Fenelle nods at Kenjiro's suggestion, and sweeter, gentler words take the stage. The surprise from the Leaguer is obvious. A lack of aggression is unexpected, and it might throw him off enough to actually spill the beans. Maybe they could even convince him of other things ... perhaps.

The question is asked, and immediately transcribed behind his back. Mimicking a hearing person, Fenelle turns to Kenjiro with a slightly raised eyebrow - why indeed.

There's some subtle signing that the Rotom catches, and translates for the Kanto-origin Rocket to read.

More pressure now? He might be stalling.
Or we pursue persuading, at least for the moment.

Still, Fenelle would leave the words here to Kenjiro ultimately while keeping a sharp eye on the Leaguer. Who probably wondered why dee hasn't spoken at all yet.

The war effort requires any resource they could find, and dynite ore is one of them. However, League presence is a nuisance for mining endeavours, so they'd have to be very careful about it ... which is why dee has made demself comfortable on der Metagross who'd know better how to move silently than dem. Dee signs, for the Rotom to only translate in text so that the other Rocket could read:

I won't TTS here. If there's any Leaguers, we gotta bail from here ... ....

There's a pause as dee thinks back on the Incident.

If it's good with you, Metagross will also psychically connect to you so warnings will reach me faster. Generally, Metagross is connected to all of my pokémon so they'll also know.

Right now, dee hasn't called for any other pokémon except the Rotom and the Metagross, but dee would as soon as they're down below.

"Seems like neither of us have died yet," Fenelle signs with a vague grin, which is translated to robotic speech by der Rotom next to them. "I'm looking forward to working with you again."

The task of the day would be interrogation - dee gestures for der Rotom-tablets to position themselves, one behind the prisoner and one next to Fenelle. Dee is surprised that Jill actually leaves it up to dem to take the lead, and ponders ...

Frankly, this particular machination of human interaction isn't der forte. However, dee would not want to disappoint Jill, so ... what would be best to do ... and dee smiles, in fact, with a tone that might suggest warm.

"The upcoming times will be hard. I know you picked your pick before- but maybe you should reconsider ... for your own interests. We want to give you an opportunity here."

Fenelle nods at Jill's reply, fascinated. "That sounds really intriguing," dee comments, but can't and doesn't elaborate further - it's just the idea that resonates, of having technology naturally extend oneself ... in fact, it sounds a bit like a more applicable variant of how dee feels about computers and the lack of them, how rare of an occurance this might be.

Dee, without smiling, seems quite satisfied as Jill praises der work, and they put the first small gun away as well as this one - if dee decides to just keep one later, dee would simply come back. Then, der partner of the day's next words surprise dem more, but dee appreciates them with a nod. Dee signs back, with the Rotom translating, "Thank you. The same goes for you." It would be a pity to have her die, dee thinks, even if there will be fallen ones, maybe fate wills it that they won't be among them.

It's truly not often that the autism gang actually occupies themselves with another pokémon, as they are busy enough with themselves, honestly. However, the café doesn't give them all that much to do, so as a wild Marill stumbles into the shop, the gang parts to actually chat a bit with the Marill.

Ultimately, however, it seems like there's more to the little two-sphere combination than meets the eye ... as the shopkeeper sees and recognises it, the Marill's immediately chased away - making Fenelle wonder if there would've been something worthwhile about it ...

... that thought is quickly drained and dried by the warm weather, leaving only head empty in its wake.

Behind the Leaguer, a Rotom-tablet is visible, transcribing everything said so Fenelle could read along. However, dee has taken a more passive role in the investigations so far, observing clues of body language and relaying that information while keeping der neutral face paired with an intense stare.

Still, nothing.

Dee turns to Kenjiro briefly, before stretching der hand and tapping it. Once. Twice. And then once more.

(A signal that dee told him beforehand; a question what to do next. Dee generally used morse code in tapping with der fingers or shoes, subtle signing to communicate to the Rotom, who'd transcribe it - there's no need to reveal der deafness, even if well. The prisoner might not survive it either way.)

A blade is drawn - Fenelle has little regard if it's dem with the offered blade or Kenjiro's sword, as both blades equally thirst for blood. Still, there's no sense in prolonged cruelty, dee would think, or screams that could reveal locations.

Just a quick death, and then the words of the God General. The Rotom seems to have caught itself as the blade drew blood.

Dee nods thoughtfully at the words, before tilting der head slightly in thanks for the words, the lesson. Dee can't afford to die in this war - but that's not a new thought.

The training's over for now, and dee turns to Kenjiro. Think it's time for lunch now.
