This tree was alleged to hold CALYREX as its resting place. Its fruit was a tantalizing snack to Pokemon and humans alike.

Her own MEOWSCARADA let out a scratchy "meow" of protest as she looked at the fruit hanging above her, tail lashing to and fro in agitation.

"Plaisantin, we are to protect the treasure, not consume it," she chastised the cat, stashed the sharpening tool away as she threw her pocket knife forward at a stray SALANDIT. It pierced its tail, the lizard letting out a shrill screech.

"Perhaps, if your good, we'll snatch a treat for later, hmm? Our little secret," Camellia whispered to her, scratching the cat-like Pokemon under her chin with a smirk.

An impressively long time to make this drink, she had to admit. She wondered if she would have the patience to make something like that for someone.

Or if she would outright refuse.

"Your arm must be hurting from the shaking. And your hands hurting from the cold. What was that, five minutes of work?" she asked, taking the drink to her.

And downing it in a matter of a few moments. All that work for what? A few gulps.

"A good drink though."

How tacky.

Truly, her hope was that the world would suffer and burn as she did, leaving behind no remains for the future to grow and thrive. It seemed that it could happen, with each new invasion of legendary or mythical Pokemon, or rise of new domains such as this giant chasm.

What were the beasts of power and glory thinking?

"Do you truly believe that? Or are you saying it for your video?" Camellia asked finally, fiddling with her pocket knife as she finally caught step near Xenon. Her own IRON CROWN followed at her side, having come from the battle against WHITE KYRUEM and the chasm.

She glanced at the camera at her chest, then back to its owner, taking a few steps forward without an answer.

She wasn't paying much attention, so hopefully Nikola and Flammula would pay attention and not get hit in the process. That would be a bummer.
