The voice from before comes, sounding as if it were asking for help, how the water was too much. Though for both humans there the voice would sound very different. The voice of someone Emma cared deeply for is what she heard just as he heard someone else. [break][break]

Raphael steps toward one of the stalls where the water was filling up. There was only one water type ghost who tried to lure their prey in such a way. “Keep back” he’ll order once more as Raphael sticks out his hand, as if to reach in for the obvious ploy. [break][break]

Though the moment Frillish attempts to bring him in the water with him the rotom in his arm would release a SHOCKWAVE in the showers.

Though as he ponders about the question the Drifloon on his wrist seems to be pouting over the Misdreavus that tried to give them a MEAN LOOK. She attempts a HEX to knock them back and Pryde uses one of his few remaining pokeballs in an attempt to capture them. [break][break]

“I suppose that depends on the variables, naturally an Aegislash has evolved more and naturally stronger, but evolution has Durant to a point where its weaknesses are limited and it can naturally near moves that Aegislash are weak to,” a bit of a long winded explanation without a definitive answer. “Though I suppose if you were to put two naturally born against one another multiple times over in the end the Aegislash would probably come out on top more times than not.”

Perhaps that was too far into the Kanto ways of doing things. However after over 20 years of being in Rocket, changing lanes in such a fashion wasn’t going to be easy for this old dog. Thankfully for the most part the drive was easy, so he doesn’t have to worry outside normal road conditions. It left time for talking, picking the brains of the newbies.

Another whistle and Cursola would use GRUNDGE. Pryde intending things for when the coral pokemon went down. When the Gastro Acid comes though he is annoyed with a plan foiled. Though he supposes with the purple color he should've expected a poison type. How annoying, but it did leave Cursola open for her to be hit with the WICKED BLOW. Knocking the Cursola out as already most of her health has gone from the earlier CURSE. [break][break]

Though because it was now near the Grapploct would lock its arms around the fighting bear to toss it with SEISMIC TOSS. With it so close by Pryde decides it’ll become the target as he gives a new whistle and Jellicent uses WATER PULSE on the bear like pokemon.

For now all he could do is watch as the WILD CHARGE came at his pokemon. With her paralyzed and with the damage taken thus far. It was no wonder when she was hit the lioness was knocked out cold losing their first battle. [break][break]

Pryde just chuckles as he returns Pyroar to her pokeball. "Just so you know, still don't believe in your friendship power."

Raphael stands on the other's left side. The older man much more comfortable when others were on his right side. "So is the rumor, makes me curious on what they could've been studying here," he looks to the other curious if she has heard anything more than he has. "Any theories?"[break][break]

He judges the other slightly as she seems disappointed about what this place might end up as. "Possibly but what it gets used for isn't our concern," he simply comments before entering. Raphael just watches the interaction, judging both of them. More so the rookie Rocket, did she not know where it was going? Or was she lying to spare the poor girl her feelings? "Of course," he finally speaks before he gets back into the car and waits for his partner to get into the passenger seat before he would leave. Making sure to keep it casual to not bring suspicion on their car. "You do know where this pokemon is going right?" part of him wonders how much this newbie cares.

With the other believing their task done here Pryde turns the speed boat back on. Heading toward one of the islands just outside of Sootopolis where apparently the pirates have been hiding their booty. Though there was only room in Hoenn for one set a criminals and these pirates could either submit or die. [break][break]

So for now he is silent while they're on the way, his mind mostly focused on the mission. It would be a bit before they would make it.
