the minior is right at home in this area of space. like coming back after a long journey, it feels weightless and free. perhaps that's why a little chirp-like noise escapes the meteor pokemon as it just happily floats around. except, this is a job and its trainer would be disappointed to learn it didn't actually do anything. oh well.

there's a few more moments of just lingering in space before the minior finally decides to do something besides float and look pretty. a zen headbutt is aimed toward whatever it is these astronauts are trying to move. a box or something? who knows. anyway, there's a bit of praise coming the minior's way and the happy noise that escapes is definitely almost a cheer.

and then, it goes back to simply floating, lookin' pretty and watching everyone else work. there's a few more timed zen headbutts but only if eyes shift to find the meteor among the rest.

This is usually not her jive. The alakazam is used to doing menial tasks for her trainer, not being relied upon to move things in a space center. Let alone being sent out into space; what was her trainer thinking?! Sometimes-- no, most types, he really infuriated her.[break][break]

Either way, she did as she was ordered. This job would help supply her trainer with things he'd need to become stronger and if there was anything she supported, it was strength.[break][break]

When asked, she would use a

psychic

to move objects from here, to there. On occasion, she would

teleport

cargo from one part of the place to the other. She very efficiently completed the job, fully expecting some grand reward when she returned for putting up with the less intelligent of the group sent on this job.

They didn't need Psychic-Type Pokemon, but rather just Psychic-Type move users?

It seemed like a strange stipulation, not that the Psychic-Types were excluded, just not required. However Sebastian wasn't going to miss out on the chance to make some reward money or whatever he was going to be given for the task, it had to be worth it. As such he'd send in Vinny the Venomoth whom was his only Pokemon presently that knew a Psychic-Type move, being the move Psychic itself.

In this the insect would flap around, keeping to itself mostly while using Psychic to not only move items from here to there, but to also cloak itself in a veil of energy that would prevent it from suffocating or suffering the effects of space itself. Doing his part and not over achieving, or being underwhelming, the Venomoth would do as it was asked, but would not allowed himself to be simply ordered about by strangers. Still he proved effective and agreeable, warm perhaps.

Once the job was done and he had returned to Earth, Vinny would continue to use Psychic if only to carry the item rewards it was to bring back to Igor.

the sigilyph had one job, and it's to maintain the gravity within the space station where it needed to be maintained.

no one ever interacts with the sigilyph because a. it's creepy, and b. it doesn't react to anything else. it's a win-win for everyone involved since it wasn't like anyone can get an interesting response from it anyways.

the sigilyph stays on that one important room to make sure the residents of the space station do not drown when they drink water, or choke when they eat their meals. other than that, it just sleeps on the corner.

[break][break]marcel has a number of metagross, and it's perhaps for this reason that he lets this one go so easily. while this job won't last forever, space is still pretty far away. the steel-type can't help but feel lonely.
[break][break]latched onto the side of the space station, it pulls over spare parts for repair with PSYCHIC. its been briefed through this already; the correct placement of each part comes with little effort.

To be honest, this was Lars’s first time to be apart from one of his long-time companions. After enough wheedling and persuasion, he was finally convinced to try out the Pokéjob thing that was going on and around. Apparently this one involved having Pokémon fly to the reaches of outer space.

The hulking shape of the silver-colored Metagross loomed on the other side of the rocket, capturing wayward ‘space junk’ with its Telekinesis as it had anchored itself, ready to move in for retrieval and recovery. A sudden burst of Psychic helped to move some of the larger bits floating about towards a claw that was looking to capture larger bits of ‘space junk’ in order to bring them back down so that they could be properly disposed of.

Ro saw another Metagross, but unlike him, this one was of his former coloration—the shade of blue he had gotten so used to. Boosting himself forward with Agility, the Metagross then continued to move around more ‘space junk’ with Telekinesis, clearing a path so that whatever debris was orbiting the space station wouldn’t hit the delicate equipment.

Delphox had been sent to help repair a space station - or something. Stormy was foggy on the details but confident that her Pokemon would handle the situation without her.[break][break]

And she did, easily. Her psychic abilities proved useful in remote repair of stations, moving equipment from one end of the station to the other. The only thing she couldn't do was step foot outside. The scientists and astronauts on board insisted they could give her a space suit custom fit for her - but she refused.[break][break]

Where she was was where she was most comfortable and honestly? She'd really like to go home now.

Mesmero was sent here on a mission, but that didn't change the facts. He was in space, his element. His eyes would shift over to the work he was supposed to do when his Telepathy would pick up on some of the astronaut's fears of him. Not entirely unjustified, either. Rewriting memories wasn't something enjoyable, but often a necessity.

And yet, despite the temptation, he had found peace among the world down below. Amongst all the humans and fellow pokemon's flaws, there was an awe that enraptured him as he stared down at the Earth below. It was all beautiful, in one way or another. He would have simply stayed there, watching for eternity but he had a job to do, and a trainer to return home safely too.

Using Psychic, in combination with Miracle Eye, his impeccable precision pushed supplies through the vast area of space with incredible ease. Happy, his fingers blinked multiple colors as a calm attitude overtook him. Being useful felt quite nice, he had to admit.
