Elise would be the type to be punctual to meetings, so she’d wear a business casual suit and a pencil skirt, both in dark blue colors along with a white dress shirt underneath the suit. Around her neck was a black choker with one red rose at the front, the ambassador’s outfit was a small contrast to how grand her royal gowns were with all of the roses decorating the bottom.[break][break]

After being able to activate the Magearna with her soul heart when one of her ranger co-workers gives her the rather heavy looking Pokemon, Elise had given the Pokeball that contained an Iron Thorns to someone that could give it a home too. When Artemis had awoken from her inactive sleep, this robotic Pokemon appeared to be curious of her new owner and Elise had registered her Magearna when she properly catches her with a Heal Ball.[break][break]

That was the reason why the Magearna would be accompanying Elise too, she wanted to see Rustboro City for herself after having been in the mechanical kingdom for a long time. [break][break]

Thankfully, it wouldn’t take Elise long to find the no name coffee shop at the edge of the city and she’ll open the door to find the man she’s supposed to meet along with the pink princess bounding after her too as her pink eyes look around the room.[break][break]

“I did not keep you waiting, I hope?” The Galarian female royal takes her seat after she orders her own cup of earl grey tea to sip from the barista and pays for it. “Well, I am here now, Mr. Beau. It is a pleasure to meet you.”

A small Igglybuff had come along with the blue serpetine dragon where she gets stalked by the Mimikyu. The female fairy type Pokemon does not know the danger that she gets into until she is slashed at by Alastor’s Shadow Claw. Like a spectral predator, the Mimikyu almost goes into a fight-happy mood as the royal ambassador catches the surprised Igglybuff with throwing a Dusk Ball at the female pink Pokemon. [break][break]

She’ll have to say sorry to her later when the Igglybuff isn’t mad at her ghost.[break][break]

“I can see that it’s more influential than a Galarian prince.” She does feel concern for the fact that Remiel says he’s exiled from the country now by the majority of Galar’s people. “But…if you are exiled from our country, would I have to take up the duty that you’ve lost?”

“I wouldn’t be since I don’t work for the company involved.” The ambassador replies while noting that the disguised Rocket spins a knife with one hand. “But I work with the city’s leaders to watch over the surrounding borders.” When it was night time, most of the other people were sleeping.[break][break]

And she’ll have a fight on her hands. The Galarian royal was not the most combat capable and no help from her cousin, who would be too far away, would give her time to learn.[break][break]

But the royal ambassador does notice that the disguised Rocket appeared to be interested in her legendary shard. The hare king moves to protect her too since he thinks she may be in danger.

Did her shard find something? The ambassador follows her shard when he goes into the dark bushes along with Paxton’s Mawile jumping in too. Elise thought she did see something pink that went there, so she counts on the Calyrex to trap it. “I think he did see something and I thought I saw something pink too.” She answers Paxton when Psychic’s blue glow from the Calyrex shard envelops a pink colored Pokemon.[break][break]

And it turns out to be an Alcremie, a glowing pink one that could be a harder battle if they weren’t ready.[break][break]

The glowing Alcremie struggles under the Psychic’s grip before it breaks out of its hold and tries to Tackle at the Calyrex. Charles is able to float away in a regal sort of way to dodge the Tackle from hitting him.

It was for the reason of getting over her fear of bug Pokemon that she ended up nursing a wild shiny Spinarak to full health from her travel to Route 115. Where most people would panic at the sight of it, the small blue Spinarak was always happy to be with her when she took him along on her Ranger Captain work.[break][break]

“I did take in a shiny Spinarak that I helped to nurse him when he was injured at the nearest Pokemon Home in Rustboro.” A nod comes from the royal ambassador while she brushes the mane of her ghostly mare. “But thank you, it was fun riding on the back of Queen Zing.”[break][break]

When Josh sends out his Pyroar with a saddle on his back, the hare king takes his seat onto the saddle. Charles would still look very regal with a Pyroar mount even if he could not ride on his two steeds.[break][break]

“I hope so too and I’m ready now.” While Josh gets on Eriette, the royal ambassador and Rustboro’s Ranger Captain mounts onto her own Spectrier and takes Llamrei’s reins. As she flicks them, the spectral mare dashes to catch up with Josh and his Spectrier in a speed that was unlike her Galarian Rapidash’s.[break][break]

Charles holds onto the reins of the male Pyroar while the lion king took off behind Josh and his ghost horse.

A little pink fairy comes over to greet the ambassador and her shard. Elise recognizes that this Pokemon was the one she caught a while back and the fairy flies around the Calyrex. The king notices that the fairy wanted to play with him, so he chases the pink sprite around, but he’s not far that he’ll cause his handler to worry for him.[break][break]

When the king is done, the wild Spritzee says his good-bye and leaves the presence of the hare king and his friend.

A Clefable came over to greet the ambassador and her shard while the king admires the walls of the castle. She’s friendly enough that the Calyrex shard interacts a bit with her though the Clefable doesn’t want to fight. A smile comes onto the fairy when she begins to dance around the royal and her Calyrex until it was time for her to go.[break][break]

The ambassador wonders if the Clefable was looking for company there since the kingdom they’re in is barren with seemingly no signs of life except for the Ultra Beasts that she knows they’re there.

Being guided closer by the equine creature, the Guardian’s appearance is more apparent from the near distance. Elise finds that it’s a strange creature compared to the living, organic beings that inhabit the city behind the gate’s walls. A sight that she’s familiar with since the Guardian is one of the former Inquisitors saddled with the same job. [break][break]

The equine leaves after the Guardian dismisses them for bringing the ambassador and the ambassador bows her head in greeting. “It is very nice to meet you, Guardian.” Elise knows that this machine had once been tasked with the same job too which is to slay the Monster, a hard part to do since she had found out that this creature was the Guardian of the city now. [break][break]

“I came here for the same task you’ve been given when you were Inquisitor which is to slay the Monster.” She looks over at the Guardian who was very amicable with her in spite of the heavy task she’s been given. To slay a Guardian like this, she would rob the creatures in the city their one protector. “But when I found out that by slaying you, I would rob these creatures of their protector, I hesitated. I do not want to make these creatures you’ve guarded to be unhappy.”

Before the Gardevoir faints, a Healing Wish is made for the sake of healing a Pokemon back to good health. Elise remembers that it was a move that makes the Pokemon using it to faint too, but she has never used it in battle. Her Mega Gengar stands in a way that he’s proud of himself for making it that far into round 2. Even the ranger didn’t expect that Elise would use Mega Evolution in that round.[break][break]

“I thought it would be a good tactic when the stakes are high.” The Galarian royal spoke while Ghost sends out his next Pokemon, a Feraligatr. This was a starter that she knows from her mother’s homeland and the final evolved form of Totodile. [break][break]

Rain comes from the Feraligatr’s Rain Dance and the ambassador aims to take advantage of her type advantages. “Kage, use Thunderbolt on his Feraligatr.” Her Mega Gengar sends a bolt of lightning that tries to fire through the rain and towards the crocodilian Pokemon.

Elise believed that Remiel was a well-meaning man, even when he was once a higher up in Rocket’s ranks. He was now hunted for betraying Rocket’s trust and they would never stop to see him dead. Rocket had captured her once in a bid to lure out Remiel from his hiding place if he cared about her.[break][break]

But he never did, the prince sent his friend to rescue her.[break][break]

“It has been a very enlightening discussion, Councilwoman Morningstar. Thank you for your time.” The royal ambassador gratefully says to the blonde councilwoman when Freya makes an offer to thank Elise for her support. “Well, there is one thing that I’d like for you to help me with…”[break][break]

It was something that had been a shortcoming ever since she had gotten her shard from the Dyna Tree’s Calyrex and having lost a couple of her battles at the last faction conflict in Route 105.[break][break]

“If you can and in the next time we meet, I’d like to ask you to help me how to fight better in fending for myself and to train with my Calyrex shard.”[break][break]
