"Thanks a bunch!" Zac said, taking the offered Ace Trainer Card. Lacking a shirt, he tucked it into his sock. "Listen mates, I'm sure we can find some common ground and all get along, right?" he asked the Ace Trainers. "Uhhh, everyone likes magic, right? Nyx! Show 'em a magic trick for the final round and we can smooth all this over." He turned to call over his Hypno, but the Pokemon was gone. "Nyx?" Zac called, looking around.

A streak of lewd pink shot through the crowd.

It shot past again, slicker, pinker, and faster than a freshly waxed Mew. 

"Where are you mate? You're gonna miss the final round of the contest. I promised these guys a magic trick!"

Unbeknownst to Zac, Nyx had already done his final round appeal. He'd used Metronome, and had used the perfect finishing move: 
Rock Polish. 

Now free from the restrictions of hair and wind resistance, the polished Hypno sprinted through the crowd in a Usainian display of speed and agility, ducking and weaving between the shocked and aroused(?) onlookers.

"Wow! So fast!" said one of the diverse mob characters. "I've never seen anything move so quickly!" exclaimed another, holding hands with their same-sex partner. "He doesn't have any clothes or fur, but that's okay because he's a Pokemon," said a third, equally representative member of the crowd. 

They were not only right, but validated, as Nyx shot past again, his naked, pink form transformed into a mere smear of outrageous speed.

"Don't worry gays, let me handle this," Zac said, giving a 4-way wink to his partying friends. "I've got an Ace up my sleeve."

Zac approached the Ace Trainers, passing by Nyx the Hypno, who was sitting on the edge of the float while he chugged a Feraligatrade,  recovered from his intense exertion. 

"Howzit goin' my fellow Aces, these party people are with me," Zac said. He put on his most unaroused expression and reached up to pull out his 'Asexual Trainer Card' from where he always kept it, tucked safely into the sleeve of his trusty shirt—

—Zac's shirt was gone. Torn off in the glittery hurricane and then shredded by Razz Kingsman 's Bisharp. Instead of being able to present the documentation required to claim asexuality, now he might as well be just another shirtless, greased-up himbo.

The chill of the Ace Trainers cut Zac to his core. 

"Uhhh, can you take my word for it?" he asked, trying his most charming smile.

The Ace Trainers were Unaffected.

Hypno's pale ruff swelled with the cumulative energy of all the exposed pecs, tits, chests, and nips. His fur grew a few shades redder, almost as red as Zac's hair, and certainly moving him into first place on the color spectrum.

But all that red-hot energy had to go somewhere.

Nyx opened his mouth and let loose a terrifying Hyper Beam that shook the air and soared up into the sky where it detonated inside one of the rain clouds.

The light from the attack flashed inside the cloud like gay lightning, coloring the sky in rainbow shades of red, crimson, magenta, dark pink, and cinnabar.

Why stop at windswept hair Martín del Mar ? 

As the gorgeous, glittering scales of the Red Gyarados get the crowd all riled up, Nyx the Hypno sees an opportunity to get things really wild. 

After swiftly gaining consent from the audience via telepathy, Nyx weaves his Psychic influence into the ongoing Hurricane, whipping it up into a whirling, glittering storm of Red energy that tears off the shirts of all willing participants in the pride parade.

"What a rippa!" shouted Zac, shirtless and proud to be part of such a fun and raucous event. "I've gotta incorporate some of these ideas into my next biome contest!"

Zac and his sparkly pink Hypno were hauled up onto the pride float. One of the bisexual lesbians came over to squeeze Zac's muscles, and the other ran her manicured fingers through Nyx's sparkly fur, showering those nearby with cascades of inclusive glitter. 

Encouraged by the warm welcome into the community, Nyx fist pumped the air with a shimmering ICE PUNCH, which flash-froze the glitter from his fur into a flurry of little snowflakes.

Zac wiped away some of his tears, still chuckling at the hilarious cheesy lines from Cardamom Bliss 's Dad and the barrage of jokes from wren rourke . "Wish I'd brought my pepper spray, because you guys are a riot!" he said, as his wild grin threatened to dislodge the fake mustache that Zac had stuck over his existing facial hair. 

"But while I don't have anything to defend myself from your deadly senses of humor, I do have Sneg!" Zac pointed up to the three vacant-eyed heads of his Exeggutor. Each of the faces wore a luxurious fake mustache. "I wanted to bring Kibou but I had to bring Sneg for legal reasons, in case I die during the contest," Zac said. He managed to keep his expression deadpan for a few seconds before his trademark grin bubbled to the surface along with the punchline. "After all, he's the Exeggutor or my will."

"And I know how it feels to be getting on in years. I've been finding myself drawn to wild locations." He waved to Kazimir Wynter , his partner in crime when it came to ruin raiding. "We've been out in the desert, exploring, digging into ancient tombs. I've been trying to recapture the excitement of my youth. Call it a pyramid life crisis," he said, chuckling.

"And do you know the best footwear for exploring the desert?" Zac asked. "Sandals!" He took a few steps towards the crowd, his sock/sandal combo clearly visible.

The sandals were clearly worn, and the socks had a fossil pattern which matched the living Omanytes swimming across his Alolan shirt. The 'matching' socks and shirt combo were kept apart by a dark brown belt and a pair of khaki board shorts, which gave the outfit the impression of stratified stone.   

"luka chêne !" Zac called, waving to the trainer. "You should get that Blaziken behind a barbecue. I bet he'd be a champion. Nothing groovier than a flame-grilling chicken!"
