In spite of the impatience that the young man shows, the hare king finishes with talking to the ground type Pokemon and returns to his handler’s side. “Wait a moment because impatience will only get you far.” She’d cut in with her reply before the Calyrex tells her about some sort of treasure. “Is it? I thought so if that would make the Pokemon a bit protective over it.” [break][break]

A nod came over to the white clad young man when he tells her of the claw marks in which a Pokemon appeared to be guarding something. “Yes, I’ll go along with you to see what it is now.” The shard floats after her since he’d want to see if his information was correct from talking to the wild Pokemon.[break][break]

Both the ambassador and her shard would see a treasure chest at the end of the tracks and when it’s opened by the white-haired young man, shards were seen inside of it. She takes a close look at it as her Sprigatito jumps down from her arms to look inside too. Upon a closer look, the shards were the ones seen from the Tera Crystals in the tunnel.[break][break]

"Some of these shards are Tera Shards.” Her pale hand takes one of the Tera Shards, one that was colored dark blue and red. “I had the feeling that they were stored somewhere since Rocket had been wanting to get their hands on them for resources.”

She remembers where the rift that took her to the mechanical kingdom was when she traveled to Littleroot Town. The Calyrex shard comes along with her to the vast realm where the mechanical castle waited for them. It was the very first time that the Calyrex shard has set foot into the kingdom itself and he regards everything from the steam rising from the machines in awe.[break][break]

The ambassador had been there before with a group, but she’s there to train her shard for Project SAPPHIRE’s upcoming combat simulations for the week. A kingdom like this one wasn’t a realm that the hare king would rule over since there was no known ruler there.[break][break]

But the King of Bountiful Harvests is interested in the castle. He floats up to the entrance of the giant castle when Elise draws closer to it. The Galarian royal princess thinks Charles might be interested in seeing what’s inside of it.

Everything that Remiel teaches her was for the passing of the proverbial torch from one predecessor who knew his way in Galarian politics to a new greenhorn who had to take up the work he did for Galar. She had to consider the value in a refused partnership since Galar wouldn’t see anything less than to keep themselves isolated from any help.[break][break]

“There would be no value in a partnership that won’t come to pass if the monarch, our queen, refuses.”[break][break]

Her mind races with the possibility that she may have to ask Remiel for his help in talking with his mother. Only the Queen would listen to her son, who was the golden boy of the family.[break][break]

The pink Hatenna takes note of a Shedinja with its face turned to her than the back turned around to the female Pokemon. Elise already owned a Shedinja though bringing this one to a new home could be a good idea too. Iris stands in between her trainer and the wild ghost type, her body puffs up as she stares down at the floating ghost bug.[break][break]

Until the shiny Hatenna unleashes a Mystical Fire that certainly faints the Shedinja. As the wild Shedinja lies on the ground, the royal ambassador catches the Shedinja with a Dusk Ball thrown at the unconscious body of the ghost type.

Studies on Draconid language and lore had a couple of those pictures considered to be a meme on the internet. Humor had reached even the tribe known to worship the Dragon Lord long ago. Remiel himself took his studies on the Draconids seriously and the ambassador aimed to do the same with its language. [break][break]

The girl asks if Elise had taken any pictures and wanted to know what the writings said. Luckily, the female royal is able to remember what her lexicon said over the different meanings of each word in Draconid. The shard of Calyrex looks at the royal too, almost like he was curious of what Elise had to say.[break][break]

“Yes, I did take pictures, so I’ll show you.”[break][break]

And when she shows the young girl pictures from her smartphone, they’re all of the writings whose pictures were captured from different walls of the cavern.[break][break]

“One of the writings spoke of the Dragon Lord gaining its power from their fervent prayers. Another speaks of their gratitude towards their deity saving them from a meteor strike.”

The power of a Gardevoir was nothing to sneeze at in which their psychic powers were second only to the legendary Psychic type Pokemon Elise knows from Galar’s Crown Tundra. A Moonblast comes from the female Gardevoir and the ambassador knows that the move is powerful it’s effective on her ghost. Holding himself onto the ground for the Moonblast to come towards him, the blast of the fairy type attack hits the Gengar.[break][break]

Why did Ghost not use any of his Pokemon’s Psychic attacks? This was a question that was best seen in their battle.[break][break]

“Get on the offense with Shadow Ball, Kage.” A wide grin comes from the Gengar as he launches a Shadow Ball right at Yara. The ambassador doesn’t get her kid gloves to stay on because she’d want to see how Ghost had grown as a trainer.

It had been six months since her late mother passed away and so much has happened in that time. Whenever the ambassador felt stressed, her mother’s grave gravitates her to calm her worries away. She holds the little female Sprigatito in her arms while her Mismagius is happy to visit the grave of the female royal’s mother.[break][break]

“Hasn’t it been a while since you got to visit her too, Mana?” Elise gets a little nod from the witch-like ghost before the regal woman reaches the grave of her mother in Mt. Pyre’s graveyard. From the last time that they visited, the grave of the great Johtonian spirit medium and former Master of the Kurokawa channeling technique.[break][break]

If Elise wasn’t third in line for the Galarian throne, she might have that chance to take up her mother’s training. Alas, that title now passed to her maternal aunt. Her late mother would still urge Elise to take up the training though, there was a ritual involved in that technique too.[break][break]

“Mother, I’ve returned again. I hope you are doing well up there in the sky.” Elise says to the grave of her mother when she’ll silently take in the ambience of the atmosphere, a quiet peacefulness compared to the bustle of Rustboro City.

Jasmine relaxes in her arms while the young man remarks that he has never seen Pokemon royalty before. “A king outranks a princess, but I would be guiding him like a fledgeling king.” A reply comes from the royal before following him down the rough tunnel path. Other wild Pokemon could be there too where she’ll need to help them as Rustboro’s Ranger Captain.[break][break]

Big indentations on the ground would be a bit of a warning sign to her. She’ll look at the other ground type Pokemon who were restless and agitated. The hare king beside her looks at her and towards the ground types, maybe he’s worried too.[break][break]

“I would say that figuring out what’s bothering them would be the better action.” A small nod came from the female royal when she gives her own idea. “My Calyrex can talk with them if they will listen. He is my partner for my job as Rustboro’s Ranger Captain too.”[break][break]

It’s a cue that the hare king takes when he floats over to the community of ground type Pokemon and he talks with them. A couple of “Cro rowns." can be heard from the bulbous headed king when he notes down the agitation they’re feeling.

Rocket had already captured the Galarian Ambassador a year ago and more measures about her protection had gone up. Elise doubts that they would have use for her since she fails to bring the one target they wanted: her cousin, Remiel Calcifet . Remiel had suspected that they had put up a trap, so he sent his friend who was the former gym leader of Fortree City to rescue her.[break][break]

Elise wondered how Alex was doing now. He might have gone back somewhere safe from Hoenn with his beloved partner.[break][break]

“I don’t think Rocket would have a use for me since I failed to be their bargaining chip for bringing Remiel to them and he thought it would be a trap the first time I got captured.” A reply came from the ambassador as she mounts on her Spectrier. Llamrei snorts at Eriette too as the gym leader asks if Elise had gotten to ride on the shiny Beedrill yet. “Oh yes, I’ve gotten to ride her. She vibrates, so I didn’t have much of a hard time since I’ve ridden my Flygon at times to feel the same thing.”[break][break]

Josh offers to have her hare king ride on one of his Pyroar, those that were coronated as the King and Queen in his gym. [break][break]

“I think Charles wouldn’t mind riding on one of your Pyroar.” She gives a warm smile over to the small hare king when he lets go of her back to await the Pyroar’s entrance. “He won’t be able to ride on Llamrei anyway, not until I can figure out why.”

This was the same Pokemon that Elise had and there was another ranger that had one too. Gardevoir were the safer species to use for police officers than Hatterene since their ability to use emotion sensing was valued in figuring out crime scenes. Nevertheless, a psychic and fairy type like his would be weaker to her Gengar’s poison type.[break][break]

And the same for her Gengar since he was weak to psychic type moves. Ghost had commanded his Gardevoir to put up a Barrier. A move that her fellow ranger would use in trying to shield herself from attack.[break][break]

A text from her former boss and Elite Ranger, Josh Devlin , would tell her that he’s outside of Rustboro’s east gate. Along with the Calyrex shard accompanying her and her ghostly mount, Elise holds the reins of her Spectrier. The mare appeared to be well-behaved, much to the contrast of the species being a wild horse Pokemon. Maybe the mare’s gratefulness to the royal ambassador had something to do with it after Elise had help nurse her back to health.[break][break]

She had texted him back that she’s ready for a ride to Verdanturf and back to her territory before the royal is able to see the gym leader standing with his own Spectrier outside of the east gate of the city.[break][break]

“Hello, it’s good to see you, Josh.” A smile comes from the Galarian ambassador as she goes closer to where he was. Her Calyrex shard aims to only hitch a ride on Elise’s back instead of the spectral mare during the horseback ride. “Captain Shalin Nariya ’s bug Pokemon are doing okay with me. Her shiny Beedrill is actually pretty gentle than I would've thought.”[break][break]

To fight her fear of big bugs, she took care of Queen Zing. The shiny Beedrill was actually nicer than Elise would’ve thought, it was a good thing that the Beedrill’s gentle nature belied how the species were normally behaving in the wild.

Instead of fighting, the Sandslash bails along with its Trapinch partner. The ground type Pokemon doesn’t see merit in fighting the princess’ legendary shard, seeing that a legendary Pokemon will be a trouble to fight against. Elise releases her weakened Sprigatito out of her Dusk Ball and the Calyrex shard floats up to his handler’s side.[break][break]

A Heal Pulse is given to the female Sprigatito where the grass cat expresses her thanks to the legendary Pokemon in getting her healing. The ambassador lets the grass cat travel with her and Charles while the young man in white remarks over not seeing Pokemon royalty before.[break][break]

“He was once the ruler of my country or that was the one I am familiar with in his tales.” The royal ambassador replies as she feels the small grass cat jump into her arms. “But here, Charles is the king of this realm because he wants to know more about Hoenn. I am tasked to take him around because he chose me with his trust, out of everyone at the Dyna Tree in Ever Grande.”[break][break]

She’d follow the young man in going after the trail the Trapinch leaves behind for them.[break][break]

“By taking up the position for my elder cousin as Galar’s royal ambassador, I hope to show the League’s Calyrex that I can take my duty as a Galarian princess seriously.”
