With their base firmly secured it was time for the D&D party to explore the Megalopolan wreckage once more. This time with less paranoia... hopefully. While it didn't take long for Shaggy to stumble into another puddle of Poipole adhesive, it wasn't the only hazard lying on the floor. Soon, Andrea found herself stepping on something squishy... It was a thick, sloppy clutch of eggs.

"A-are those Ultra Beast eggs?!" The eccentric cosplayer recoiled in shock. Unlike regular Pokémon Eggs, these ones looked icky and coated in viscous slime. They were also translucent enough that one could faintly make out unsettling silhouettes incubating within. Spoony used his empathetic powers to ascertain that none of the alien embryos had been harmed.

"I think it's best to leave them where they are." The dragon-hooded girl said, hugging the wall so that she could walk around the egg cluster without disturbing them further. As tempting as it was to snatch one of those eggs and bring it back home for testing, it was probably not worth angering whatever extraterrestrial creature had laid them.

Crawling into a hole in the ceiling that most of their Pokémon were too large to fit through, the humans contemplated which section of the ship to explore first, Shalin proposing that they looked for the engine room. "That's a good idea. Maybe we'll figure out what caused the ship to crash." Andrea concurred and went forward, having her Alakazam telekinetically move any pieces of rubble or broken machinery obstructing their path.

When Shalin mentioned bringing her Flygon there, the trainer of dragons nodded in approval. "You should! This place is great for training Dragon-type Pokémon! I even trained Meatloaf here, before he..." Her voice trailed off, eyes going downcast in memory of her fallen Salamence. Chomper gently nudged her, licking the girl's face in order to console her. Andrea smiled somberly. "Thanks, Chomper..."

Shalin's chaotic riding demonstration further uplifted her mood, causing the dragon-costumed woman to chuckle. "Heehee~ As long as you're both having fun, you do you!" She remarked, getting a closer look at the Kommo-o's gear. "It looks like the saddle isn't enough to absorb the vibrations. You've got to make the best out of Kommo-o's Soundproof ability. You could also put on some weight so that he can't rock you as much." She suggested.

This grove of autumn leaves was as beautiful as it was eerie. Lots of ghost stories started with a young adult wandering into a secluded woods much like this one, and being beckoned by a mysterious presence or a man without a face. The story usually ended with the phrase 'they were never seen or heard from again'.

Exploring the secret grove against her better judgement, Andrea recorded everything on her Rotom Phone. That way, if she got lost or murdered by a supernatural serial killer, the investigators would have some kind of lead to work with. Naturally, she would rather it not come to that.

The draconic cosplayer stopped in her tracks when she saw a woman standing across from her. It wasn't just any woman, though... It was herself, a second Andrea identical in every way. Without saying anything, the doppelganger turned on their heel and ran away, leading the real Andrea deeper into the woods, where she found a small shrine with many flags set around it. She took one.

Later, when Andrea watched the footage play back on her phone, it would be revealed that her doppelganger had actually been a Zoroark the whole time, its true vulpine form captured on digital film.

Nighttime. A derelict, man-made structure in the middle of the Hoennian sea. The perfect setup for a horror film.

Surfing on Brody's back, while having Bronson light up the way with his Illuminate ability, Andrea perused Sea Mauville's gloomy, musty, moisture-y hallways for hidden secrets and/or treasure. Little did she know that she was being stalked by a Dhelmise that guarded the nearby secret base.

As soon as the young PokéManiac picked up a sparkling object that looked like a flag, the possessed anchor started hunting them down, using its Phantom Force to easily catch up with them. The bros managed to distract it with dual Yawns, allowing them to narrowly escape the haunted wreckage.

"It's OK, really. He was just startled." Andrea explained, while continuing to pet Chomper's heads. "It helps that I've had him since he was just a Deino. As long as you can get them used to you before they fully evolve, it's not that bad." Her Hydreigon leaned closer, playfully nibbling on one of the girl's orange braids. "See? They might be fierce, but they're still friendly!"

As the two dragon riders made their way to a familiar cavern, Shalin inquired about Andrea's own Kommo-o. "Kokoro is not a runner. She's a fighter through and through." The eccentric trainer replied, walking down to what appeared to be a medium-sized crater. "I remember this place... This is where Chomper first used Draco Meteor." She reminisced, picking a handful of dust and letting it drop past her fingers. "At the time, we found a strange rock that turned out to be a Salamencite."

She then turned back to the green-haired explorer with a quizzical look, raising her eyebrow. "How come your butt doesn't hurt when you sit on Treble? The scales on their backs are really hard, after all." The dragon enthusiast asked, highly curious.

Another day, another expedition. Teaming up with the power couple of Shaggy and Scoob once again (Andrea was beginning to suspect that those weren't their real names), their first course of action was building a base camp/settlement of some kind in order to better equip themselves against the perils of this underwater-like cave complex.

With the Quaestor Lucis looming in the background, construction began. Everyone would do their part; Queen Zing, Prance, Nacho Cheese, Michelle... even Wubble Bubble. The latter, being a gooey little Ditto, was looking for a powerhouse to Transform into, and while the Pokémon already present were fine candidates, Andrea had a slightly better idea. "They should totally Transform into Regina! Her jaws can chew through anything!"

As if to demonstrate, her Tyrantrum grabbed a bunch of metal chunks in its Strong Jaws, carrying them to the designated drop point with ease. The dragon-costumed girl sent out another Pokémon to aid in the construction: Alakazam. The Psychic type immediately began lifting materials with its telepathy and Teleporting them where they needed to be. "This is Spoony. He can use Calm Mind in case any of us freaks out again." The girl explained.

Instead of giving Lulu a big ol' hug, Andrea talked to the hand. The Rocket scientist saw herself out, saying that the two of them would no doubt meet again. That assertion sounded equal parts promising and ominous. Would their next meeting be under such favorable circumstances?

"OK... Bye, Ms. Lulu! Take care!" The dragon enthusiast waved, before pocketing the Tera shard and sending Bronson back into his ball. Then, with Finn's help, she Dug her way out of the cave.

Through the raging snowstorm, the young PokéManiac vaguely made out the outline of a dragon with a frozen snout. "Kyurem?!" No, this one was much too small to be Kyurem... It was a wild Arctibax.

"Looks like this will be your first real battle. Are you ready, Jalapeño?" Andrea's Fuecoco showed his readiness by Yawning at the opponent's face. Confused at first, the icy dragon Focused its Energy, and then exhaled a Dragon Breath that hit the poor crocodile for critical damage. "Oh no, Jalapeño!" The dragon-hooded girl cried out in worry, as her Fuecoco laid on the snow with swirly eyes.

However, its earlier Yawn had made Arctibax drowsy. After having unleashed its powerful move, it drifted to sleep, a big snot bubble coming off its frozen nose. "Alright, here goes!" Andrea threw a Pokéball at the sleeping critter, hoping for the best.
