead them now. [break][break]

"Either way, wherevers good for you, I'll eat whatever. I ain't afraid of a little seafood, you feel me?" Lani snorted and nodded. "Then we'll hit up a good tourist spot first, just to stay on the safe side." She said with a wink towards Maggie before crossing the room and pulling on Jasmine's wrist gently. [break][break]

"But we'll need to freshen up first. You can have the bathroom after us." She said as she gave Jasmine a knowing look. "Oh and dress nice, yeah?" she suggested to them before gently ushering Jasmine towards her bags to grab whatever she needed for a shower. Once they had both grabbed everything they needed they'd be heading in the get ready together.

"H-how about we get coffee instead?"[break][break]

The Doctor slithered away from her grasp as she let him, crimson hues following his retreat across the room slowly, an ever present smirk resting on her plump lips. This wasn't the first time Leilani had someone that shirked away from their desires out of embarrassment. She never stayed where she was unwanted. So the reason she was having so much fun playing this game of cat and mouse with the Doctor was because she was positive he was attracted to her. [break][break]

"It's not that I'm not interested, I'd just prefer to get to know you a little more is all."[break][break]

See? Just like that. Her grin widened as she focused on him. A splash of water on his face to wake him up from his carnal desires and bring him back to his senses. She watched as the water droplets caught the light of the setting sun behind them, glistening, before being wiped away. [break][break]

"Hmm," Lani hummed as she sauntered towards him slowly, tapping her index nail against her cheek. "It's a little late for coffee don't you think?" She said with a quick glance out the window. "How about dinner and drinks then?" she suggested as she latched herself onto his arm, pressing her chest against him.[break][break]

"Then I'll tell you anything you wish to know about me." She practically purred, "Promise."
