it wasn't hard work, exactly, but it was certainly wearying. the temp work he got katherine hardly required a star-studded record, but the shop owners had a tendency to talk amongst themselves, and marcel didn't fancy making a job more difficult than it had to be.

[attr="class","mthread"]"oh," marcel approaches, his eyes on the warehouse, "this is a good place." the two had gotten a little separated earlier thanks to both their efforts--marcel had gotten distracted by some nearby steel, but that had since been safely cut up and loaded into the truck. a lifetime of tailing people meant it hadn't been too difficult making his way back to oscar; it wasn't as if he was making an effort to cover his tracks, anyway.

catching the attention of his pokemon with a sharp whistle, marcel gestures to the warehouse. "go help out." his bisharp works to cut the steel, while his electivire deals with the heavy work--they made a good team, if he did say so himself. with his pokemon busy, marcel begins to walk around, trying to get a better look at the interior. who knew, perhaps they'd find something valuable hidden away.
