The green-ette's SYGNA SUIT made her feel incredibly light to the Pokémon she was atop, which was what made this alien-looking idea possible in the first place. The power of INFINITY ENERGY was truly limitless, wasn't it? Even Flit stretching his wings was enough for Shalin to let out a whoop, though it wasn't too badly distorted.

"Whoa!" she chirped, Flit rapidly flicking the wild girl up and down. Though it was still to the point where she could feel the Yanmega's individual wingbeats, she knew that if she kept up with her training the way she wanted to, that wouldn't last much longer. Still, she took advantage of the clarity of vision she had for the moment. If it was anything like with Queen Zing, as short as that was, this daring feat would overload multiple senses of here.

"I'll be fine! I'm wearing the right gear for it," she called out as Kouji tried to convince to hop off. "Besides, they don't call me the Wildest Rider in Hoenn for nothing!"

"There's not another like it! It's apparently called a Sygna Suit, and it represents a years-long bond with the Pokémon you are closest to." The girl woozily reached for the Ball containing her ace Pokémon. Releasing her, it was visually evident the suit and her Flygon's scales were almost indistinguishable from one another. "This is that Pokémon. Sandy, my Flygon! That's the reason I could at all do what you just saw." The dragon-type let out a chirp with her wings, both of them disappearing for a split second.

Shalin stumbled when she was on her own two feet after the Yanmega let her off his wing and down to the ground. All four of her limbs shaking, she stood next to the giant bug-type before awkwardly flinging herself onto the saddle - the way Flit was supposed to be ridden. "That's so much fun, but I can't handle it more than a few seconds at a time!" Her eyes lit up at the mention of a Pokémon hunt. "Good by me! You need a Pokémon to ride on, I've got more than just these two!"

Shalin had seen a few people wear Sygna Suits before; every single one bestowed its wearer unique powers. "Thanks! It's going to take a long time and a lot of experimentation to find out what the suit's true limits are, though!" Even in the suit, her ride on the Yanmega's wing brushed up against her own limits. Was that due to her physical limits within the suit, or her lack of experience understand how to use the physics-bending power the suit bestowed upon her? Only time would tell. "Once I understand how to use the suit better, I'd love to try that, but with my Beedrill instead!" If Kouji was aware of just how absurdly high the wingbeat rate of a Beedrill was, perhaps it would shed some light on just how potent Sygna Suits were.

The Absol was impressive-looking, to say the least. "Oh wow, an Absol! I've wanted one for myself for a while, but they're so elusive in the wild. They look really nimble." Her smile grew as she observed how close the two were. "You must have known each other for a while. From what I've seen of Absol, they can be slow to warm up to people." She set the Yanmega's reins down briefly, covering her mouth. "Oh, I completely forgot to introduce myself! Name's Shalin, and this Yanmega's name is Flit. I've known him for a really long time! What about--"

Before she could continue, she caught in her peripheral vision a Spinarak making a web in the open. "Come on, Flit, let's catch it or at least scare it away." She put her earplugs back in before reining the Yanmega toward the wild Pokémon. Frightened of the loud buzzing, the poison-type spun a STICKY WEB toward the wing Shalin had sat on before. The web pinned the Yanmega to the ground, Shalin's Pokémon desperately trying to shred the web with a BUG BUZZ. Shalin flinched as she felt the rattling of his exoskeleton beneath her; if she wasn't suited up, that would have been painful to absorb directly. Even with her suit, it was just as disorienting.

Unable to use his BUG BUZZ attack, that left the Yanmega with one option for downing the Spinarak: ANCIENT POWER. Boulders rose from beneath the ground, tearing up the ground leading to the back entrance. The final one took out the web and its spinner, Shalin hurling a Net Ball at the Pokémon.

Shalin silently noted Kouji's advisory; she was used to Pokémon being friendly around her due to the positive charm about her. Not all Pokémon were friendly toward their trainers, and it could be for any reason. Perhaps their previous trainer mistreated them. Perhaps it was due to the circumstances of their capture. There could be any number of reasons why a Pokémon wouldn't be friendly around people.

Once the battle between the Scrafty and Absol was over, Shalin restarted the conversation where she left off. "We have to! Riding a Yanmega can be dangerous if you're not experienced. After all, he wouldn't lift me onto his wing if we didn't trust each other," she giggled, clearly proud of what her Sygna Suit let her do. Flit briefly stretched his wings, beating them just below the speed of the threshold of human hearing. Kouji may have been able to feel the wind of their wake. "Oh, and who might you be?"
