But it's all part of the show. Just when Chu-e Choi, bryan delarosa, and jayden cross decides to target kyle lopez's smeargle, and with the champion reappearing inside their circle, Valerio takes it upon himself to follow up on the eelektross's attempt to dispel the icy blizzard veil and catch on the lost sheep.

Chanel, with all her heeled glory, makes a run into Skyler's position as soon as the flamethrower kicks in to her lapras's blizzard. Her fingers fiddle on her pocket, readying themselves on Eggnog's ball. With the right timing, she summons her back into the field.

The egg pokemon is floating in the darkness of night, her crystals are the only thing shimmering amidst the pitch black. These then glow purple as she uses another MYSTICAL FIRE, wisps of psychic flames gathering around her round figure, then honing into the electroweb; and with enough (SUPER) LUCK, go straight into Razz Kingsman 's direction.

Eggnog descends into the dock cheekily, leaving Chanel sprinting forward to catch her. Unfortunately for the league, the evil bright togepi's tricks are not yet over.

She doesn't see where the creature that sends her back to her pokeball is so she goes straight to the next best target: skyler dross.

After exuding purple-hued energy, the togepi is imbibed with dark matter (SHADOW METRONOME) as it glares down on the lapras in question. Her hands sway from left to right, and the blizzard roars unlike anything they probably have seen before; what could have been a great defense for them is now a great offense towards them.

“Serves you right, people! You have no business messing with my girls like that!”

Valerio, deep inside, probably doesn't mean it. He knows Skyler isn't like any other League people he has met so far, and he's just disappointed she is involved in this situation.

The last time he's on Mt. Pyre was when he was on a battle with shadow Lugia. The event was memorable, especially with the permanent dents and excavations its attacks against his Lunala has caused. Fortunately, no one pin-pointed out the cause of such errosion and people blamed it with the supernatural instead.

Valerio greets with enthusiasm. Her getup reminds him of the poor girl (chryssa glasgow) who got injured during the burning of the Arceus church. Why is it always he's being followed by occult girls?

There is a chuckle, a display of affectionate humor but she really isn't buying it. It has all been a fun show but Vanessa won't match his price because it is simply not worth it. How narcissistic can a person get if he thinks he can ask people to pay for his way out of shame.

But of course, some people will buy it.

And she's starting to think it's not just because the titles he put at stake matters that much. What, with all the people here already having established positions on their own. At least for Vanessa, these titles don't matter that much.

“A'ight. I'll be watching. I'm not saying I'm betting on it. I just like to see you try and fail again, Mister.”

Vanessa goads with a playful wink, her arms folding in-front of her. She is about to approach angelo vestri and ask if he is really buying any of this, but when his eyes trail to a pair of blue orbs on whose face looks familiar (skyler dross), the redhead is beginning to realize how Hoenn is really a small community after all.

He retrieves his rotom phone and messages an untouched number. Maybe it's really time to get away.

Of course, Valerio isn't going to miss out on the babes.

“You mean the brawns or the creepy vent-crawling thing inside the submarine?”

His attention isn't on her company but on the muscle-building men inside the training hall. Most of them greeted Valerio with enthusiastic waves of arms and the redhead returns the gesture with a wink and a smile. And when he looks back at Alexandra Briarwood , he realizes it's the latter she is talking about.

“Oh... you mean that.” He folds his arms behind his head; a characteristic manner of the beast. “I don't know. I've heard the noise they're talking about. I even thought I saw what's actually making the sound.”

He's glad Remiel Calcifet decides to remain a little longer before following them. After all, they don't have the prettiest interaction so far. He still has time to prepare his friendliness to the Rocket Admin.

“I didn't actually think of it that much but when Cillian Quinn pointed out how it can disrupt the integrity if the HQ, I'm guessing it is actually a big of a problem.”

He looks at the vents where the pair has stopped. Valerio gives a disappointed look, then rolls his eyes.

“Don't tell me you think I'd fit in there.” He huffs.

While angelo vestri's advice is helpful, Vanessa hits the ring lackingly. She points out, however, that her strike is not as weak as FERNANDO SILPH's.

Many more people take the challenge to prove their strength. There are a few who he knows but doesn't know Vanessa (Kazimir Wynter   Laurence Anderson). Most of them have interesting relationships with his Jonathan persona. But Vanessa decides to focus on the man of the hour.

Fernando's analysis of the game leaves her an impression of how determined he is in saving his image from the shame. That's what the risks of playing this game is all about. And if he is willing to bet on his pride for saving his name from the disgrace of "Fer-noodle arm-ando," Vanessa is sure to watch it up front.

As much as Fernando speaks so confidently, the image of the strongman's ring being dormant like a sleeping darumaka lingers in her head. Vanessa decides to stay, even though she has nothing to bet to the councilor.

Although with more people flocking the game (Stormy Silph  mateo martinez), it is unsure if the rocket lady-in-drag wants to stay in the place longer. Arceus, how she wishes for the League's reign to end.

Loonie slides the glasses on their side of the counter and Valerio flashes a cheeky grin as the barkeeper tends to the other customers.

Being one of the regulars, the familiar sight of the rumbling customers, the withdrawn barkeeps, and the rancid smell of cigarete smoke is all normal with the redhead. One would say it is the charm of Ritual and all other pubs at the downtown Slateport.

He takes a sip as the girl introduces herself, then brings down her glass as he takes the turn to do so. “In the flesh.” There is a light chuckle after saying it, unnecessary, but characteristic of what Valerio is with his gangmates.

“And where did you come from, Miss Lex?”

Although the topic of the past is not something easy to talk with, perhaps among all the Rocket members, it is something that he knows is necessary to be confronted before being a full-fledged member of the organization.

Bubbles rush through from the chapel's windows and doors and Valerio knows someone attempts to put out the fire, if not just finding their way outside of the burning facility. Valerio takes advantage of this and has his darmanitan FREEZE-DRY through the remnant moisture. The creature's attempt blocks the way for the person to finally get out of the building.

With this, the Rocket hopes to buy more time before he can detonate the other bombs all around the area: a precaution he has prepared before he goes with the plan.
