For a split second as hungry jaws grow closer, Luka fears that this might all be a big mistake, and she's sent the sweet members of her team to their doom.[break][break]

But as it turns out, there's no need to worry. The Tyrunt each takes a gentle bite of their berries, suddenly so sweet in juxtaposition to their vicious jaws and tearing claws. Her Pokémon, which had been so timid and afraid just moments before, warm up to them almost immediately. There's much soft squeaking and happy chirps, fluffy fluffy bodies jostling against hard scales as they all converge together.[break][break]

"A true act of goodwill always sparks another," she muses aloud with a fond smile. She doesn't sound smug at all, not even though she's been proven right. Instead, she's just happy to share in this sweet moment, and greets the crowding Tyrantrum with gentle headpats and cooing words of approval.[break][break]

More berries are produced and distrubuted: Luka just loves to spoil babies."They're just Oran berries," she says with a shrug, watching as they're all shared and nicely distributed. "Aww...you see? This is what I love the most...they're so cute!"

Their little custard date prior was quite enjoyable. Even their walk, as eventful and alarming as it had been in parts, had proven to be rather pleasant as well. Not to mention illuminating. Either Luka had natural talent as a dragon tamer or her charisma with Pokémon was far more impactful than he'd initially thought.

Regardless, there always came a point where Tyrunt became wildly restless and difficult to control, despite any tamer's best efforts. They were still adolescents, after all, and Remiel could tell that they were getting steadily more fidgety by the minute. That meant their time spent with Luka was over, despite the fact that they felt it was only just starting.

"Oran berries..." He mutters in disbelief, her prior words resonating through his mind, but his years of experience training having trouble truly coming to understand them. He smiles as she pets his dinosaurs, cobalt hues gleaming before he's compelled to whistle them over to his side again.

Bellona is starting to develop a crazy little look in her eye, after all.

He sighs. "I should take them home now," He laments, pulling out their luxury balls one-by-one as he returns them. Thankfully, the path he's been escorting her towards is in sight, just ahead. "Will you be okay going on your own from here? I can fly you if not." He sincerely offers, happy to summon his Salamence for a quick trip.

Luka doesn't let the disappointment show on her face, but her team is not as subtle. There's plenty of whining and pitiful baby-doll eyes as the Pokémon are separated, but Luka doesn't question Remiel's decision. She's already taken up enough of his time today, after all. Surely an important man like him has much better things to do.[break][break]

"Umm...I should be able to make it on my own," she says. "I'd hate to hold you up any longer. But thank you for the offer!" She reaches down and gives her Mareep a pat, fingers sinking into plush pink wool. It'll be nice to keep strolling with them: as her team expands, she wants to ensure that no members are perpetually trapped in the PC box. [break][break]

"Please take care!" Luka continues, seeing Remiel off with a wave. "And, um...I hope our paths cross again someday, Monsieur."
