OVERVIEW

PROJECT T.O.W.E.R. (tactical operations and warfare emergency readiness) was created to facilitate focused opportunities for Rocket characters to engage in WARTIME PREPARDNESS EFFORTS, utilizing Rocket’s underground tunnel system that merges the bunkers from Project Lockbox with Hoenn’s Tera Tunnels.

[break][break] Under the leadership of ADMIN JAYDEN CROSS and ADMIN BEE, various training exercises have been implemented to prepare Rocket personnel for the impending conflict. These exercises include combat training, intelligence gathering, survival training, and more.

DISCLAIMER (!!) — In certain scenarios, you may notice that PLAYER CHARACTERS have been included for collaboration and networking opportunities for those who may not ordinarily have the chance to interact. Each of these scenarios are meant to have happened IN REAL TIME and is not a simulation, similar to the way EXTRACTION works. [break][break]

That being said, please keep in mind that if you interact with any PLAYER CHARACTERS involved in these scenarios, be sure to be realistic and mindful. If you are unsure of something, please consult either the event organizers or OOC players involved (i.e. do not powerplay or godmod another person's character without explicit permission). If you do not follow these rules, OOC players have every right to either ignore or avoid acknowledgement.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Based on the mechanics established by the RKS/EXTRACTION SYSTEM, please follow the below instructions in order to participate.

• At least TWO CHARACTERS must participate in a single thread. [break][break]

• Threads should be in SOOTOPOLIS CITY and have some mention of PROJECT TOWER. [break][break]

• Select ONE SCENARIO from the below scenarios and follow each scenario to completion. An IC player post is required after each pre-written scenario, including the ending scenario. An example of a complete thread can be viewed HERE. [break][break]

• To get maximum rewards, only FOUR SCENARIOS must be completed, but feel free to complete as many as you like! You may also repeat scenarios. [break][break]

• If your character is featured in a scenario, feel free to reflavor with a Rocket NPC if you would still like to complete it. This is the same if your character is a canon but realistically would oversee the training as an observer. Use your discretion to what may be likely and/or reasonable. [break][break]

• You may have multiple TOWER threads ongoing; however, please be reasonable.
