However, there was a sudden flash, a BOLT STRIKE from above, that threatened to send rubble down the chasm. It was dangerous enough as it was.

[attr="class","cam"]The man's comment caught her off guard. So much so that when it finally processed in her brain, all Camellia could do was burst into a fit of laughter. She hunched over, near tears as she laughed.

"Disrespect? I don't even know your fucking name," she spat, cocking her hip and raising her chin to him.

Loyalties. She hated that word with a passion like no other.

"My loyalties. Enlighten me. What loyalties do I have?" Camellia asked, dropping the tool she'd been using to sharpen her knife and twisting the handle in her hand in a rather dangerous indicative of a fight.

[attr="class","cam"]A sudden HURRICANE almost knocked Camellia from the ledge she was climbing down, clinging onto the rocks with a tight grasp. Anais's shield, luckily, dulled some of the force from priam conrad's BRAVIARY'S attack.

When she hit the rocks, she huffed at him. "Dude, bad timing," she said with a small scowl.

Now, at the bottom of the chasm with another individual, she was able to begin attacks on the Paradox Pokemon that emerged, releasing the shields and having the RUNERIGUS to attack with SHADOW BALLS in every which direction they came.

"Watch your left!" she warned Priam.

[attr="class","cam"]Camellia didn't know if she would catch her rolling her eyes, but she did so regardless. This time, the assassin did make a snide face at the cat, being told to stand down by its master.

Disgusting little thing.

"Forgive me, but this is quite the peculiar meeting place for me, even if it's a day off for you. It's not one for me," she replied bluntly.

She was always working.

"What are you asking from me?" She was quick to cut to the chase.

[attr="class","cam"]Camellia idly nodded, listening to him as he explained living in Johto and racing. Truth be told, she'd never been anywhere except Kalos and, now, Hoenn. And all of it was, in truth, for work — if you call assassination and sabotage work.

It gave her the coin she needed to survive, after all.

She set her shot glass aside, indicating to the bartender that she was done with her beverage, and scoured the menu herself. Rather than something fried and greasy, she decided to pick a veggie-loaded sandwich, water for a drink.

"You definitely make it sound like it's harder than it appears. Of course, I've never done it, so I can't say that riding is hard or not. I'll have to take your word for it," Camellia answered, placing her chin on her hand as she regarded him with interest.

"Hoenn's... how should I word it, issues are famous around the other regions of the world. We kept an interest on the dome barrier around the island in the summer and such. I'm assuming you were apart of taking it down?"

It was a harsh reality that she learned perhaps way too young.

Camellia offered a genuine, kind smile, though it was small and closed lipped. It wasn't often she shared one of those with people, even those who frequented the bar. "Work is stressful. But I think you have it in you to make it big one day."

Though June's next question made her laugh, shaking her head. "I work a few odd jobs here and there. But my pay is mostly from the bar. Sorry, I'm not that exciting," she replied.

Of course, this innocent girl couldn't know about assassination and blood shed that was a regular for someone such as Camellia. She'd let her rest easy knowing she was a simple bartender.

"Though, perhaps I can hook you up with a gig or two should the need arise. I can't promise it pays much."

[attr="class","cam"]Camellia smirked, though she wasn't sure if her companion would see the devilish look that crossed her lips. She was always raring for a fight. Even if the METAGROSS appeared uncertain, she knew exactly what she wanted to do.

"We erase it from our path."

And with a commandeering point forward, Anais took charge, whether Nikola's Pokemon companion would help or not. A SHADOW BALL was enough to instigate battle, though it was super effective in causing damage to the metallic structure of the mechanical beast.

[attr="class","cam"]Camellia's life had suffered a flip. To say she was easily adjusting to that flip was a complete and utter lie. Topher was gone, most likely due to Baptiste's work. Not to mention her former lover had been a mole to her potential betrayal in Revocs.

Of course, she had to eliminate the ones that were a threat. Ugh, the stains her clothes had from scarlet blood...

However, the assassin had more encounters with team Rocket now than she had before. Since she was no longer apart of the Kalosian criminal organization, she was a free agent under the guise of a Rocket grunt. Did she respect them?

Absolutely not.

So why was Camellia called to Mt. Chimney? She knew it was someone within Rocket who requested her presence. But, she didn't know that Cillian Quinn was of high rank, nor did she truly care.

Her back was pressed against a slab of rock, one of her daggers pulled out to be sharpened. Metal grinding against metal was the only sound aside from a particularly spooky sound coming from Anais at her side.

Until footsteps approached.

Camellia hardly looked up, speaking in a bored tone. "Are you here to waste my time? What's the deal?"

But as she looked onto the field, iron scattered about. Creatures she had never seen before were all around and in great number.

"The fuck are these things?" she muttered to herself, pulling her HATTERNE back into its Poke ball. Instead, Anais took its place, her haunting aura filling the area.

"Come on. Let's go down into the chasm."

They descended, guarded by Anais's CRAFTY SHIELD until they reached the bottom.

The perfect feeling for someone as chaotic as her.

Though she spotted Remiel Calcifet attacking with an unfamiliar Pokemon, following by a lightning bolt attack. "That coming from you or him?" she asked with a furrowed brow, more of an idle, snide comment than anything.

Without an answer, her HATTERENE took to the field, attacking UNBOUND HOOPA with DAZZLING GLEAM that nearly blinded her.

Of course, the assassin had no idea who belonged to which side. She was just as well acquainted with team Rocket as she was with the League. Everything she did was for her benefit and hers alone.

Regardless, she went back to attacking the UNBOUND HOOPA with her NINJASK, standing near luka chêne and commanding the bug-type to charge.

"Pierce the hands!"

And the bug seemed to buzz with the fury of his master, his pincer's coming in to attack with BUG BITE.
