THE BRIEFING

ONCE UPON A TIME, there was a plague that claimed the lives of many villagers. A great healer, who's name was lost to time, was able to forage ingredients and befriend various grass-type Pokémon such as Budew for their leaves, herbs and grains. They placed the mixture into bags and told the afflicted communities to soak the bags in water. Drinking the concoction during the new year was thought to provide magical healing properties and ultimately saved Hoenn from the plague.
