Melody knew kyle lopez had Entei bonded with him at least as she had seen him in actions once before...she thought? After all, he brought her back from the dead...but does that kind of ability really match Entei..? Given what Josh just told her...[break][break]

"Your best bet would be kyle lopez. He has Entei with him." she tells him "Since you didn't know about me and Cobalion I assume you didn't know about him. As for the other two? No idea."

It took no more than a second for Josh to perk up after hearing the Minor League Director's name. "Wait, the Minor League program's Director, Kyle Lopez?!" His tears seemed to dry up instantly. That or they became tears of joy rather than sorrow or stress. "He's my boss! At least until I go the Major League on the 10th! That and he was my first challenger to my Gym! We're on a first name basis with each other!" What an emotional whiplash.

Raikou had mentioned in Josh's dream about testing his spiritual grit, mental grit, and physical grit. While it was a long ways off, there was absolutely no better way to test Josh's physical grit than with Entei. Entei had, to Josh's knowledge, the second fastest land speed out of any Pokémon in the world. Second only to Raikou. If even Entei could not prepare Josh, than nothing could. It was set.

Josh was going to catch up to Kyle and see what kind of leads the Director had to follow. He had to be at least somewhat discreet about their meeting; he had to have an excuse to see Kyle, as he was probably extremely busy. "...I'm gonna sign up to challenge his Battle Arcade. Can't think of a better backdrop for it." Josh's phone suddenly started vibrating. "Geez, it's been an hour already? I gotta head back to the Pokémon Center. Thanks Melody! You've been a huge help. I'll try to stay in touch, if that's okay!" With that, the Minor League Leader sent his Boltund out, waved to the Idol after mounting up, and rode back to the Pokémon Center to pick up his two Arcanine.

A hour had already passed of them sharing knowledge back and forth. [break][break]

But in the end she was glad it happened, despite him being a bit too passionate for her own tastes, he was genuine. At least as far as she could tell and let's be honest, she was blind. [break][break]

But bit by bit her faith in those around her slowly was coming back, and so was her desire for music. He was the first spark of many. "No problem josh! I'm glad I could help you out. Good luck with Kyle, let me know how it goes." she says extending her help towards his path, she knew he'd find his way through it.
