”Samurott, get out here as well.” He said as he brought his second pokemon out, it was a ‘jumping’ in the most literal sense, but Kouji wanted to test his abilities too, and his purpose was to test those of the leagues.

Kouji nodded as he matched the movements of Urshifu, the mega pokemon charged up all the energy it could within its fists, and Kouji only had to create the opening, being struck by that monster would be an instant death for a human, but that was fine; there was a reason he was taking charge in this singular moment.

As the fist crashed towards him, the air roared against the beast whose back was pressed to the wall and beyond, Kouji ducked underneath as Urshifu was made to take the blow instead, the dark type was shot backwards; but the dust cloud parted as he got ready to use that move.

Just as that, the Dark-Fighting Bear brought to bare his own strength, and the damage he took was outwardly output.

It was a punch more like a beam of energy that crashed against the Primape’s chest before the pokemon was rocketed backwards, the final blow to put things to rest here.

He felt the energy making up the mega transformation fade behind him, causing Kouji to give a sigh of relief. ”Good work Kaz, ever thought about shacking up with us rockets? We’d be able to do some serious damage together.” Kouji said as he gave the man a thumbs up.

[attr="class","text"]When it came to places such as this, Kouji really never knew what to order, Galarian food wasn’t up his alley, but then again when he had the menu offered to him, Kouji raised an eyebrow as he heard Jayden speak. ”The hell you talking ‘bout, curry ain’t supposed to be swee-” He said as he looked at where the Admin had gotten the menu from before his eyes widened in realisation.

”Hah, guess it ain’t half bad, but jellied clamperl’s my go to here.” He said as he sat himself on the other side of the prosecutor’s son. ”What do you think buddy? Sweet Apple Curry? Or Jellied Clamperl?” Kouji asked as he turned to his right, and slapped an arm over the man.

”I’m partial to a…Curry myself. Could you stop sitting so close to me? I don’t feel like giving my name to an over familiar ruffian.” The Prosecutor’s son said as Kouji didn’t give him the slightest bit of room.

Kouji ran a hand through his hair, he looked at the swarm before them; it really was a mess in the end, wasn't it? Staring over his side at Xenon Antheil, wondering what the hell she was talking about. "Yo, Xenon. What're you waffling about? We've got a good ol' fight right in front of us." He said as he rolled his shoulder, but he wasn't the one that was going to have all that much fun in this one, when dealing with dragons, it was always better to use another dragon.

"Mah, guess it was foolish to think Dragons wouldn't be Dragons." He said as he grabbed his pokeball, and called on his Roaring Moon. The dragon type exploded from the red haze with a burst, maws open wide to deliver his Jaw Lock into the crowd, hoping to find at least one meal within the bunch.

He had no experience in tailing, but as a little street rat, he definitely knew how to rob a man, and to do that successfully, you didn’t look at them. He put the cigarette into his mouth, and lit it; the look of someone relaxed was easier with nicotine coursing through your veins.

Kouji slowed his steps, so he was somewhat behind Jayden, better to follow the other man’s lead even if Kouji felt impatient regarding the entire thing. He kept his mouth shut, making it look more like he was tailing his own partner in this.

As for their true target, the sweat had stopped, and he continued to walk simply, there were no obvious turns, no where he was going to switch to, until he entered a pub, a large building. It doubled as a restaurant of simple yet hardy foods. ”Galarian huh?” He muttered aloud before he got ready to turn into it, stomping the cigarette out underneath his foot.

”Guess he ain’t satisfied with his wife’s cooking, we following him inside?”

Kouji knew that this place was never going to be easy, even as the vestigial last remains of the spirits left, even if they were lost in the mists. Getting lost in the land of the dead was worrying, there were a dozen things that could’ve gone wrong in a place like this, but…

Kouji waved it off, but even then the effects of this place were hard. ”There might be a cave over there.” It was like the mist was being sucked into somewhere, it was always like this in coasts as well, so Kouji settled down, ready to sleep; he was tired afterall.

”Then you can rest your huge self.” The man was the same height as him, but in terms of musculature, there was a stark difference.

When it came to restaurants, Kouji didn’t have much love for any of these places; but a lot had changed…It really did feel like years since he’d joined, 24 in fact now. But at the same time he just felt like a kid. But he shrugged it off. His golden eyes fixed onto Howard, staring for a few moments before he shrugged.

”Admin…That fits ya too well.” He said as he looked in front of them, two more cars before they could order at the drive through. It wasn’t something special, but he only had a few moments to convince the other guy to pay for the meal.

Kouji chuckled as he released a sigh, that had been pretty close there for a moment before he shrugged. ”Sure, my shift finishes in fifteen minutes if you don’t mind waiting at the pub nearby.”

It was tight, it was close, and he could feel his heart beating as he matched her peace sign with his own thumbs up. There was usually a lot to talk about after a fight, but getting this guy all sorted out was going to be even more important.

”Smart guys huh? Hope more Oranguru’s don’t start getting the same idea, might end up looking like that Planet of the Primapes movie.” He laughed at his own joke, even if the actual reality of that seemed more terrifying than anything.

Still, he recalled his two pokemon and made to go back around. ”You gonna take ‘em in? Don’t think it’d be smart to just let him roam around.”

When it came to the future, he didn’t mind it. His future was one that he knew, there were only ever going to be two paths for this Kouji Matsubara, but within the machine was only static futures, paths he had seen again and again. He looked over his shoulder as he looked at what was to come. He hated this system, but at the same time he found himself going in, again, and again.

”Let’s boot up, hear they’ve got some new scenarios in stock for us.” He said with a chuckle, even if he didn’t feel much joy from any of it. But he would handle it, and endure.

The first thing he saw as they got into it, was sitting carrion on the back of a Cyclizar, a high speed chase. ”Shit, this thing’s going fast. Wanna take a left?” Whatever left was, Kouji wanted to take that.
